Personality

Anjana's is a sweet, kind-hearted soquili that is something of a daydreamer, easily distracted, helpful and, unfortunately, easy to walk all over because of it. She's eager to please and highly empathetic, trying to find ways to "relate" to the situation rather then sympathize with it.

Good-willing and peaceful, she prefers quiet over the high life of adventure, however boisterous and loud people often will get their way as long as its not too extreme, since she does not wish to cause drama.

History:

Anjanas tends to avoid talking too much about her past, beyond lamenting about the Wind and falling into the lake repeatedly because of it, or her time with Cuauhcoatl in her teenage years, where the Stallion taught her and acted as her Mentor.

However, those who know her best know she's the youngest daughter of two nobles in a small valley kingdom of Flutters, and was sent out for an education in languages so they could keep good relations with the nearby Herds, as the flutters who lived there tended to keep their forms at their smallest while in their kingdom. Because of this, many of them are delicate in nature, and can rarely venture out, and require outside help to defend themselves in most situations. Because of this, Anjanas, one of the least delicate of their children, took role of observer and diplomat. The reason she doesn't speak much of her past or home as she travels is due to her desire to keep those not close to the territory they live in from seeking it out, protecting her people by keeping quiet about it.

Sweet, if a little sassy, Aisling is a waitress hired to help serve food to patrons at An Ceann Turas Inn (At the End of the journey Inn) as the owners of the Business, Caoimhe And Ailill, were running low on Hands actually capable of serving food to keep up with the demand and had to settle with sending their son Diarmaid around with a harness to carry food on trays for customers to serve themselves from and it was getting to be a bit overwhelming. Working together, with Diarmaid carrying the trays with his harness, and Aisling serving the food as quickly as possible with a joke and a tease, the two began working off each other to entertain their guests and improve their chances of good tips. Eventually the sass and teasing back and forth became more than just friendship, and instead a romantic attraction.

It was easier on Diarmaid, and he was the first to admit it, as he had grown up with flutters and Familiars as equals. Aisling however had only grown up around Mice and rats, an had only ever dated those of her own subgroup of familiars before, except for that one time she tried dating a Squirrel, and that had been a disaster.

Despite neither being physically interested in the others species, her being a mouse and him being a Flutter, the two eventually began dating, and fell deeper in love and eventually did an Aos Si lifemating ceremony to be romantically Loyal (though physically they were still in an Open relationship).


Some outsiders -- flutters or familiars not from the Aos Si Kingdom (Where such pairings are considered Rare but perfectly healthy and not unheard of -- though there are members of the kingdom that feel strongly against such pairings) that visit the Journey's End for something to eat and drink or a room to rent, try to belittle their relationship, but most of those who raise a real ruckus about it are simply kicked out.

He's a Seamster (And tailor) who's owner of both "The Crystal Button Boutique", which is only open in the weeks leading to and during tourist seasons selling fashionable accessories and outfits to some of the wealthier tourists of his own design and consignment from other local artisans, and "Sew 2 Fit", his year round Tailoring business where he helps the locals with mend jobs, getting costumes, uniforms, and dress outfits to fit in time for celebrations.
