"Yeah, only one guess." Cecil nodded. "If there is a struggle I suppose we can give hints but the point of it is to make it hard to guess." When Harper asked her own question Cecil had to give it some thought. "I don't know. We don't have a lot at our disposal. I suppose the person who has more of their lies discovered could....owe the other two a favor? Basically have a yes day where they can't say no to something. At least within reason?" He turned to Liam to get his thoughts. "Do you have any ideas?"

When Liam started guessing which of his statements was a lie Cecil only smiled waiting for Harper to make her guess as well. His eyes widened a little at her answer smiling shyly at being called cute but eventually he brought a finger up to tap the tip of his nose to let her know she was right. "I did work in construction for a while but it was only for a month. I'm a little glad the proof of the calendar is no more though." At least to his knowledge they were no longer in existence.

“Sounds good to me! I mean as long as the yes day things aren’t uber terrible and creepy I have no problem with that being the loser and winner’s prize!” Having no alternative to Cecil suggestion, the idea of having to at least do someone else’s chores sounded like good enough incentive to not lose.

In which met one point against Liam! She was also curious about the calendar as she scooted a little closer to the edge of the chair, wanting to hear him answer Liam’s question.

Harper watched, staring suspiciously as Liam shared his two truths and one lie. His lips twitched on the last one but she couldn’t decide if it was on purpose as a lie, maybe he couldn’t think of a truth, or that it was him thinking of a lie. Argh! This was hard.

“Well, considering you have an athletic build you probably got kicked in the shins at some point playing at least in gym class right, but your too athletic to not do more than gym…..” There was a look of debate on her face before she slammed her hand down on the arm of the chair.

“My answer is honor student. I mean if you played sports you would be at practice more and you have at least traveled for some sort of game or something out of Canada right? Maybe some sort of championship?” Power of terrible deduction by Harper, she knew it but that was ok it was just a game.

Liam chuckled as he listened to Harper reason out which of his statements had been truthful and which wasn't. She was right, in the end, and actually rather generous in her reason why he'd never been an honor student. He wished it'd had anything to do with a lack of time to dedicate to studies, rather than the truth, which was that Liam just wasn't that smart.

When Cecil had made his guess the smaller man grinned between the two before pointing at Harper. "The lady's got the truth of it." Which meant it was her turn now, and the brunette couldn't quite hide the flash of excitement that flickered to life in dark eyes and pale features.
