Drasta Vimn Limkult The Plagued Healer ***************
Drasta stopped as he listened to Aeryn and Kasamatsu talk, humming. "Oh, you didn't... Oh, I'm sorry..." He hung his head to Kasamatsu, relinquishing his grip on Aeryn's arm to bow apologetically to him. Aeryn's speaking caught his attention again, him looking at her. Suddenly, he pointed a finger accusingly at her, as if he was trying to scold her. "Liar! If you aren't a person, then why can you speak with us? Why can you teach us, huh? And everyone needs friends!" He grows a wide, goofy grin and throws his arms out to the side. "Friends are there to pick you up when you make mistakes! No matter how awesome you think you are, you'll make a mistake! And when you make that mistake, you'll regret saying you don't have friends. I'll be your friend, and I bet Kasamatsu will, too!" He shoots a grin back to Kasamatsu, as if to say 'Aha, I was listening to you, too!' and looks back to Aeryn.
Then Aeryn requested him to heal Kasamatsu, and Drasta shrugged. "But... He doesn't look..." Suddenly, his demeanor changed dramatically. His overjoyed expression immediately took on one of fear and apprehension. His arms slumped to the side and he almost looked like he was going to cry. It was almost as if he had completely forgotten that the Plague was a thing. He sullenly walked up to Aeryn, clinging to her arm again and looking up to her with big teary eyes. "You... You can control it, can't you? I can't... I... It just happens... I don't know how to control it..." He rubs his eyes and shakes away some bad memories, giving Aeryn a fiery look. "You... You gotta promise me, that as my friend, you wont let me kill anyone." He tugs on her arm again, as if to make sure he had her attention and tears up again. "Promise me!" He then holds up his hand to her with his pinky extended. "Pinky swear! I'll tell Alice if you break your promise!"

Aeryn's orange orbs flicked to the newcomer, Bell Vice was her name, and nodded to the girl. She was young, yet showed the most promise, and the woman gave the student enough acknowledgement to allow the girl to stand at ease.
"I do not need a child to teach me anything," Aeryn responded as she slid her icy gaze back towards Kasamatsu. "My creator teaches me everything I need know. Further, you have my familiars switched. Do not worry about the boy." She nodded before frowning. "Apologize, for they are becoming indignant."
The woman sighed, closing her eyes for a moment, as the familiars began to scream in her mind. Maybe she would combine them together so they could speak their haughty thoughts to the person responsible, but she refrained for the moment as Drasta again clutched her arm and spoke.
She looked down to him, her voice the same deadened thing, yet her eyes slightly calming. "I did not have a mother, and I do not have a father. I was created out of nothingness, yet also the corruption that surrounds us at this very moment." She looked to the columns that illuminated the classroom before she peered back to the boy. "I do not understand how I am your friend, but I will not allow you to kill anyone here."
Aeryn cocked her head, her white hair falling into her eyes as she bent her head downward. Raising her pinky and looking at it strangely, she held it down to Drasta with a question on her lips. What sorcery would a pinky do?

Drasta Vimn Limkult The Plagued Healer ***************
Drasta catches Aeryn's pinkie and grins widely, wiping away his tears. "Good! This gesture means you promise you wont break your promises, or you'll get a hundred needles in your eye! Better keep it!" He releases her and looks to the nearest familiar of hers, it being the white-tinted Finn, and snatches it out of the air. He gives it a cute look and smiles, hugging it warmly to his chest. "Ahahaha~! It's like a stuffed animal! I want one!"
His head then went back to what she'd said earlier and hummed. Did he have any questions? He looked to his hand and hummed, a glimmering aura surrounding it as he concentrated. He released Finn back into wherever the thing wanted to go and lifted his hand to Aeryn. "Why can I do this? Why am I the healer? I'm too weak to fight otherwise..." He frowns and gives Aeryn a cutely confused look. "All I really know is if I heal too much, I start... Hurting people... And I can't heal things I hurt, and can't hurt things I heal... Oh, wait!" Drasta perks up and walks over to Kasamatsu, poking his arm with his glimmering hand and quickly moves to Bell, doing the same. The pair would feel a tingly warmth from the spot he poked them. He rushed over to Aeryn and thrusts his palm forward, lightly tapping the teacher's belly with a cute 'Pomf' sound before pulling back. "Now I can't hurt you! That's good, because I would hate it a lot if I hurt my friends..." He cutely smiled up to Aeryn, blissful ignorance painted all over his face.

XXX Kasamatsu began to laugh slightly at Drasta's over the top tangent about how Aeryn shouldn't be able to communicate with them because she wasn't actually a "person." His eyes would study the room as the other situation would go on. He noticed the small things about the room that made this one quite the enclosure. Finally he would feel the negative energy from Drasta somewhat seeping into him. He noticed this when Drasta had the slight fear of Aeryn ealier. He shrugged it off once again as he heard a slight growl in the back of his head. This wasn't something that was normal and with all the negativity floating around from Drasta it was feeding into the flip side of Kasamatsu. His focus on the growl would be broken when Aeryn would speak about the boy learning about controlling his ability. The pinkie promise would cut all ties with the dark feeling that Kasamatsu was feeling which would in fact save a little of his sanity. He quickly smiled at Aeryn and joined in on the pinkie promise. "Its a pinky promise. It means if you break it, you will have to suffer great consequence. Failure isn't an option for you is it? You were made not to fail at all." He said to her before looking down. "However, even those who are made to not fail will fail." His soft tone sounded kind but sad at the same time. "I say we should probably start class. What is the first lesson Miss Aeryn?" He asked. He would be interrupted by a tap on his arm from the young boy that sent a warm sensation through his body. He felt a little better but Kasamatsu already felt more energetic than when he did the mission with Sentinal.

Though with a slight gesture it gave the girl permission to be at ease. Almost immediately her body relieved itself from the tense state. As well a sense of relief washed over her. Yes she was late to class, but the teacher didn't seem to mind. It was a good notion to follow as she was distracted with the other two students. Looking at the other students it was strange. Were there only three people attending this class? Her eyes managed to stick onto the only boy in the class at the moment. The guy was literally a whole foot above her in height. While this would of been intimidating to some, it wasn't to her. The only thing that was really interested in was the guys long hair if anything. Not that she was envious of it. In fact it was quite the opposite. It was so messy to the point where it urked her to no end. It made him look like he had ears on the top of his head for crying out loud. Though she held back the urge to try to fix it and instead focused on another thing within the room. In this case it happened to be the two familiars next to the teacher. Her eyes widened in amazement looking at them. They were like two little bats with large teeth. In this girls mind they were actually kind of adorable. She even started gushing over them a little bit in her head. It acted as a distraction as the teacher and other students were conversing around her. All their words were drowned out by the thoughts of her cuddling the familiars as if they were plushies. It was only when the messy haired boy mentioned starting class did she snap out of her gushing trance. Once again she stood at attention. "Ready to start mam!" She actually shouted sounding like a hasty response. The girl literally had no idea what the others had been talking about and tried to act as though they were beginning their first lesson. ◙▬▬◙ Company: Drasta,Aeryn,Kasamatsu Status: Good...enough Mood: At ease ◄▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◙ OOC: Yeah she has little to no social skills xD

The teacher listened to both children as they explained what in the world a pinky promise pertained to. She frowned as the boy said something of needles and for her to keep the promise.
"I have had needles pierce my eyes," she said as she looked down. "It was very painful. So no," the woman said to Kasamatsu, "I will not fail."
She then looked to the boy when he expostulated about her familiars. When he snatched it out of the air, that particular one being Finn, and hugged it to his chest Aeryn was met with the hissing indignant yell from the balloon.
Let me at him, Finn's words echoed through Aeryn's mind. Let me at him this instant! Why I aughta-
The white haired woman listened to the familiar for some time before it was released and flew quickly behind Aeryn and poked his unseeing head from behind her and glared at Drasta. She didn't know it, but there was a smile on her lips. It was faint, so tiny not even she realized it was there, and she listened to Gen(esis)'s words as well. That was the first time anyone but Aeryn and Alice had hugged either familiar, and it was rather evident.
The ghost smile vanished from Aeryn's lips as Drasta asked his questions. She realized she should get class started at Kas' comment and Bell's expostulation and nodded.
"You can do what you can because all of us have a secondary circulatory system in our bodies. It follows the same patterns as the ordinary ones, and it pumps through your bodies what is called ichor." She looked around the three students to make sure they were following. "This ichor is much like blood, we need it to survive and if it depletes, we will die. Magical specific ichor has been changed by the rifts, which is in turn where we get our abilities from. That does not make you monsters, I have been ordered to tell you," she assuaged. "We are all the same, and yet we are different. Our abilities are changed by the rift, which is why there are countless types. That is why you can heal, Drasta. Or why Kasamatsu can bring armor from the void and so on." She looked to Bell, but did not say anything of her profession.
She watched as Drasta bolted over to the white haired boy and poked him, along with Bell, and allowed some of his healing ability to channel to them. He was ignorant and it perturbed the teacher. If he chose to live in that bliss for too long, he would hurt more than he would help.
"Bell," she said after a moment, "show the other two what you can do. Try to hit Finn with a bullet from your rifle. Do not worry, you will not injure or kill it."
If it were a cartoon, a large sweat drop would have appeared by the side of Finn's rounded head. It beat its wings sharply, lowering down to the ground as if he were bowing, before flying higher into the air. He would dart about the room sporadically, putting the girl's clairvoyance or telekinesis to the test. It didn't really matter if she hit the balloon or not, but it was still something to show either boy.

Though the point in which she jumped in was one that confused her right off the bat. It was about ichor which she had never heard off before. About it being like blood or something along those lines. In truth she wasn't really understanding of it too much. She was never one to really pay attention in classes far too often. As she would cheat on most of her exams during school. Well at least the paper tests, not the physical ones. The girl perked up when the teach called her out. It was to perform what she could do. "Yes Mam!" She responded while pulling off a salute. Pulling off the rifle off her back she instinctively opened up the loading chamber to check for a bullet. With one in place she snapped it shut with a loud clang that echoed off the stone walls. She then looked up to Finn who was flying in the higher parts of the room. Trying to track its movements even while in sight turned out to be rather difficult. The little balloon was going in random directions much like a humming bird. She bit her lower lip out of frustration. A target like this was hard to hit, even with the assistance of her abilities. Having to even aim high put more difficulty to it. Dropping to a knee the tiny girl aimed the large rifle upwards. She tried to keep the familiar in the sights as best she could. As soon as it slowed down for just a second the girls eyes lit up a teal blue and she pulled the trigger. She locked her clairvoyance on her bullet and curved the shot to attempt to home in on the winged target. Though the bullet barely grazed Finn's underside. However still controlling the shot she had it curve downward and attempt to come back up straight at the target. Due to the loss of momentum from fighting gravity, the bullet had slowed down quiet a lot. It instead embedded itself into the ceiling not being able to catch its target on the second go around. Bell's eyes instantly returned to normal and she lowered her rifle. She seemed a little disappointed in herself from the looks of it. It had been awhile sense she missed a target. ◙▬▬◙ Company: Drasta,Aeryn,Kasamatsu Status: Good...enough Mood: At ease ◄▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◙ OOC: Yeah she has little to no social skills xD

Drasta Vimn Limkult The Plagued Healer ***************
Much to Drasta's credit, he stood still and didn't interrupt Aeryn's lecture, listening with bright eyes and wide open ears. He wasn't about to let a single letter of Aeryn's speech escape him, not when he could finally understand himself! However, when she explained ichor to him, he was lost. Despite Aeryn's assuaging, Drasta's mind instantly went to the creatures he'd been told about. The ones currently savaging the world. The thought of those creatures, whatever they were, instantly hurt the boy's head with thoughts and memories of the Plague, and anyone with any remote ability to sense magic would be able to feel the downshift in his power. If the feeling wasn't enough, the telltale cracking splintered down his forehead to his brow, making him wince. 'N-No, Master Aeryn even said... We're not like that. I'm not like that... We're too nice for...' 'But you are... You seem nice... But you're a monster...' During this inner monologue, Drasta would be kinda dazed, staring off into space for several minutes. 'She can't follow you forever... Eventually you'll be away from her, and what then? Count on people just to not be around? We know how that ended...' Flashes of sickening memories flooded into his head, scarred into his mind all of the horrible things that had happened while he lost himself in pestilence.
He would've started crying. He almost fell to the ground. However, the crack of the gun fired by Bell snapped him out of his mental state and caused him to look around in confusion. As soon as he saw Finn and the bullet, he looked to Bell and gasped. "Wha... What is that?!?!" He rushed over to Bell and stared at her in awe, his aura lighting up once more in accordance with his mood. Mainly, her gun was his target of awe, the boy looking at it from a bunch of different angles. "How did you do that? Is that really hard? Is it always that loud? Can you hurt people with that? That wouldn't be very nice... But how do you know if such a loud thing wont hurt you? Isn't that thing heavy? What was that thing that came out of it? Does other stuff come out if you press a different button?" He rattled off questions so quickly it was highly unlikely Bell could keep track of everything that was asked. Drasta was firmly looking at Bell with a look of utter commitment, making sure she didn't leave him without answering at least a couple of his questions. This was the first time Drasta had seen a gun in his life, much less a long rifle, so he was in a state of all-powerful curiosity.

"...Even The Wicked Have Souls..." ╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ A dreaded feeling of tardiness was looming over Lightning. No matter how long she had spent living a nomadic lifestyle, the pride and upper class expectations were still ingrained deeply within her. The thought of being late to her first lesson knocked her pride slightly, but her composure remained strong; she musn't show it. Remaining calm and collected, Lightning gave a slight knock on the door of the classroom with her gloved knuckles and slowly entered.
Closing the door behind her, her aqua gaze noted that her superstition was correct. Regardless of the fact that only three students had entered before her she felt as though she had greatly missed out, as the lesson had already begun to an extent. With a light sigh, her feet moved her closer to the three students and her teacher. It was clear that they were all going to be spending a great deal of time together within the classroom so it was best that she did not outcast herself, even though she had little to no intention in forming any bonds. She gave a slight nod to each individual, wisps of rose hair falling out of place. "I apologise for my late arrival. It appears that I need to examine my schedule carefully." No matter how hard the wilderness had tried to tame the standard English accent, it was to no avail. Not accounting her features, it was one of the biggest aspects that distinguished Lightning from others and it definitely wasn't something she appreciated.
Although she did not wish to know the others on a friendship basis, she was constantly intrigued by the abilities of others so that she could understand what competition she would face. All that Lightning's aqua gaze had captured was that one particular individual was gifted with healing qualities, something that Lightning regarded quite highly and was almost the exact opposite of what Lightning herself was able to conjure. This would prove to be an interesting environment. ╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

XXX The fact that the military girl was so obedient and quick with responses sent shivers down Kasamatsu's spine. He never really had to act nor had he seen someone act like that in person. He just thought it was like that in the movies where all the military personnel actually obey orders like that. His eyes remained on the girl as she was asked to show her power. As she shot the bullet at Finn he would take note that the girl could control the bullet which had a lot of loopholes. This meant if her line of sight was covered then she wouldn't be able to control where the bullet was going. Although she can control it, she didn't have the sharp enough stability to keep the bullet going at the same rate of speed.
He always found something wrong with things no matter what the thing was. He was highly intelligent and very skilled at what he did. He slowly would turn his head to the sound of knocking on the door from behind him. His eyes now widened as a girl with pink hair would finally enter the room. Her skin was soft and almost as flawless as Aeryn's own hair. Her eyes blue like the morning sky. He didn't know who this woman was but he knew she was pretty. However, his gaze would be cut short as his admiration would quickly change to that of its emotionless stature as fast as it was full of lust. He would turn back around as she took her steps closer to them. When his eyes locked on Aeryn, his whole aura would change from kind and emotionless to that of a pure blooded leader. A true alpha above all and yet at the same time his face remained the same the whole time, emotionless. Kasamatsu was a leader above anything, he never felt bellow anyone else nor did he plan to. He was number one and nothing else. He may have been a leader but he was a team play more than anything. He wasn't afraid of losing nor was he afraid of messing up. "Miss Aeryn, I believe I hold the power that can lead this classroom to greatness. Allow me to take any punishment that happens to my comrades." He said with full confidence in his voice due to the new girl being late to class.

Orange, flecked with gold, optics watched as the girl immediately pulled the rifle off her of back and made the necessary preparations. The explosion of sound echoed throughout the room as she fired, her eyes burning teal as the bullet was fired so she may control it. Sadly, it only managed to clip the white ballooned familiar on its underbelly and the arching bullet lodged itself in the ceiling. It was a start, at least, Aeryn decided as her eyes turned to the plague boy has he grew excited over such a thing as a rifle.
"That was a start," Aeryn nodded towards Bell. "My familiars are not easy to hit when they want to be." Her voice was a continuous monotone, but she still praised the girl. She had no reason not to, and Alice had told her to be more polite to her students. Now there was Drasta to think about.
At least he is excited about that, Gen(esis) said as it went to Finn now beside Aeryn. He was beating himself up again.
Let him! Finn expostulated, stupid bullet. Stupid telekinesis. Stupid students...
He clearly had never seen, nor been around, a rifle before the teacher thought as she rolled her eyes at her familiar. His impracticality was soon forgotten as a girl with pink hair entered the room. She was polite, Aeryn gave her that, as the girl had knocked before entering. The student apologized quickly for her absence but Aeryn simply shook her head.
"You are not late at all. However, it is best to be early in future endeavors. You have missed what makes you unique above all other auras, but that is of no consequence. We will begin today's lesson by the showing of what you can do."
When the white haired boy spoke, Aeryn's temperament was peaked for a slight moment before she glared at him. "Do not confuse duty with responsibility. Further, you will earn your self entitled position of commander for you are no better than anyone else here. Drasta is more fit to lead from what has been exuded." She crossed her arms as she looked back to the pink haired girl, Lightning was her name. "After you show your ability, we will be proceeding through the door on the right," she said as she jutted her chin towards the archway. "There we will thrown into a life or death scenario. You will die or you will live. There is no option for failure. Do I make myself clear?"
The teacher exuded power and real leadership from every aspect of her being, and she looked at each of the children pointedly.

"...Even The Wicked Have Souls..." ╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗ The response from Aeryn was just what Lightning needed and desired/ It was poilte yet blatant, and got straight to the point. Lightning had little time for those who decided to go off onto tangents or were consistently vague, so it appeared that she had been assigned to the correct instructor. However, one of the students appeared to have their attention completely drawn to Lightning, which was not something she was expecting. With a slight arch to the brow, the aqua gaze traced over the male then reverted back to Aeryn. She musn't get distracted.
With that, Lightning was requested to demonstrate her abilities to the class, in order for them to be aware of who would be working with them. So far she was unaware of what abilities were possessed within the classroom, other than the healer, but she craved to find out. Nevertheless, Lightning gently nodded at Aeryn's request and swiftly scanned the room with her eyes for some form of natural energy. Her gaze locked onto some rays of light emitting from a window and proceeded towards them. It seemed rather ironic that, although she conjured shadow magic, a light source was necessary to make the transaction more efficient.
Eyes closed, lungs inhaling and exhaling rhythmically, energy surging. Lightning slowly opened her eyes and knelt down. With her right hand, her fingertips began to trace across the ground, glowing with a rose pink aura as she created the complex patterns. For demostration purposes only, and to show her main abilities, Lightning decided it would be best to cast an offensive spell on a defensive rune. That way no damage would be done to the room at that present moment; that was surely for another time. After the last stroke had been made the runes brightly illuminated, resulting in an almost transparent wall being created. The particular rune that had been conjured was a weak one that would only be able to withstand one of her smaller blasts.
Content with the power level of the defensive rune, Lightning swiftly returned to her feet and centred herself. Pressing her gloved palms to her chest she then extended her left arm out, palm facing upwards. Deep inhale. A pink orb started to swirl in her palm, growing ever so slightly bigger with each second. After a few seconds, Lightning was content with the siz and intensity and fired the orb at the defensive rune. The rune shattered, but the orb travelled no further after having absorbed its energy. Deep exhale. She remained silent the entire time, not seeing the need to talk. Aeryn was most likely familiar with her magic type, so she did not believe an explanation was needed. ╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Before she knew it the girl was being bombarded with a whole ton of questions. The thing was they came out so rapidly that she couldn't barely keep up with any of them. The only one she really got was the first question and that was about it. "Eh....It's..its a sniper rifle. Have you ever seen one?" She replied with to the other student. It was around that time that one last student entered the class room. This one was another female just like her. Yet this girl had long pink hair which was really pretty. In fact Bell counted help but have her thoughts drift over to...other thoughts. Those didn't last long however as the teacher spoke up and she turned her attention to her. From what she could tell there was a little bit of praise to her efforts. It was just a little bit more then what she had gotten from her instructors at boot camp, though she could sense it. "Thank you mam." She softly spoke. Slinging the rifle over her back she then got back to her feet. Listening to the teacher she asked the new student to show off what she could do. Bell turned to the her and watched silently at first. Seeing her in the window light however made the girl start thinking back to her previous thoughts. "Sn-eye... purr... Rai... Full..." He gave the machine of death an odd glance before shrugging. "Nope, never seen one before. It looks super cool, though..." His amazement was seemingly gone in an instant. That, or he saw how his excitement was reacted to, and quickly dialed it back. When Aeryn spoke to Lightning about being late and what made her unique, Drasta raised his hand like an excited schoolboy "Oh, I know that one! It's that ichor stuff, right?" At least even through his overjoyed and seemingly scatterbrained persona, the boy could listen and take in lessons, no matter how small.
Then Kasamatsu mentioned him taking responsibility for the entire group, making Drasta peer over to him with a somewhat worried glance on his face. He would have said something, had Aeryn not shot down his idea in so harsh a manner. Instead, the only response the man got was a sly, childish grin of authority. Drasta knew he wasn't the leader, but already he was ahead of Kasamatsu? He wouldn't let Kasamatsu forget about that one. Unfortunately, with Aeryn's last bit of speech, he would completely ignore Lightning's display that wouldn't grabbed his attention, instead giving a fearful look to the door in question and clutching Aeryn's arm like she was his mother.
"Umm... M-Miss Aeryn... I..." He was definitely frightened, as he'd heard of the monsters that dwell around the place. He didn't want anything to do with them. "Y-You're gonna have us fight one of them, right? I-I-I've never fought a-anything before! I... I can only heal people... It would be a... A very bad idea to send me in there!" He gulped and looked up to the stern look in her eyes, releasing the arm he was clinging to and sighed softly, trying to steel himself for whatever was on the other side. "R-Right... We-We're here to... To learn..." She swallows hard and looks to the door, shivering a little. "B-But! You have to remember your promise! You pinky swore, remember!" Drasta then pointed to her familiars accusingly. "Don't let her forget!" Then he shuddered again and faced the door, squinting his eyes shut as he tried to will his fear away.

XXX His face changed from the emotionless state to a more serious one as Aeryn responded to him. 'Did she really just give me a blunt answer like that?' He thought before quickly calming down. If Kasamatsu wanted the leader spot he would have to earn it like everyone else. When Lightning would do her display of magic he would watch while taking mental notes of her power. Of course he didn't see it at its full potential but it was pretty interesting. "Very good display." He stated as he finally heard bell speak as if she was somewhat confused. 'I guess even military people are a little shut out as well... This class is pretty interesting.' He thought again before hearing Drasta begin to say they were scared. The fear began to enter his body as if it were trying to drown him. His body became motionless but he began to just disregard it. Usually he would just be stuck listening to the dark voice in the back of his head but this time for some reason he wanted to help the people around him. "You're going to be fine. Healing will help us a bunch if you don't mind. Don't ever feel useless when you have something amazing up your sleeve." He stated with a smile before crouching a bit and placing his hand on Drasta's shoulder. "We will pass, all of us." His arm extended out towards the rest of the class. "Don't ever doubt your power." As he stood up he would walk over to the desk he left his Katana on. He would hold it in his hand and take his spot in the line of students back. "If anything bad happens, you guys wont get hurt. I got your backs." He said pointing at himself and giving them a reassuring smile.
