Sleet Tempest Snape Arthur had already started loosing his focus as he was staring past te boy, sniffing the air to take in a pleasant smell.
"Oh." He said, as if surprised the other was still here and went to clean his shoulder.
"You can feel others. A aura of good line yours. When you find them, get their number. If they feel bad, keep your distance. They should have light uniforms like you."
Shaking a chill down his back, he got up in all fours. "You call out your attack when fighting. I have to go now. My arthritis is acting up out here in this cold."

Staring at the cat, such an odd cat this was, he wondered if they'd tell him what power he had...as he was very much clueless at the moment and if he was now involved in some war he needed to know.
Ok, so obviously go toward good and get phone numbers for the phone. If it felt bad keep away, unless it came for him he assumed. Then either run or fight...likely fight. That he could do, it was simple and obvious enough. Nodding his head to the cats words
Ok...so the power he'd know how to use when he had to, it would come to him he assumed. The poor cat! Arthritis. Reaching out to pet the cat he stood back up slowly. "Of course. Find a nice warm place then." He spoke, hoping the cat had a warm place to go. "if you can't find one...you can always stay with me if you need to." He doubted the cat would try and eat one of his birds, this was a smart cat and didn't have those sorts of instincts...right?
"I get out of this uniform how?" He asked, suddenly thinking that he might want to change out of this uniform and soon.

Arthur purred as he was picked up, always liking the offer of a warm place. Hopefully a place with warm covers and nice food. Sure, he could always go see Phact, but he did like variety.
Curling, he looked back up and blinked a few times up at him before giving what was the best attempt at a shrug. "Don't know. I'm not a senshi. Never bothered to ask. They just do it. So.......just..............." He trailed off, clearly having no idea or suggestions.
He went to clean his paw.

"Would you like to come home with me?" He asked looking down at the cat in his arms. Well, the cat wasn't as helpful as he'd hoped but still, he had learned some things. He couldn't complain too much, this was still a talking cat in his arms...and he still looked at as he did - damn geta.
Wishing for his shoes back, and his coat, he suddenly seemed to have a shift in clothing...oh...was that how this went? Back in his nice, warm, winter clothing he still had the kitty in his arms and leaned down to nuzzle the soft white fur. "A hot meal as well. Mother is likely still up and has made something. I'll just tell her I've taken in a friendly stray I've noticed in the area." That way his mother would understand why a cat was suddenly in the house." Otherwise she might not approve but to turn down a cat, in the cold of winter, his mother wouldn't throw the cat out or ask him to turn it over to a shelter. He'd be able to keep the white guardian cat in a warm home.
"Just don't upset my birds, please. I'll make sure you have food and a place to sleep." Likely his bed, which he wouldn't mind in the least. His little sister, and maybe his elder sister when she came home, would want to pet him a lot as well. There would be a lot to explain to Arthur, on the walk home, if the guardian cat accepted the offer.

"If you could. I don't think these old joints can last much in this cold." He turned about in the boy's arms before he moved up to curl himself atop his shoulders and lightly around his neck.
"I'll leave your birds alone. Phact would probably hate me if I did." She got mad at him the last time he had feathers in his mouth when seeing her.
"Do you have coffee?"

"Phact?" He questioned, reaching up to pet the cats head and gently scratch behind his ears. "Alright, you'll be able to come and go as you please." He'd find a way to make sure of that. If he had to leave his window open just a bit, enough that the cat could open it the rest of the way, he could. He'd just claim the need for fresh air, which his parents would buy with ease.
"We do, though tea is more common in my home." He answered without much hesitation. With his coat back on he was able to move it about so that some of it would cover Arthur as well. "Do you want to eat when we get home also?" He asked, already wondering what his mother might have made which he and the cat could have.
Back to the original plan for the evening - getting home he started walking toward his original location. It wasn't more than a few blocks. The place was an apartment with a outside stairway that passed by his bedroom window, so the cat could easily get in and out. The building was quite, due to it being late, but when he got in pass the door, which took a keycode to get in, he headed for the elevator and pressed the button for the seventh floor.

Sleet Tempest Snape Arthur is a awkward kitty after. Usually he is wham-bam Thank-you-senshi. I'm out.
"And yes please. I don't do tea. If I wanted murky water, I'd drink a puddle." He said with clear distaste to the very IDEA of tea.
The trip was a easy one, and he had to admit, it was nice having someone around to give him clearance into a warm building. Usually he had to sneak into apartments to find places indoors, such as behind plants or in stairways where he could curl up and take a short nap before someone tried to shoo him back outside.
"So......" He paused. "....Feeling ok? I don't....usually stick around a senshi after I do this sorta thing."

Laughing he nodded his head and reached back to gently pet the cat. "Alright, so than not tea - coffee." He said nodding his head as much as he dare with the cat where he was.
When he opened his front door, calling out that he was home, he hurried for his room while his mother was saying something to him in Chinese. Returning a few words to her he closed his bedroom door and slowly, gently, took his coat off and let it fall onto his bed. "You can lay on my bed, make yourself at home." He kept his voice down, not wanting his mother or someone else to hear. Looking back to the white cat he went to lock his bedroom door - just incase.
"Strange...a lot of questions and concerns...many concerns but also a need to do something if people are in danger." He said seriously as he returned to his bed and reached out to pet the cat. "Let me make you some coffee and get some food." And tea for himself along with some food.
His room was a blend of traditional, bamboo plant, a wind chime with paper, bell and tassel, there were other 'traditional' seeming things while also the computer and ipod set into a small set of speakers. The tv he had was hung on the wall above his computer screen so he could watch it from his bed with ease. In fact it was typical for him to watch it from his bed as he drifted off to sleep, usually a movie of some sort with the volume turned on low.
"I'll be right back." And he headed out of the room, closing the door behind himself, and went to make some tea and coffee and get some nice hot food - his mother had been cooking for him knowing he would be hungry after practice. It might have surprised her when he took more than usual but he explained that he had taken in a street cat and was giving it some food. He would get proper food tomorrow, a lie, but for tonight this would do. Waving his hands to keep his mother from wanting to see, starting that the poor cat seemed cold and tired, he was able to get away with food and drink and without his mother in toe. Setting the tray down, in order to open his door, he picked up the tray and stepping into his room he used his foot to close the door and making his way to his bed he set the tray down before going back to lock his door.
"Good?" He asked. He had a nice amount of food for them both and steaming hot drinks. He hoped it was good.

Arthur always loved the first step into a warm home. It had so many smells associated with a living place. The people, food, and various mingling odors made him sniff the air as he took then upstairs.
Laid on the bed, Arthur moved off the coat to walk the expanse of the bed before turning around and kneeling it, purring loudly as he did before he made himself a cat loaf.
When he returned, he got up and went to inspect the tray.
"Very good. I do appreciate a home cooked meal. It's better than something cold off the street or something I have to chase." He sat himself before the tray and went to lap at the hot coffee without so much as flinching at the heat.
Once he got a few licks in, he looked back up at the newly-awakened senshi. "I can answer ehat I can and have learned, but I was out of the game for a while and am not as up to date. I'm learning too."

"Why would you be out on the street and not with someone else? it would be safer, wouldn't it?" He questioned as he took his tea from the tray and sipped it slowly. That didn't make sense to him, the cat should have a nice home with someone like himself.
"I'm glad you like it, my mother is a good cook." He kept his voice down as he talked, not wanting his mother to hear him and think it odd that he was talking to a cat as if they were speaking to him; she would think he was insane or something.
"Tell me whatever you can. I'll go from there and anything else you learn, when you learn it, would be useful as well. I'll let you know about anything I find out as well." Best to help each other, right? He didn't need to get killed, or seriously injured, due to a lack of knowledge. He also didn't need the cat to get killed due to a lack of information either, as it seemed he was important as were any others like him?

He moved to the food, moving over it to sniff before starting to bite it piece by piece, trying his best to curb the instilled desire to growl as he was prone to do on the streets, and isntead went from chewing off pieces before he stopped to answer his questions.
"Well, a lot of senshi have been trying to help each other. Can I have your phone a moment? I can bring up something for you."
As he waited, he took a paw and wiped his face to clean it and looked back up at him." What I can basically say is that we are in a warm. There are several sides of it. You are on the side of Order. A senshi. I'm a guardian. I help senshi by waking them. You see, you have a very old soul and that soul was always a senshi for ages and ages on. This is who you are. Now what you do with it is up to you."
He licked his paw again before moving over. "I'm not a senshi though, so a lot of what you do and know isn't what I do and know. My duties are just to help you guys out. Other than that, I'm just an old cat. You have that phone? I want to show you something on it."

Watching the other eat, glad he could offer him a hot meal, he handed over his phone when asked. "That's a good idea. Allies in a war is needed, otherwise you are an easy target." It was the best way to survive - in groups. To work alone would get you killed and no one would even know.
"So a reborn soul...reborn over and over...was it awakened ever before? Or is this the first time?" He questioned. The idea of rebirth didn't bother him, it was an idea many people had. It wasn't troubling though it was certainly interesting and it did fill in an answer to a question most people had - what came after death. Apparently after death came rebirth, even if you didn't have the memories of the past life. "Are all people, even normal people, reborn?" He did wonder if just they were special or was it the same for everyone?
"AN old cat...how old are you?" He asked wondering. He hoped the other was in good health, if he was as old as he made it sound like he was. The poor thing, a nice warm home would be best for him. "If you need you can stay here as long as you like. I can leave a window open or let you out at times. but you can stay here and call this a home if you'd like." Meals provided, water, and other needs would be met of course.

"Old enough." He said without adding actual numbers. He hadn't exactly kept track though Elanor used to always give him a birthday.
"You do not have to leave the window open. I can text you. I do appreciate the offer and will take you up on that from time to time." Or whenever he didn't want to stay outside or with Phact or any other spots he slept. It would do good to have nice meals regularly though.
Taking the phone, he tried his best with his paw to make the screen move before he stopped. "That little picture there.." He pointed at the icon. "..that is the senshi primer. It will answer a lot of questions for you. Also you can sense the same sort of energy as you have so you will meet other senshi and Knights. When you do, just ask for their number. They are all rather nice."
He went back to eating a bit before licking his lips. "They are reborn I think. Your soul is always that of a senshi so you will always be one. That doesn't go away. It is who you are, but it's up to you if you want to continue being one or not. It's just we could use the help, but it is very dangerous. People do get very hurt."

Ok, so that would make it easier, getting texts from the cat, but it also meant he didn't need to leave his window open in the cold of winter. He could just open it when Authur turned up at his window looking for a warm room and food, which he'd provide. Watching the cat fiddle about with his phone he nodded his head.
"Ok, that'll help." Finding information would be good, it would help to know more about what was going on with this war and his position in it. Programming new numbers into his phone he would certainly do, he wasn't about to go through this alone - it wasn't smart.
"Oh, I do plan on remaining in this. I was just wondering if we are reborn as senshi over and over again, like I've been one many times over...and if so if I'd powered up other times...while living here." He said slowly as he reached out to pet the white haired cat, gently scratching behind an ear.

"You would be reborn as a person at any time but if you were awakened?" He shrugged. "Depends if a guardian found you. I can't say anything of your past. That's something you need to find out on your own. I'm just here to flick your senshi switch on."
He leaned into the scratch and turned his head so the fingers could scratch his cheek and then under his chin.
