Well now. To make things even more challenging, the damn thing was now stuck in the door way! Kicking at it, and pushing it did nothing to help. She was going to just have to make do with getting up and over this one and finishing with whatever else was in the room.

REALLY! Why was everything against her today? Now SHE was stuck in the doorway. "This is ridiculous!" Crying out again, the girl tried rocking herself forward, which only seemed to make things worse. It took a good solid ten minutes to free herself.

By the time she was finished, she would not speak of this incident to anyone. She was so done with this job!

FIFTH BARRICADE QUEST DAY
"You have GOT to be kidding me?" Bed frames again? What? Did they run out of all the useful materials that all that was left was bloody bed frames?? Visibly annoyed, the girl kicked at the frame, only to hurt her foot. Hopping up and down on one foot, she cursed her luck before starting to drag one of the bed frames over. "Why do I always get stuck with these?"

Seething with rage, Brie was hard at work setting up her barricade. There was no way she was going to be here as long as she was yesterday. No, she was getting this done fast. Not rushed, but fast. Using every bit of her strength, the bed frame was pulled through the door way and moved over to the needed area. "Okay.. one down." As much as she wanted this to go fast, it was still going to take some time. It was a lot of bed frames to move for such a small person, and alone at that.
Huffing, she moved for the next one, pushing it over beside the other. Well, at least this was a somewhat good workout for her? Too bad she didn't need it.

Hah! Success! Things were going much better today! At this rate, she would be finished in half the time she did yesterday. Pleased with her work, she continued to set the barricades up, moving all the bed frames into strategic placements.

"There!" She was finally finished, and relieved to be out of here. If she was lucky, she wouldn't need to work with bed frames again.

SIXTH BARRICADE QUEST DAY
Today for barricades duty, she was relieved to discover she did not have to work with the bed frames again. However, she now had laundry baskets to work with. Easy enough to move around, but not exactly sturdy. Oh well, if this is what she had, she'd make it work. Grabbing the bins, she started dragging each over, making her beginning pile to work from.

Between her work effort and her supplies, the amount of time that had been cut to get the barricades up was better than any other time she had worked. At this rate, she would be finished in less than half the time she had any other time she worked! Now she just needed to be sure that she could keep the barricade steady. Not an easy task, but its what she had to work with, and she would make it work.
Perhaps if she propped other things, heavier things against it, that might help with it a bit? It was something o consider. Moving over she began to grab at the remaining few bins, placing them down on the ground as she got back to work.

Nearly finished, she needed to grab a few more things to make sure that the barricade wouldn't fall apart as soon as she left it. Then it would be perfect!

Now.. Now she was done. The barricade was firm, and actually pretty decent for a bunch of laundry bins. Testing it to make sure it would hold, she was pleased to find it did. For now at least. With her work done, she packed up her belongings and headed back.

SEVENTH BARRICADE QUEST DAY
On the fifth day of her barricade duty, Brie arrived to find today she would be working with chairs. Well, better then the laundry bins, easier than the bed frames. Worst came to worst, she could just break them apart and use them in that fashion. Either way, she could work with these.
She started by moving each chair into the room, setting them into a new pile, or side by side. It was going to take some time, as everything always did, but she was sure that she may be able to make this barricade even sturdier than yesterdays. At least that's what she hoped to do.

The first part of the barricade was nearly complete. She had broken off all the pieces, making them into separate pieces of wood that would easily be nailed out to keep other things out. As for anything that wasn't wood, she just had to make use of what she could.

Moving the other chairs over to a slightly more vulnerable area, she began placing them in a way that might be more difficult to move. Luckily, even if they did manage to get through this, they would be knocked over, making a loud ruckus, loud enough that people in the building would be alerted.
