The Scrubland Clifftops Not keeping the swinub

Citrine took a few pictures as she stood atop the cliffs before she noticed the little swinub coming towards her. She smiled and as it curiously sniffed at the food, she pet it. The thing jumped a little, but didn't run. "Ah, it's been a long time since Betty was this small. She was so cute too. Grow up big and strong, ok?" She smiled at the pokemon before leaving it to eat.

These cliffs were amazing! She looked at some of the plants. She wondered if pokemon ate these plants. She looked at her bag and took out a couple little bits of food, tossing it near the thicker growth of plants and waited to see what else was here.

Ooh. Oliver gave a slight smile at the Seel, holding up his dex to record before setting it aside and carefully tossed some food in the shallows, coaxing the pinniped closer. "Hello there."


Sucrose gave a gleeful noise, twisting along the beach. Hello newest friend! She raced back, skidding sightly in the sands and face planted with a ommph.

Izumi had been really excited for this day. She asked for the day off, she packed a bag of food and drinks, packed up her pokemon, and sent messages out from the computer to see if a certain friend or two wanted to go with. Most of the responses were "sorry, can't", "I'm busy, sry", "Who's this?" It was almost the day of when her laptop monitor dinged an alert that she'd received a message. "Sure."

There were many squeals. Squeals that had startled a few of the pokemon sleeping in the apartment.

After the boat ride, an excited Izumi had grabbed her bag from the deck and yelled that she'd find a spot on the beach for them to chill.

Izumi walked a while until she found a spot on the beach that looked good. She set out a beach blanket and and laid her bag on it so it wouldn't blow away. It was a bit chilly, but she didn't get to the beach often, and you had to have a beach blanket!

She walked up to the shore line and watched the waves while she waited for her friend, tossing some pokemon chow into the water to see if maybe some magikarp or something would come to the surface to say hi.

Izumi waved at the wooper who came to the surface and nibbled on the food. She tossed a bit more and moved on down the beach to another spot near some rocks. It was nice seeing wild pokemon and not being attacked by them, she smiled, throwing more food into the water.

Izumi squinted trying to make out what was in the water. Tentacles? Nope. Just seaweed. She picked up a stick from a pile of driftwood near by to poke at it and move it around. Maybe one of her pokemon would wanna eat it? Probably not.

What?! A Shar- Oh. Nope, that's driftwood rolling in. Just driftwood. (Booby Prize!)

What what what?! A Psyd- No. No it isn't. That's a rock. Does look kind of like a Psyduck though! (Booby Prize!)



What's that? It's moving fast! Oh! It's a Carvanha!

Beach--no no Carvanha

Izumi winced as a few Carvanha surfaced to devour the food lighting fast. Those were almost Sharpedo... and scary all the same.

"C'mon, Dog. Lets go somewhere else." The Rilou nodded and followed its trainer further up the beach.
