⋆ History :: Eugene never knew his parents and spent most of his childhood in an orphanage where he became the lovable older brother to the younger orphans, reading them tales of a rogue named Flynnigan Rider. During the day and night he dreamed of such an adventurous and luxurious lifestyle and, when he was old enough, set out to make it a reality. Unfortunately his dream was tainted and he became a wanted thief instead, no longer hungry for comfort and serenity but money and pleasures. It all changed when he met the young Rapunzel, whose own story touched him and her bright personality warmed the cockles of his hard heart. After he (attempted to) saved her he found out she was the long, lost princess of Corona and with her restoration of family he gained his own, marrying her years later.

⋆ History :: Jasmine is the daughter of the Sultan of Agrabah, residing in the kingdom's massive palace alongside her father, and loyal pet tiger, Rajah, whom she found years before the events of the film, believing him to be a spiritual gift from her deceased mother (who would tell her stories about the "star tiger" named Rajah). Because of her status as a princess, unfortunately, Jasmine is forbidden to ever leave the palace walls, spending her life sheltered within the confines of the royal home. Despite living a lavished life, Jasmine often feels suffocated by the laws of her kingdom, which restricts her from socializing with her subjects, as well as forcing her into unjust practices, such as forced marriages. These restrictions have ultimately prevented Jasmine from making any connections, as she states she's never had any real friends, aside from Rajah. The restrictions have also left Jasmine with the desire to see the world, and experience life outside of being a sheltered princess, which would eventually result in meeting Aladdin.

Her Afro-Latin father and Japanese American mother married in San Francisco, disappointing both sides of the family, but it was love after all and they were going to do as they wanted at such a young age. Things became clear as they aged and had Honey, they rushed everything, not enough money and patience, they pair split. They missed out on one important thing though, Honey. She was abandoned with a kind neighbor when her mother and father split at the age of ten. The brilliant girl went on to network and communicate through local neighborhoods looking for her parents all while keeping her grades. She's been on the look for either of her parents ever since. Excepted early as a chemistry major, Honey succeeded at the college in San Fran, but is looking for new adventures after her friend Tadashi passed. ⋆ History :: With no real recollection of her previous life or the royal blood that came with it, Vanellope ended up with a job at an arcade after challenging some boys to a motocross racing game, being mercilessly harassed by them and, afterwords, defended by the arcade owner. She could have handled it herself, but she didn't turn away the help. In addition to the new job at the arcade, she also lives in the apartment above the arcade building now. It used to be the home of the owner, but he insisted she move in after hearing she didn't have anywhere else to go.
In addition to all of this, Vanellope's love for racing came back in full force when she came across some people about to have a motorcycle race one night. As it turned out, these people were the same guys from the arcade who had bullied her before. After they teased her again and said a girl couldn't race, something clicked in her head and she made it her mission to prove she could do it. Her life's goal now is to make it big in motocross racing, but now that she's finished restoring a motorcycle she found, she can achieve her short term goal of racing against those boys and proving that she does have what it takes to keep up with them.

Because he believed his father's demise was ultimately his fault, Simba felt unworthy of ruling the throne, hinting signs of low self-esteem, in addition to becoming reluctant to ever face his past. It wasn't until he met and obtained guidance from the wise mandrill, Rafiki, that Simba would discover that the past is important, and should be looked to in order to learn from mistakes, but never as a reason to prevent one's self from moving forward in life. In spite of this, Simba was also willing to partake in more easy-going experiences, as seen with his friendship with Timon and Pumbaa.
