Savin / Isaak--
Silver could be a friend or enemy [depends on which way it goes, I do suppose >n>]. He can act like a moron, at times and I don't suggest hanging out at his home because it may as well be a cardboard box in the rain. >.> He's generally friendly, just sarcastic and certainly a trouble maker [particularly towards figures of authority].
For Palaaaaan--
I need to nudge Tadaaki at him more often for friendship. o n o BUT, for trading buddies, perhaps Charme would work? She's a thief so she's collected all kinds of things. They're Earth things though so I am not sure if Palan wants them. xD
For Mitsu / Hasebe--
I have Ryuu, Stefan, Shishiou, or Jiroutatchi that they could meet up with. Orrrr if you would prefer them meeting others, there's always Charme. >n> Or anyone really.
For Natsumi --
I could offer Saelis, Tadaaki, Citlalmina, or Cassiopeia for Follower interactions. Saelis is a very gentle spirited man until he is pushed too far. Citlalmina does not understand Earth things. Cassiopeia would find a way to view Natsumi as a rival, and Tadaaki... might just mewl pathetically if she is in water. So far Tadaaki loves all Hoshigumo's followers, even if they dislike him. xDDD
Broadening the horizon for Natsumi, there's Katherine. She's a Venezia Follower. That would most likely be an enemy type situation though because Kat would be bound and determined to eat the fishy. Either that or "claim it" the way she did with Steelwing [who she views as a gigantic bird]. e n e
Completely outside of Followers altogether, Nyx, Dixie, and Aela are all super sweet girls to interact with. Aela is very bold in approaching others and extending her hand in friendship. Nyx is a little touch and go and the presence has to stay calm for her to stick around. Dixie is by far the most timid little thing ever because she's constantly being chased down as food.

Perhaps she could make a friend out of Estevan. It would amuse me because he typically views women as objects to be lusted after and not necessarily respected. Considering he'd be thinking Tadashi was male, he would actually offer her respect and friendship. o n o
I can see Isaak befriending Silver more so than Savin since Savin doesn't really want any run ins with the cops lmfao xDD

As for Charme and Palan being trading buddies, sure why not 8'D Some aliens want human things so I can see him needing a reliable source for stuff on Earth o vo b
Hmm, maybe Ctilalmina or Saelis can meet Natsumi? Or Cassiopeia if you want to start a rivalry xDD Or alternatively I can see Aela and Natsumi getting along or Nyx o vo b Even Dixie. xDD Any reall is a go = w= b
