He gasped, a meteor shower? That sounded like it would be really pretty! His wings fluttered even more in the excitement. "Oh!! I want to see that! We should definitely ask to do it. I'll go with you if you want??" He grinned widely. Maria seemed really nice... and she seemed to know a lot about stars, so that was cool too. Maybe he should learn some more about them on his own time, too.
"But if a lot of people come it could get really noisy.." He hummed, thinking about the possibility of it turning into a large group activity...

 She nodded at his request to go with her, wiggling her little feet in excitement. Oh yes! Two against Ava would definitely work! Flapping her odd wings, the girl wiggled off her bench.
"Maybe it can just be us? If there's a bunch of kids they might not let us do it! If it's just us then maybe they'll give us a pass?" The hybrid meandered over to the edge of the roof fence, placing her fingers against the fence to peer over at the ground. Sometimes, she wondered if she could leap off the roof and thus learn to fly. Didn't birds do that? Didn't their parent toss the kid off and they figured it out from there? Frowning absently, the little freshling turned back around just in time to catch the caretaker make a gesture. Oh? Bedtime? Now? But... but her new friend!
"Oh! It's bedtime?" She questioned to the caretaker before receiving an affirmative nod. "Ah, okay. Well, I'll see you soon, Andy?"

Andy nodded, that was a good plan. Too many kids might make them say no, and since it was two of them, they couldn't say no about it just being one! He clapped his hands together and grinned, wings fluttering. "Oh yes! That's a good plan. I'm sure it'll be okay then!" He slid off of the bench he was sitting on when she did, curious as to what she was doing.
But, before he got very far he noticed the caretaker signalling for bed. Awww.... He looked back to Maria and nodded. "Yeah! Definitely! We gotta see the meteor shower after all." He grinned again, and then turned to skitter on back inside to find the caretaker that was in charge of his particular room.
