really didn't care: fingers curling against Liam's stomach, catching in one of his belt loops in an absent sort of way. The door was closed, no more monsters creeping out of the shadows just yet, and his heartrate was still spiking just a bit. A sudden burst of energy fizzled through him as he bumped his nose up under Liam's ear.

yes, he'd probably stop. Let him be, leave him here to lick his wounds. If not, it was pretty clear where Austin's mind was headed.
