IT's true, Izzie gets too involved with patients especially Denny. Addision and the Nazi have both told her/shown her that. Still she doesn't quite get it...or so it seems.

The latest epi. when Thatch comes up, Alex is a bold character, telling the mom to tell her child about the truth of her cancer.
He's also been studying hard after he was notified of a possibility of getting kicked out.

actually i have an art project on antoher site and we needed a cast shot of grey's and after trying hard to find one with this person i now think it's arrow Addison who maybe on the way out.
there just trying to make us hate Alex (and doing a good job of it. xd ) to throw us off. stare
but man he is being Such a jerk lately. talk2hand

If it does happen I don't think it's happening anytime soon, because I heard that the person's going to be around next season... As well as one very hunk Chris O'donnell will be around for atleast a few seasons in the fall... ^_^ I'm not arguing there.
I don't think Alex is going anywhere yet but I think that he loves walking the line with a lot of the surgeons and it's not going to go well as things continue. I've also heard McSteamy's suppose to be coming back next season as well...
And this all just makes me sad because if I study abroad next spring I'm going to have to get my mother to record all of the second half of the season for me... >.<

Augh! How could Alex do that to Addison?! This fits right with your theory Kalpini. She's in big trouble now. I mean can't they go to court over that kind of stuff? And that lady was wrong, people will probably not want to come to her anymore, and the chief will probably throw her out. AHHH!!! I donno about you people but I really like Addison, even if she did break up Mere and Dere. I think Alex definately crossed the wrong line this time though.

I love Alex. Absolutely love him. He may be a jerk, but look how sweet he was to Izzy after Denny died. He was there to comfort her, and be with her. I don't think that he'll end up as an OB-GYN, since he was assigned to help McDreamy's wife...but he's got potenital there at Seattle Grace.

Alex really isn't all that bad i mean yeah he's a jerk at times.... ok most of the time.... but he does have those moments where he can be really really sweet... i'm not a big fan but hes starting to grow on me...

Amanda Palmer I love Alex. Absolutely love him. He may be a jerk, but look how sweet he was to Izzy after Denny died. He was there to comfort her, and be with her. everybody keeps saying that, but for crying out loud, he hated denny! so of course now that denny is dead, alex is probably on cloude nine! he thinks finally there are no obstacles and he can have izzy to himself! pfft. 'cept maybe they can just run away together and cry about how they both screwed their medical careers up. xp
