The kitsune then turned to the other game, still carrying the foxfires around. Unless someone else needed them he was going to keep holding them. He loved the wriggling cute bundles. He soon realized he would need at least one hand to play the game though, and with deep regret let two of the foxfires follow him, instead of being in his arms.
He then walked around looking for the drag-eons. He was a bit nervous though, they were a little... er... large.
The tiny boil swallowed and let his ears flip down as he snapped the shots. Once more distracted by the cute furballs he failed. He managed to get only one picture of an actual drageon, the other ones were of the foxfires. ^_^; One tracked mind.

Danny hadn't seen all of her friends for a long time so she was visiting all of the Amityville campus booths to catch up with people and see how things had changed. Rikki was lurking around her somewhere, surely, but he had probably been distracted by one of the many minipet booths.
In her defense, Danny tried to wave Rikki down to come visit this one, but she'd already gotten lost by that point... so ...
"Hi Astra!" she said, waving at the pixie ghoul. She didn't quite recognize the announced boilfriend, but was a bit more focused on the foxfires anyways.
She was guided to the maze and handed a candy. Danny prompted ate said candy and said (with a full mouth), "So I just gotta get it to the end?" Easy enough.
Nobody said she couldn't use little flames as motivation, and the foxfire quickly did what she asked. Maybe it was cheating, but the foxfire made it to the end and she pointed at it excitedly.

It had been a while since Astra had seen the fire demon, so it was a lovely surprise when Danny approached her booth. "Hi Danny!" She waved back with twice the energy and hype. "Where have you been all this time?" She flew over to show Danny where their games were, but didn't expect he candy to be eaten so quickly. And not by the foxfires either. "Uhh...Y...yeah" The candies should be fine for halloweeners to eat, but she had never considered the option before. That was a new one. She watched as Danny "motivated" the foxfire to move through the maze, and while it wasn't hurt she could tell it wasn't too pleased from it's little whines. "One moment!" She called out, bending behind the counter to pick up one of the tanuki treats, and handed it to Danny. "Heres your prize!" She then went to check on the foxfire, smothering it with hugs and minipet treats.

The thing is, Danny had no idea if it was okay to eat or not. She was given a gift, she ate it.
She squeezed her treat (probably too tight) and ruffled the fur between its ears (probably too rough) and gave Astra a grin. At this point, Astra should probably hope that Rikki would show up soon. None of Danny's minipets would have been alive without him telling her (Danny) no.
"I been around! I help at a school now, it's fun!!" she told Astra. "What about you??"

Astra looked more then a little concerned at the way the tanuki treat was being handled, and wondered just how well Danny was able to care for her own minis. ..Apparently not that well. "Oh, I've been uh, looking into starting my own potion shop. Just need to find the right place to set up! And figure out what potions to sell, of course." And if she could get the ingredients to make them too. "So are you a assistant teacher?" She asked, intrigued by the idea. "Or do you do something else?"
