An impatient foot tapped rapidly on the floor.

Bishop's eyes glanced down to the tapping foot, then back up at Izaya "hold off on the kill trigger Watch... I'll give Izaya three seconds to remember his respect, and if he doesn't stop in three seconds; follow your protocol."
And then Bishop waited three seconds.

Crimson eyes followed Bishop's to his foot as the agent seemed to speak to someone. The foot stopped tapping.
