Cornetified
"Come back sometime!" She hugged the other girl quickly before letting her go. Fayth moved closer to the door, keen on keeping an eye out while Isabela made her daring escape. As soon as she saw Wendy's arm swinging around into sight, she turned, and felt immediate relief when she saw that Isabela was gone. She moved over to the window, peeped around outside and closed the window.
"Young lady, how many times have I told you not to play with your father's guns? Honestly, why he lets you know the combination to this-" Grumbling, the older woman shut the safe. She's as bad as her father. It had to be the Vulpix blood. "I turn my back for one second and you defy me. What if you'd gotten hurt?"
Rolling her eyes, Fayth piped out some platitude that would inevitably start a mini feud with her grandmother. Of course, it would end with hugs and treats like all the rest, but it was annoying. At least she'd made a weird friend today. A secret friend.
That was the best kind.
