"Oh...we have laws...no playing after midnight. Some games...banned." He said. he could remember his friends talking about it, a few complaining, but they did understand even if they didn't like it or want to accept it. He had heard of someone else, someone in his class, taking their parents ID in order to bypass the law and continue to play. Their grades had not been that good, too much time on games and at pc bongs.
"Co-op." He didn't even have to think about that. He would rather play with Terry, and learn by watching, as it seemed like it would be more fun that way. They could do it together this way.

"Huh, I didn't know that." Terry said with a blink. He could see how setting a time limit would make sure people wouldn't stay up all night playing but he could also see how annoying that would quickly get. "Okay. So co-op and exciting." He pushed some more games away, though these he put aside for later rather then just completely reject them like the horror. "Something with a decent amount of plot or something that is focus more on game play?"

"Mmm, too many addictions...and not in school or doing well." He said while leaning in and poking the others cheek gently, resting his chin on the others shoulder. "School, education, is biggest thing for us when young." He said. It was very important and fierce, vastly different from what thy had here. It wasn't something he'd expected. He knew there would be some differences in schooling but didn't think it would be such a big difference.
Blinking at the next question he shifted to sit at the others side and lay his head on his shoulder and let one arm wrap about the others waist. "Whatever you like." he said to the other, answering the question.

Terry could feel his cheeks flaring when Seung rested his chin on him and did his best to ignore it for now. "I see. Understandable then." He said with a short nod. "Okay, I'll just pick something then." He said then ended up picking out Boarderlands and showing it to Seung. "What do you think?" he asked then read out the description and added a bit about the over all game.

Listening to the others description of the game, as Terry was reading from the back, he finally nodded his head once the other was done talking. He didn't understand it all but he got enough of it to think it was good enough. "Sound good." He would follow the others lead with playing, likely ask for help as well, as he had never touched a video game till now.
"Going to watch you and learn as I play." He said slowly, knowing the other wouldn't mind at all with him playing copy cat.

"Alright, sounds good to me." He said with a smile. He then turned on the tv and the proper game console for borderlands then passed Seung a controller and started to explain the controls of the game as it came up. After about half an hour of playing Terry paused the game and looked over at Seung. "Ok, How have you been liking the game, do you want to continue to play this or would you rather try something else?" He was happy either way but as they had planned on Seung playing multiple games he thought he would do it this way and ask after playing a game for a while.

He had listened to the others instructions on how to play, the other was helpful and gave a lot of information on what everything did and how to play. He had spent the time playing watching the other, asking questions, and when the game was paused he turned his dark eyes onto the other and gave a questioning look before the other spoke and he took a moment, a few moments, to think.
"We can try another game, something different - for....to see differences." For comparison but he didn't know the word, having not come upon a need for it till now. He was, and had been, doing his best with his English. He still had a lot to learn especially slang, as that would be the harder part for him, but he thought he was doing well and had been learning well enough...though he wished his learning could go faster - that he could learn more and quicker.

"Alright." Terry gave a nod then unpaused the game to save it then got off. He then moved over to his games and looked them over for a moment. "Since you want to be able to compare but probably still want to be able to co-op," he glanced back at Seung with a raised eyebrow in question, "How about we play..." He glanced back at the games and picked a random one to hold up to Seung. "We could try Little Big Planet?" He offered then read off the description, once again adding information of the game.

"Yes, I like to watch you play - it helps." He answered while he laid himself out in the nest the other had built for them. Watching the others back as he looked for a game. Dark eyes roamed the others form and the room as well as he waited, sure that Terry would find a good game for them to play next.
Twisting around so he his chest pressed to the ground and his legs weren't fully turned, so his knees didn't press to the floor, he gave the other a questioning look at the title before Terry went on to read the back and provide information to him on the game. Shifting to roll onto his back and stretching he nodded his head. "Sounds good, we can try it."

Terry gave a nod, knowing that visual learning was as good as hands on at times. "Glad I can help then." Hopefully Seung was having fun so far even though they had only played one game at this point of time. "Okay, I'll pop it in then." He said then did so. He once again explained the controls needed for the game as it loaded. For this game he split the time between actually doing the levels and showing Seung how to build his own levels and then let him play through them. This time it was around forty five minutes before he asked if he wanted to continue or not.

He appreciated the help, really he did, as he learned and built up his levels and played through them after watching Terry do it himself. It helped and showed him that it wasn't too hard, not impossible sort of hard.
When the game was paused again he nodded his head. "I would like to try new game, see what other types you have...and try new things." He answered slowly, glancing over to the stack of games the other had, it was a large collection.

Terry gave him a smile and a nod. "Would you like to pick something out this time?" He offered and gestured to the stack he had been picking from. "There are the co-op ones." Other then the ones they had already played and the horror ones of course. Before anyone could pick anything however, a lump in the blanket nest that had previously been undisturbed suddenly started to wiggle around. Terry blinked in surprise at the wiggling blankets before he gave a short laugh as a tiny fluffy head popped out with a meow. "Ace! When did you get in here?" Her cat gave another meow as he spilled out of the blankets. The fluffy munchkin then proceeded to march over to Seung and give a demanding mew.

He had been just crawling over toward the games, on hands and knees, when he heard the sounds, noticed the wiggling blankets out of the corner of his eyes, and than Terry was laughing. Confused and unsure he sat back on his butt and stared at the blankets with a questioning, and very curious, look in his dark eyes What was going on?
When he saw the fluffy little head of a kitten pop out he almost cooed at the sight, it was adorable and everyone knew kittens were the cutest thing! Instead he did smile, a bright and cheerful smile. "Ace?" He asked wanting to make sure that was the kittens name, as it seemed to indeed be that. He didn't know when the kitten got here, as Terry was asking, nor did he care as the little thing had come right up to him and was demanding his attention. Attention he gave as he reached out to pet the little kittens head and scratch gently behind an ear.
"Cute...so soft." Oh yes, this was a cute little thing and so fluffy and adorable. Could he possibly get something like this as well? Could he get his parents on board for a cat? he doubted it...maybe he could kidnap this little one? He doubted that also but he could come and visit - right?

Terry moved over to sit by Seung. "Yes. This little guys name is Ace." He said then reached out to give the fluffy kitten a long pet. "He's about a year old and we've have him for six months now." Said kitten was rubbing all over Seung's hands while purring up a storm. He glanced over at Seung and got a smile on his face. "Do you have any pets?" He asked then started to give the munchkin kitten some more pets. Through out the years his family had, had pets off and on, sometimes cats and sometimes dogs. It had been a few years between their last pet before Ace though.

So six months when they had gotten him, a rescue then? He wondered but figured that to be the case, which was fine. Actually that was, in his opinion, nicer as it saved a kitten from not having a home, from other possible less fortunate outcomes and other things. If he could he would love to get a pet but he didn't know if he could convince his parents who weren't much for pets, it just had never been a thing.
Listening to the little one purring he looked over to the other at the question. Shaking his head he gave a light smile. "No, never had pet. Fathers parents have one." He said with a shrug. He got to see their dog once in a while, on the rare occasion he left the city for the country where his grandparents lived. His mothers parents lived in Busan while his fathers parents lived outside of the city in a more rural area. He would be seeing his fathers family first, for the new year, so he'd see their dog for a little bit before going back toward the cities and that life. Than he was planning to go to Seoul and see his friends there and spend some time shopping and enjoying things.
