Basil was not exactly as well-versed in YouTube as Jade was; but he couldn't say he didn't understand the sentiment. He spent most of his time with hands-on experience, but his younger self had had plenty of time to research what it was that he liked to learn about.
"It's complicated if you don't know what you're doing," he said, and gave a satisfied nod as the music came blaring out. "Good, it's at a nice volume, though you can adjust that, of course. Everything seems to be working smoothly now."
He cast a glance over at Jade and gave her a little shake of his head.
"I'll have to take a rain check on lunch, I have another appointment," said Basil, and the corners of his lips quirked a little, almost as though it was a smile, though it faded within the next few seconds. "Is there anything else that you need?"

Jade shrugged when he turned her down, offering him an easy smile and a nod of her head. "You got it," she chirped, padding over to the bag tucked in the corner to fish out her wallet and pull out the money she'd withdrawn to pay Basil. She returned to his side, holding out the crisp bill with an amused expression.
"Nah, you're a life saver," she assured, taking a quick glance around the room with obvious delight lighting up her features. "I'll be in touch though." Because the woman was sure she'd need some tech saving in the future and he had agreed to teach her a little bit.
"Thanks again Basil," she said, ushering him to the door that she promptly leaned against as he exited. "See ya~" she cooed, saluting him before shutting the door behind him.
