He picked his way up a tree to try his luck again. This time he didn't actually land on the gnome.
The scare was too much, though. They still knocked out. UGH.

Ah yes, the old two for one. Smirking, Wrex followed after them and gave both of their shoulders taps, pleased to watch them howl into the night as they tripped over one another to get away from the monster.

Another one was nearing the log with the toad again. Wrex positioned himself and was ready this time to catch them off guard with a scary growl from the otherwise mild looking creature.

He was almost done! Wrex moved away from his usual haunts to try his luck elsewhere. in the undergrowth he spotted an opportunity and reached out, tripping out a gnome with a snicker. With its final scream, he was able to return triumphant.
