"Join or die?" Sylvite went serious once more, her thoughts reaching back to the night of her corruption. It all came back- the raw fear from when she'd been trying to fight the youma she'd been no match for, and the flicker of her heartbeat right before Umber had shoved the power into her, and the pain of it all. Things had been better right after that, of course, but... "Yeah. I think it was the same for me. I wasn't kidnapped or anything, but... when they want you to join, I think they really want you to join, y'know?" But... had death really been the other option? Something deep inside of her went yes... but that was not something she wanted to dwell on, either. "You should've joined," she said instead, suddenly brightening. "Everyone's really cool! It's really fun! You're a senshi, too, so you would've gotten magic hair and magic powers and everything!" She glanced up. "I mean, your hair's already great, but one of my friends is a Negaverse senshi, and just so you know, the magic hair is glorious. Yours would be really cool. I bet If I braided it, you could see the two colors." Her eyes went kind of glassy again while she tried to imagine Sedna in black, with the hair. She planted her hands on the ground and leaned back a little. "We could be friends, basically. I could braid your hair or make you a bracelet or we could watch a movie... or, I dunno, those are kind of dumb, but they're what I can think of. Whatever you want, I guess. There's plenty of stuff to do with people who aren't your enemies... not hurt them, though. That would be dumb. And... maybe not homework, if we were talking about me and you. I don't think you're in the same grade as me."

Sedna frowned as she looked at the other girl. "...Y-yeah." She replied. "I guess so." At the 'should have joined' bit though, the senshi blanched, and then shook her head. "No. Oh no. Definitely not should have joined! I couldn't do that to people, Sylvite---" Her expression turned immediately dismayed as she tried to implore the other to understand. "I couldn't forcibly steal their energy from them, much less take their souls---that's essentially---it's--- it's killing them." She shook her head a bit, and after a moment couldn't help but smile a bit as she spoke about being friends. "...Why can't we...be friends now?" She offered, somewhat tentatively, as if she was uncertain. Surely the whole being on opposites sides thing could be overcome, right? Especially if Sylvite really didn't want to be hurting people and doing everything else being in the Negaverse entailed. She laughed a bit. "Um...what grade are you in?" stari_maga I AM SO SORRY. I fell off the bandwagon pretty hard, but I kept thinking about this RP and would love to continue it if you're still up for it! If too much time as gone by for you, I'd love to start a new one, because I really love RPing with Sylvite immensely ;; <3

Sylvite sat up from her relaxed state, frowning again. "I dunno why you keep saying this stuff. I don't take people souls! I don't even know if I I can, and I know I don't wanna... like, kill anyone!" Maybe she'd have to, someday... maybe, it wasn't even for sure, so she really didn't want to think about it. She thought about bringing up the dead youma again, like, that was killing, too! Sedna didn't seem to be getting it. "Okay, we're obviously gonna keep thinking like we're thinking, though. We're just talking in circles, now. I guess we could fight to," she made air quotes with her fingers, ""Prove our points" or whatever, but that seems super dumb and also I'd lose." Still not smiling, she met the other girl's gaze. "We could be friends... I guess... maybe." The Generals probably wouldn't approve of that, but whatever. "Uh... I'm a sophomore, at Meadowview... wait..." Her eyes narrowed. "I shouldn't tell you this stuff. What if you're like one of those creepy internet people who's super nice until I tell you all about me and then you track me down?" Lucyal It's fine, I've been busy too! Maybe we could wrap this up and start another? Sylvite's gone through a lot since this.

Sedna opened her mouth to say something, let it hang open for a moment, then shut it. Her lips twisted, she grimaced, and then she let out a soft laugh. "Yeah. You're right. About the circles thing." She seemed worried for a moment about fighting her, but when the lieutenant dismissed it, she was visibly relieved. The senshi looked interested in learning more, smiling a bit, but her expression shifted into one of confusion, before it registered what Sylvite was saying. At the question, Sedna gave a more earnest laugh. "Well, if I was one of those creepy internet people---we wouldn't be here right now! I'd be on the internet, looking up all your infoz---" Sedna waggled her fingers at her. "And I'd be at your school already, clearly!" But then what grade Sylvite was in also just registered. High school. Just starting pretty much. She was in high school and she was in the Negaverse. Sedna felt her heart drop. "Oh---" She blinked, trying to shake off some of that sadness she suddenly felt, and jabbed a thumb at herself. "I'm a freshman at Destiny City University---so there! An equal trade of information!" Sedna was about to say more, when she felt another signature on her radar---another chaos---and then followed by a distant human shriek. The senshi suddenly lept to her feet, and jerked towards the sound, when she remembered Sylvite. She turned her head towards the other girl, and offered her sheepish smile. "Sorry---" She said, feeling pressed to go. "I need to get that---but I really enjoyed talking to you---and I'm really glad I met you, tonight---Will I---" She glanced off to the distance, and then back at Sylvite. "Will I see you around, maybe?" She asked, hopefully. Had to have an answer before she left. stari_maga SOUNDS GOOD *n* <3 I'd love that! Sylvite loosened up a bit at Sedna's impression of the creepy internet person, cracking a smile. "Yeah, yeah, okay, I guess you're not looking up my infoz... I mean, you don't really seem like the type who would show up at my school and lead me off into certain doom, anyway. Are there even people like that in this war? Like, magical hackers on top of all the people hitting each other with lollipops? That would be cool, right?" She was zoning out again. In fact, she was so far off in her imaginings of men with thick glasses and mustaches typing desperately at hologram computers that she barely registered Sedna's next train of thought. "College? That's cool," she said. "I thought you were older than me. Wait- you're leaving?" She stood up, too, brushing the remnants of the youma dust from her clothes and looking decidedly sad, especially as she noticed the Chaos aura in the distance. "You're going to kill more youma?" Her eyes were locked on the doodles she'd made in the dust. She couldn't bring herself to look the senshi in the face. "O-Okay. I'm not gonna stop you, but... the friends thing... well, if you're gonna keep doing stuff like this, I dunno. I'll try to find out more about the war and stuff, though, and, yeah, hopefully I'll see you around." She glanced up for just a moment with a half smile, then turned and walked away. Halfway across the parking lot, she remembered herself, turned, and gave a more enthusiastic "Bye!" before continuing into the shadows. Lucyal Sounds good! I'll start it when I get a chance!
