Thank you both for your suggestions! They have been added, and will be included in the poll for May.

Oh! So many interesting suggestions have been added! I have no idea what I'll vote for when the poll goes up. Still, I'd like to add the sequel to what we're reading, in case we'd like to keep going: Kushiel's Chosen

The Scarlet Letter has always been on my to read list to be honest. Love that there's a suggestion list by the way. It's quite lovely.

PixelEnsemble The Scarlet Letter has always been on my to read list to be honest. Love that there's a suggestion list by the way. It's quite lovely. Glad to have you aboard! I wanted this to be a democratic book club, not a book dictatorship, so I do pretty much everything by vote. We voted the guild banner, we vote the monthly books, and I love suggestions for everything. I'm thinking I'd like to get someone in charge of creating book club threads when Gaia has its special event boards up, because I never seem to be around when those happen. X3 It would certainly be a good way to gain new members, anyway, and it might be fun too.

Some good books that I think others would enjoy, Summers at Castle Auburn, or Jenna Starborn both by Sharon Shinn, Jenna Starborn is space meets Jane Eyer. My sisters keeper , by Jodi Picoult, Deerskin by Robin Mckinley, The Fairy Godmother by Mercedes Lackey, Codex Alera by Jim Butcher, anything by Patrica Briggs, and if we want a rather long book, The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss

Tommy Dionysus Suggestions added, but please be more specific, ie. the title of a Patricia Briggs book to start with. I like both her alpha and omega book, or her stand alone books like steal the dragon, or when demons walk.
