Just as Cecil pulled him back, Rook made a swipe for the woman, earning only a smack on this nose, treating him like some disobedient pet. Now he was just vibrating with rage. "Cecil? Can I kill her? Can I?"OOC Character's name: Rook Character's faction: University Character's journal link: View Character's survival stats: View BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MY CHARACTER Visual Ref Jersey Number: 25

" Eye...You'll have to tell me more about that later." Maybe when they were in a safer location. But Rook was surprisingly easy to rile up for someone who seemed to take joy in doing just that to others. Or at least try to. Cecil didn't always give into the notion. " She seems to know just how to play you." He mused. " I imagine this is what siblings are like." Though he didn't have a sibling so he had no way of knowing for sure. " Am I supposed to be the parental figure in the situation? Should I remind you to play nice with the other children." His smile turned to Brie though his hand still remained on Rook's shoulder for good measure. " We'll be careful and you do the same alright? I know we're not in the same faction but I would like it if everyone could make it through this."

Brie was more then satisfied with the outcome of Rook's temper, though she didn't show it.
It was nice to know there were some out there who still cared for others, and worried about their well being. Sadly, she doubted it would last. "It would be nice if that were possible. I don't see many people surviving this though."
Turning to walk way, the girl paused, soon turning to face them again.
"Just a heads up; I got a piece of information from the junkyard. I don't know if its legit or not, but.. "Zone three is extremely dangerous. Do not stay overnight at the hospital. Wear extra clothing." Watch your each others backs, okay?" Giving them that bit of information, she started off again, flipping Rook of as walked away.
"See you guys later, yeah? Or rather hear over the radio.. Don't get yourselves killed before we meet again!"

The funny part about it was, Rook normally wasn't so easily riled up. But Cecil was right when he said she knew how to play him. "If that's what siblings are like, I am glad I was an only child." Fortunately for them all, he refrained from anymore attempts to clock the woman. But just barely.
He watched her leave silently, soaking in her advice. It wasn't until she was a good distance away that he glanced up at Cecil. "Looks like you're gonna need more warm clothes. Maybe something that fits?" He elbowed him playfully, but it was still visibly obvious that he was grumpy from the encounter. "Come on, lets just go."OOC Character's name: Rook Character's faction: University Character's journal link: View Character's survival stats: View BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MY CHARACTER Visual Ref Jersey Number: 25

Cecil waved to the girl as she started to leave but paused the moment she gave her bit of information. There was a concern written on his face as he was lost in thought. He was so lost he barely caught Rook's little jab about his clothing. "Yeah...something that fits." He finally snapped to when Rook started to walk away but he held up his hand. "You go ahead, I'll catch up."
He left Rook where he was and chased after Brie. Sure it probably wasn't the best idea to follow her into her own territory but he felt this was important. "Wait, Brie." He slowed his strides when he finally caught up. "You said zone three is dangerous? Not to stay overnight. Where did you hear this? I talked to those guys in the junkyard and they told me.." He looked around for listeners before he listened. "They told me that zone three is the safest zone and that staying overnight is the only way to get supplies."

Hearing her name called, Brie looked over her shoulder to find Cecil following after her. Stopping in her tracks, she turned to face him, curious on what was going on. At his question, she nodded, but listened silently as he spoke.
"What..?" Confusion was clearly written on her face, as she scratched her head. "Why would they give out false information to one of us? Is this like some sort of game to them?" Unless.. "Is it possible that the zone is safe, but not at night, and definitely not at the hospital? But in order to risk getting supplies, we have to put ourselves in danger?" If that were the case, what the hell were they being set up for?

"Game.....I do keep hearing something about a game and lottery on the radio but it doesn't make any sense." But now he was worried. Deeply worried. "I don't know what to tell you. I wish I did ...just....keep safe alright? Let your people know and maybe they can figure something out. The guys in the junkyard are either trying to help us or they are stringing us along and I'm worried its the later."
He gave his goodbyes as he took his leave to catch up with Rook again, worried about what was going to happen to them all in the coming days.
