"Oh?" Titus laughed darkly at the threat. He liked this human she was interesting. "You have a big mouth for a pint sized Pom. I don't know that anyone will care what condition the meat bag is in as long as he's mostly in one piece and breathing. Do you plan to carry him if I don't?"
Titus made his way to Ryan and his unconscious human. "Something tells me you probably have your hands full. Every sap this side of the portal grabbed a human to take somewhere else so I'm assuming you both have one as well. Your hands are full and if you do me in the giant will have more to worry about than a little bit of road rash. He'll probably be left to die." Titus held out his hands with a wry smile as if to say it can't be helped. The truth was the truth though he had no idea if these humans, these hunters, would still attempt to take his victim away.

Ryan received an amused grin, knowing how true those words were. To her, they weren't just threats. They were promises.
"Oh, my! I guess with that attitude, you really don't care about what happens to your horn then." Shaking her head, she raised her arms, folding them to rest behind her head. "Man, you're like.. seven feet of useless, huh? If you can't carry him, why don't you find something to drag him on? Honestly, aren't you supposed to be in a school or something?"
Shaking her head a second time, Kat gave the demon a look. "We're not threatening to kill you, kiddo. We're promising to maim you if your ward is left in poor condition. You know, eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, bullet for a scrape?"

Having already tended to what he could, Ryan stood and gave the demon a thoughtful look. "Maybe not, but I imagine it will paint a nice big target on your back, all the same. After all, my colleagues aren't always so forgiving, especially to those who they think did deliberate damage to a helpless civilian." He shrugged. "And yes, while we already have our hands full with burdens of our own, who we aren't dragging, might I add, we can always find a way to improvise, should we have to." Personally he would prefer to avoid a fight, but at this point, Titus was giving him no reason to trust him enough to leave the unconscious man in his care.
He was about to say something further, when movement caught his eye. "There's another one! Look out!"OOC

Yapping yapping yapping. After a while Titus only saw the two human's mouths moving and wasn't taking in what was being said. Not that he would have given their threats or advice any sort of careful consideration. He was too lazy to care he wasn't here by choice. As far as he saw it as long as long as the human was still breathing by the time he got him from point A to point B he had done a good job. End of story.
"School, perhaps, but that doesn't mean I can be bothered to give two shits about this meat bag's condition. He's breathing it's fine." He waved Kat on like her words only bored him though he turned to Ryan about to say something else when the hunter in question had spotted a new danger in the distance.
