Rhett was a little unnerved by the flame version of himself and knew it would be a tougher challenge. He pulled a dagger free from his belt and moved in to slash at the apparition. HP: 20

The flaming fox took a moderate blow and flickered slightly as he drew forth a fire dagger and struck out with it. HP: 18

The dagger sliced through the fire fox's chest and it crackled stepping back. It thrust its fire blade at Rhett. HP: 14

The flame apparition took the blade right into its fox chin. It crackled and pulled back rapidly as it flickered. Resetting its stance it came at him again with the flame blade. HP: 10

The blade sliced through its fiery side and it flickered and seemed to get a bit smaller in size. It flicked its flame fox tail and aimed to return the favor. HP: 6

Rhett could have sworn the thing seemed smaller now, but he didn't pay it much mind as he managed to skirt its next attack, and quickly lashed out again, hoping to weaken it further. HP: 10

The doppelganger pulled back from the strike but still took a bop to his nose. Stepping to the side of Rhett it struck out for the fox's side. HP: 2

Rhett almost swore at his miss, but managed to find the energy to twist to get a light hit once more, and lashed out with the pommel of his dagger towards the fire fox's chin. HP: 1 (damn that was lucky, I thought he had lost for sure XD)
