There was nothing behind Fantasia, though the reflection still showed the presence right next to her. She would, however, feel light fingertips - claws - brush against her skin, an invisible presence reflected only by the elevator that seemed to refuse to move.
"Home."
And then there was a light ding, and for a moment Fantasia felt faint headed, for a moment she lost focus of all senses, vision dulling-
- When she woke up it would be dark again. She could not move her limbs.
No, it was more that she had no limbs to move. There was nothing to look around, just more darkness, and then the strangest feeling, the feel of shifting, and lights and peering through a screen no, as a computer screen-
- She was trapped inside it.
Medigel
Fantasia is trapped inside the ??? computer. She can communicate through the computer if anyone rps interacting with it but if the computer is smashed SHE DIES. She will remain trapped until someone realizes the fake Fantasia is a fake!
While you are trapped in the computer: - You also RP your "possessed" body form. It has assimilated Fantasia's memories so it plays a pretty good job of being her, with one exception - it is determined to infect as many people as possible.
Interact with as many people as possible. If your character makes contact with another character (touching them), that character's +infection rate goes up by 10. If a player spots your character is "fake" AND they do 10 damage to you, Fantasia is freed from the computer again. While in this fake form however, her dice are a phenomenal 2d12-6 (she does not differentiate between allies (bosses) and humans in this mode.

At the very end of the service entrance, past a long winding set of stairs and a room that was impossible to find without a flashlight was a doorway.
The inside was just as ominous as outside, covered in fog and writhing vines. They vines seemed to move as they came in contact with the living, reaching towards any moving source.
At the very end of the room was an elevator.
It only had one button going down, and there was a rough buzzing noise as the elevator suddenly opened. It was relatively clean on the inside, and surprisingly still well-lit, with just the elevator lights flickering occasionally.
The elevator would close whenever prompted, by again, two sets of buttons on the inside. One to close the door, the other to go down again. It wasn't a very fancy elevator, there was no glass paneling, each side was simply barricaded by steel walls. There would be no indication how long the trip down was, it just seemed like an infinite claustrophobic abyss of waiting.
At the bottom, for those who had braved the elevator, the doors would buzz again and slowly churn open.
There was a perfectly lit hallway in outside the elevator, highly reminiscent of a hi-tech laboratory that was also entirely abandoned. The floors and ceiling were clean, without a trace of fog, blood, or vines, and there were no bodies in sight either. There was however, in the reception right in front of the elevator, a computer, still running a screensaver. Papers were strewn everywhere: whomever had been here prior had left in a hurry. There was still an old coffee mug from who knows how long ago with now molding liquid in it.

Dazs had thought about going back, but swallowed and continued onward. It'll be quick, just a quick thing, he told himself, then back out to Giuseppe. Quick, quick, he repeated to himself as he avoided the vines as best he could (hadn't mom said they were bad.... someone had, once upon a time) and stepped into the elevator.
The door dinged open and he blinked into the bright light. It was... a lab of some sort, maybe, clean and bright and free of the smears of blood and other things he was used to. It made Dazs feel very, very small, and grimy. He scrubbed at his face. Best of all, it had running electricity... though that immediately made him wary. The casino had had electricity too, and it- He shook his head and began to poke around.
No food, no water. He sighed gustily. Then, he noticed the computer. Maybe there was internet, maybe he could reach for help! He dragged a chair noisily over in front of the monitor and sat down, jiggling the mouse.

What? But it had—She thought—
(Breathe breathe breathe don't worry about it don't think about it.)
The feeling of being watched intensified. Were those really class at her back, or was the infection spiraling out of control within her again? Taysia barely turned before something whispered home in her ear. Before the ding. Before the darkness fell.
---
(Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.)
I can't...!
Strangely, it felt like she didn't need to. Like all of her was splayed out like a rug and a wall and a statue all at once. Taysia had gone beyond confusion and into bewilderment, but nothing obeyed her commands. At best she felt like she was compressed and at worst she felt nothing at all. Had she been locked in somewhere? She couldn't remember after the elevator...
Light. There was a thought to squint, but her eyes didn't work. She couldn't remember blinking.
h e l p
Taysia wasn't aware of the fact that her disjointed thoughts were translated into text, only that it was the only thing she could remotely feel in this unknown place. She should have been alarmed that her heart wasn't racing, but really she was just too stunned to react.

Dazs blinked and slowly, using the hunt and peck keyboarding he was so good at, typed out

Then, chewing his lip thoughtfully, he pressed one more key.

Dazs was pretty sure the computer was broken. It was a shame, after all. He had almost turned away when the words 'help me' flashed on the screen. He scooted the chair back in.
who are you?
computer lady, what did you see?
He still debated getting the hell out of dodge; Dazs was pretty sure he'd seen a movie just like this where the computer ended up eating someone. He didn't want to be eaten.

It had taken him a really long time to find a flashlight, and by this point, it was probably too late too do much good but -- Austin wanted to know what the map pieces lead to, what was at the end of the metaphoric rainbow. So he followed the signs, light casting down the hall and, finally, onto Dasz where he sat at a computer.
A pause, and then Austin grinned. "Holy s**t, a computer?"

Austin's slim and a bit taller than average at 5'10' with sandy hair shorn short on the sides, longer and curly on the top. His eyes, behind a pair of thin wire thick plastic frames with the wrong prescription, are faded green and usually amused; his skin is fair, freckling in sun unless he's careful; his mouth is just a little too full, in a way that appeals to most people.
"Before you ask, no, there's no internet. There's like... a person trapped inside or something. Wanna give it a go?" Dazs yawned and rolled his wheely chair a little to the side. He saw no reason to mistrust a jersey-wearing person. He had come to realize that this mean the person was from the university.
Maybe that meant they were smart. "I'm Dazs, by the eh."

Austin was also wearing glasses -- so he must be doubly smart, in that case. He considered Dasz, head cocked to one side, and then stole a seat at the keyboard.
"How long have you been here, man?" To be fair, Austin actually was smart, in a way, when he put his mind to it; he scrolled up, first, to see what had been going on. It made his eyebrows go up, shooting a sideways look to Dasz like he thought maybe this was all a prank, and then he pointedly typed in one thing:
