"I don't mind. As long as you feel comfortable." He said fastening the buckle on his bag. He had been in the school one full day and already found someone who shared a passion for art. Maybe this place would not be so bad after all.
"Which leaves the question. May place or yours?" He asked with a cheeky grin and a small breath of laughter.

"We could use mine... I think my roommate might not be there right now," she offered, then blushed. "That is if you'd like to do it right now." She slipped the strap up over her head to her opposite shoulder. This should have felt more uncomfortable she realized, but it didn't. He was a fellow artist and one that had an intriguing veiw on the world and life.

Gaini nodded nad stood.
"I can think of nothing I'd rather be doing." He laughed swinging his bag over his shoulder. "Helping a fellow artist that is."

He knew this kind of propositioning was not really a good way to make friends but art was all he knew. For once he was glad to meet a person willing to get to the point and skip the small talk. People's lives were more interesting when unravelled a bit at a time, as and when things needed to be known.
"Lead the way." He smiled gesturing for her to go first.

Israel rose to her feet and grabbed her juice. She started walking, only hesitating a moment to make sure that he was with her before starting towards the dorms. Turning her head to look at him as they walked she smiled. She hadn't met anyone new in a while it seemed... well... except for Xel and Aine. But that was a part of her life here at Aquila she was none too interested in at the moment. Gianmarco actually seemed like a normal person that shared her same passion for art and life.

"Do you only draw life Gianmarco?" she asked, curious if he even bothered to explore the other forms of art.

"You can call me Giani." He said as they began to walk through the groups of oblivious students. "And I like to draw many things, well paint. They are larger works though. With paints on canvas. More modern." He shrugged a little, there was nowhere really for him to paint properly here. Back in Italy he had a room he could use as a studio, here his dorm room wasn't really big enough and any of the art studios were communal. He wasn't used to sharing work space.

"I can see living here a problem when it comes to work space." He admitted with a smile. "Though I'm sure I can work something out. Where do you work mostly?"

"Where ever I can really. Though when I paint it tends to be in the studios in the off hours. I'm not the neatest of painters and I've already had to clean up some pretty big messes in my room. When I draw you can usually find me anywhere around campus, especially since nice days can sometimes be far between here," she replied, glancing up at him. So he was brand new to Aquila, she thought with a small smile. She hopped up the steps to the dorms and pulled the door open.

Giani smiled down at her and followed her into the dorms.
"I'm not neat either." He said with a small shrug. "Especially when I am doing my big pieces. Once I get into them I have no idea where the paint is going as long as some of it hits the canvas." He grinned and followed her along the boring white corridor. "My studio in my parents house looks like someone let Pollock lose inside." He followed her up the stairs and leant against one of the plain white walls as they paused outside a door. Despite his relaxed posture, he was actually a bit nervous about what he had suggested. He didn't model for people all that often. Especially not cute girls.

Digging in her bag, Israel paused to look up at him. "Same here," she smiled, taking a moment to really look at him. Having just met they already had several things in common. She was glad he had approached her. It was nice to have someone who understood her passion. His coolness as he leaned against the wall made her a bit nervous though. He seemed to be very experienced in this genre of art, and she had no clue of what she was doing. Realizing that he was waiting for her to unlock the door, she quickly dropped her eyes back down to her back and fished the keys out. She slipped the key into the lock and looked back up at him as she opened the door.

"My room's a bit messy. Hope you can forgive me," she teased and moved inside to kick off her shoes by the door.

"I'm sure I can manage." He said with a grin, pushing himself away from the wall and following her through. This was a strange situation to be in. Meeting someone for only ten minutes and agreeing to model for them. He was glad she didn't think him crazy, or did she? He looked around and smiled. The suite was obviously owned by girls and not nearly as messy as his own.
"It's nice." He smiled fiddling with the strap of his bag. "Where would you like me?" He asked simply looking around for a good source of light.

Israel set her bag down on top of her shoes and turned to look around thoroughly nervous now.

"Uh..." She hadn't really thought of where in the room would be a good place. She was to starting to feel severly out of her league. She looked back at him and smiled.

"Here... Go ahead and put your bag over here with mine and have a seat on the couch," she said, walking off to her room. She grabbed her desk lamp and the lamp by her bed. They weren't ideal, but they would do. She figured she would only have to use one of them, but didn't want to be scurrying around too much. She came back out into the living room and set the lamps down on the coffee table, hoping their cords would reach the plug from there.

"O.k." He replied crossing over to the window and closing the curtains. At least if he was just up lit she wouldn't be able to see how nervous he was. Placing his bag down he crossed to the couch and shrugged his jacket off.
"I suppose the position of the lamps doesn't matter too much. Ad long as they highlight and cast shadows." He said pulling his t-shirt over his head to reveal his lean tanned body. Not looking her in the eye he moved to undo his jeans, slipping them off and placing them with the rest of his clothes. There was only his underwear to go. With a short sigh he wondered how best to sit, or to lay. With a smirk of amusement he removed his last bit of clothing and lay on his side on the couch. An easy, yet classical pose.
"Is this O.k?" He asked. "I can shif position if you want."

As his shirt came up over his head, Israel couldn't help but admire his chest. So far this wasn't going to be too hard, she thought. When his hands dropped down to the button on his jeans, she quickly knelt down on the floor and crawled over to reach behind the TV stand with the desk lap plug in tow. Once it was plugged in she pulled away and turned to face him at his question, only to have her cheeks turn crimson. Taking a deep breath, she nodded as she rose to her feet. She quickly reached out and hit the light switch to the living room off and took a moment to regain her composure. She could do this. It was only art. Rubbing her cheeks as she moved over to the coffee table and turned the desk lamp on. She looked up at him and smiled. Perfect. At least if she was going to have to study him, he wasn't bad to look at, and the lighting really did him justice. Quickly she went to her bag and grabbed her book and pencil and returned to kneel down in front of the coffee table.

"Are you comfortable?" she asked.

"Yes, very." He said smiling at her blush. The flushed colour of her skin made him even more eager to one day pose for him. Relaxing against the cushions he tried to forget that he was naked. Exposed to the world and think of something to take his mind off things.
"Do you like to work in silence or may we talk?" He asked, watching her with interest as she settled herself down to work. "I find it helps sometimes, to ease the embarrassment."

Israel quickly flipped to a blank page and looked up at his question and gave her head a little shake.

"I'm not big on silence. I usually use music to help me think when I create. But I think in this case, talking might be good," she grinned with a small wink. "Unless you would like for me to turn some music on?" she asked as she let her eyes roam over him for a minute to feel the lines of his body and plan the way she was going to approach them. She quickly sketched a few guidelines then looked back up to his eyes.

"My father and I used to travel to Europe on holiday. Italy was my favorite country. What part are you from?" she asked, picking a topic as far away from what they were doing as she possibly could. Slowly, her pencil began to work across the page as she glanced between him and her work.

"Sorrento." He said simply, watching her eyes flit between the paper and his figure in the semi darkness. "It's near the Naples. A very beautiful and peaceful town."

He was pleased to hear she enjoyed his country so much. Yet another thing they had in common. "Where are you from Israel, I would guess America from your accent, but you have the look of the mediteranian about you."
