19. Yes, he had won again and the dealer looked pretty pissed off. He slid over the coins and narrowed his eyes.
Vayne just shrugged and took the money. Hey what the heck, he won, and there was no reason for him to feel bad for it.

Nodding for the next pair of cards, Vayne wondered at what he was doing. Was there really a point of him suffering through more of this silly gambling? Yeah it was, he was going to at least try to get someone else free. No reason to leave everyone else there.

Vayne nodded his head slowly and gestured for a new card. He was not going to give up on this hand. 11 points was good and the odds of him getting just one more than he needed was short.
A two? Really? Vayne nearly groaned out loud. He looked at the dealer who was another with that terrible self satisfied smirk on his lips. It was like he had done it on purpose. Could the dealer be cheating? Vayne took the risk he wasn't and nodded for another card.

Vayne shifted in his seat looking around, seemed that he was able to keep the private table, but it didn't change the feeling of, just being wrong in here. The doors were still locked though and there was no leaving. No risk of anything, so he just figured he would keep playing more. Two more cards were dealt and he glanced at them.

Vayne showed his 19 and watched the look on the dealers face as he flipped his own 22. Heh, bust for the dealer. This is my score. The blond nodded his head and took the tokens sliding them into his pile. 25 for him. Not bad, making his way up slowly.

Twenty five tokens, coins.. hell whatever they were. The blond bounced them in one palm thinking a moment. Yeah why not, nothing to lose. He shrugged and nodded again making a small gesture for the cards to be dealt again. No point in stopping when there was no fear of anything bad happening now.
The dealer was showing 12, he was showing 11. Hmm well natural thing is to keep going, who stops at 11? He shrugged and knocked on the table to get the dealer to hit him. The dealer calmly flipped the next card and watched Vayne's face.
All matched at 12 now. Vayne nodded again, and tried to read the dealer, this guy was being too calm now, not as angry as he was a short time ago. Was there something he should know? Rolling a couple of the tokens in his palm, listening to the soft clicking as they tapped his piercings he waited. This was getting a bit unsettling
Eighteen. s**t. Nope not happening. He shook his head and slid over the two chips he had lost. He was not going to take the risk of busting and losing more. The dealer flipped his card and showed a natural 21. He would have lost anyway. It was a good call stopping.
Vayne mumbled softly and gestured for new cards. He was going to keep rolling. No stopping now. He would only stop if he dropped down to 15 again, seemed a good place to put on the breaks.
Thirteen. Keep going. He waved the dealer to keep on, and looked at his chips again. He couldn't help but wonder how the others were doing. He could hear muttering and cursing around the room as people won and lost, but he could not make out the sound of anyone he knew.
