Moira was crazy but that's why I liked her. Idk I like alot of characters in Fallout. Its hard to say who I don't like.
Maybe Colonel Autumn. He killed Janice! evil stressed

I like Elder Lyons and Legate Lanius the most
I really hated that one b***h boy in the tunnel snakes
not b***h, I actually like Butch, the other one, I can't remember his name, the one that becomes Overseer if you kill the oringal.
Him and Colonel Autum because they were just str8 up annoying and boring af antagonists
