He thought perhaps Rook would just wake up he didn't actually expect him to fall to the floor. A sheepish smile crossed his lips his expression suddenly apologetic. "Sorry. Just trying to get you up, Bud. If you're going to sleep it would probably be better to do it in your dorm. Come on. Do at least one pull up. An actual pull up and we can go back and you can snooze all you want."

"Well I'm up." He announced, tiredly look at the tall man, before his gaze shifted to the pull-up bars.
...
Really?
"Okay fine. Just one though, right?" He eyed him suspiciously, as he walked over to the bar and glared at it in silent contemplation. Finally, without warning, he gave a little hop and seized hold of the bar, before he began to struggle in order to pull himself up. Which, judging by the amount of kicking and flailing, was going to prove to be a little more difficult than he thought.
"Oh yeah, I got this. No problem." He growled through grit teeth.

Washing a hand down his face Cecil settled it over his mouth trying to hold back the laugh that so badly wanted to come. Not even one. His poor friend was so weak he couldn't even do one pull up.
After several seconds of watching the struggle Cecil finally gave in. It was far too painful to leave Rook like that when he reminded him of those pitiful kittens on those 'hang in there' posters.
With a few quick strides he made his way to Rook and took hold of his sides just enough to help lift him up to complete the one pull up. "I truly worry about you. How do you even feed yourself with those dainty arms?" As soon as Rook had completed his one pull up Cecil released him so that he could drop to the ground on his own. His charity work was done.
