 Michael shrugged a bit with a smile. "maybe so but I bet not many of them can back it up." He said as he increased his walking speed to match hers. Then when they got to the eatery he smiled a bit at her for holding the door. "Thanks"

 Scalet let go of the door as Michael entered. she made her way to the bar and sat down."I'll have the normal." She said as she looked over at Michael." What would you like?" Scarlet asked him as she handed him a menu.

Michael looked a bit at the menu as he sat down. "You know what I'll just have the same" He said as he put the menu down and wondered what Scarlet got. (Sorry..)

Scarlet was passed a steak and fries. She gave a small smile to the waitress." Thanks." She said as she picked up her fork and steak knife. Scarlet started to cut up her steak into small pieces. She looked over at Micheal as she cut the meat. "So, Why did you decided to talk to a loser like me anyway?" She asked as she took a bite of her steak. Scarlet was rarely ever approached. She always thought it was because she was ugly or that she was unlikable, But she could never tell. She started to pick at her fries as she waited for a answer, OOC: it's okay.

Michael looked dow at the food as it arrived. H smiled a bit and grabbed a knife and fork as well. He then started to cut the steak and eat. "I don't know I guess I just didn't want you to get attacked." He said in between bites.

Scarlet ate a few more fries before she spoke." Why do you care?" she said as she looked up at him. She shook her head and laughed a little." Let me take a guess, you wouldn't want anyone to get attacked?" she said as she took the ketchup and put it on her fries.

Michael nodded a little. "Of course that's why. But it's also because you're pretty cute" He said joking to see what her reaction would be although he did think she was cute.

Scarlet laughed as she finshed her last fry. She got up from the bar and looked at him while she wiped her hands on her dress."And thats how I know you are a lier." she said as she rolled her eyes. She turned around and headed for the door. "Well, it was fun hanging.see you around I guess." She said as she looked over her shoulder on her way out the door. She could feel the cold breeze on her body as she walked out the door.

Michael laughed a bit at her before finishing his fries as well. "And how do you know I'm lying?" He asked curiously as he stood from the bar and followed her again to get his answer.

Scarlet sighed as she turned to face him as she came to a stop."No man just tells a girl they just met they think she is cute. only happens in movies." she said as she crossed her arms and rolled her eyes."Plus, I'm far from cute." She said as she uncrossed her arms and walked away again.

Michael chuckled at the answer. "Well first I know a couple of guys that would do that. Second who says? I happen to think you are." He said as he continued to follow her.

scarlet stopped and looked at Micheal as he spoke to her."Well.." She said as she tried to interrupt him but then herd him say he really did think she was cute."U-uh r-really?" she asked him confused.

Scarlet was not really sure how to respond. She looked around for help. She then looked up in the sky to see that it was getting dark." W-well I h-have to go,It's getting dark." She said as she ran towards the Inn without waiting for a resopnce. As Scarlet got to the Inn, She entered and made her way up the stairs to her room. She unlocked it and opened it. "It's been a long day Arcane." She said to her kitten as she closed the door. Scarlet picked up her kitten and made her way to the bed. She held him close and thought about what had happened.
