Nodding, the dealer shuffles the cards before tossing out two more. "Player has 13." he calls out casually upon seeing the total.
Her cheerful, shy smile fades to a slight frown as she sees her cards. Weighing her chances, Ellie figured she needed a six, seven, or eight... Those weren't the best odds... Still... she really needed the coins... But losing five coins would get her back even further... Finally, she makes up her mind and nods towards him decisively. "H-hit me."

Nodding in response, the dealer slides the top card off the deck and flicks it towards her.
She was holding her breath up until the moment she saw the card... It was a Ace... "Player has 14." he announces with just the slightest hint of amusement. She released the held breath in a soft exasperated sigh before weighing her options again. Now she needed a five, six, or seven... It was getting pretty risky... Still...
She takes a slightly tensed breath before nodding towards him. "H-hit me..." she says with a bit of unsuredness in her voice...

Ellie was tense as the top card was removed and flicked towards her. However, as they both see what the number was she smiles and he grins slightly! "Player has 20! We have a Blackjack!" he announces loudly before taking back the cards and handing over ten coins!
Happily, she tucks away the coins before nodding to him. "D-deal again please!" she chips shyly.

The dealer didn't even bother nodding, he just shuffles the deck and tosses two cards out.
Unfortunately... The nod ritual seemed to have been a source of luck... Because when the pare saw what was tossed out, both couldn't help but frown a bit... "Player has 22... Sorry miss." he announces in a softer tone then before as she sighs resignly before handing over five of the coins she'd just won...

"D-deal again please..." she says softly in a slightly disappointed tone. Making sure to nod this time, he tosses out two cards.
However, upon seeing what was thrown out, eyes widen on both of them! The sting of the previous game's instant loss was quickly erased as she sees two tens on the table! "Well, well! Player has 20! We have a Blackjack!" he announces loudly before grinning a bit! Clapping happily, she tucks away the coins with a cheerful shy smile.
It was when she opened her bag to put the coins away that she realizes something; she really should count her coins... It didn't take long before she finds she had enough coins to buy herself! "O-oh! I have enough!" she exclaims happily before shoveling all the coins back into her bag, getting up, and dashing off. It was time to get free of this collar and this Casino!
Watching her go for a moment, the dealer grunts in approval before turning and dealing cards to a new arrival.

As Ellie steps back up to the Blackjack table she'd been playing at, the deal notices her collar was missing. "Bought yourself?" he asks nonchalantly as he shuffles his deck. "Y-yeah!" she says happily in a shy voice. "Not that I'm complaining, but what are you doing back?" he asks with a tone of general curiosity.
"I-I want to earn more coins s-so I can buy o-others i-in case they can't buy themselves..." it was a little awkward saying she wanted to buy another person... Blushing slightly at the thought, the dealer couldn't help but grin a bit at her as he shakes his head and tosses out two cards.
As the cards slide in front of Ellie both she and the deal get a surprised expression! "Well now! Player has 21! We have a Blackjack!" he announces with raised brows! "W-wow..." she says softly as she looks at the two cards. "Deal again?" he asks with a bit of a amused grin. "Y-yes please!" she chirps shyly!

With his usual nod, the dealer tosses out two cards. "Player has 11." he announces
Closing her eyes for a moment, Ellie weights her options. Eleven... She seemed to get that number more then any other so far... She needed a eight, nine, or ten to get a blackjack; those seemed like pretty good odds to her! Nodding, she looks towards the dealer. "H-hit me."

Nodding in response, he tosses out another card.
Upon seeing the total, Ellie frowns disappointedly... "Player has 18." he announces before taking back the three cards. She didn't even have to say it, he could see it in her eyes as she sighs and digs out one coin. Only a fool would have challenged those odds.
After sliding the coin over she nods. "D-deal again please..." Her luck really seemed to be a mixed bag... Although... Wasn't everybody's? The thought was comforting.

Both of them couldn't help but frown a bit as they see the total. "Player has 3." he announces. Her frown didn't last long as she thought about it. A three was low which was good, that would allow her to safely build up to twenty one. "H-hit me." she says confidently with a shy smile.

A brow raises slight as he was surprised by her optimistic attitude towards the three, nodding he tosses out a card.
What landed was a ten. "Player has 13." he announces. Humming slightly to herself as she muses on the situation, Ellie decides to go for it! "H-hit me again." she says shyly.

Nodding, he tosses out a forth card. What came up had her smiling and him grinning slightly! "Player has 20! We have a Blackjack!" he announces before taking the cards back and sliding over ten coins!
Cheerfully, Ellie tucks the coins away before nodding towards the deck. "D-deal again please!" she chirps in a shy excited tone.
