"No, that's not it. Strong weapons are always useful. Weapons that want to fire in their own direction, well, that becomes problematic, doesn't it?" He glared at her, seething at the memory of his punishment.
"That is always the goal. But there is plenty of inner politics. Plenty of new leaders. Plenty of meetings, goals, and missions. We all have expectations placed upon us. All parts of a well-oiled machine. You just need to get rid of the parts that don't work right, or whittle down the ones that don't want to." He leaned back and reached into his back, looking to see if he could find another cute shape.
"Your side is bothersome in number, carefree in direction, a mess with actual direction, and yet the most troublesome force we deal with on a everyday basis. Your presence here is the only reason for our existence I think. Then again, I have to wonder what would happen after you're all destroyed. What dark future that holds when that much power is still left."

The sudden direction of his glare made Phact's breath catch. Even with one eye it was deadly. And if what he had to say was true...his rank meant very little to how deadly he could be.
Their presence was what awoken the agents to be there? "That logic has a weakness. What made us awaken then." Phact shrugged as she eyed him looking for another sweet treat.
"You sound as if you have been around the block more than once or twice. So, if I may be so bold, who does lead you after all? Word once said a queen..."

He took out a octopus shape and looked up at her. "Her Majesty was not always around. She was brought into power. Now...well....even royalty has to answer to someone." He leaned back and looked out. he remembered that room after being dragged down the Traitors Hall. That voice. That Power. His core ached at the painful pressure of it. Even he wasn't sure exactly what it was, what it REALLY was. It just had a name and it was power. It was what gave them all life. This life he now had.
"You sure aren't spilling much about your side. Any progress on that Queen of yours or anything to improve your ridiculous army? Or is it the same I always hear? No one knowing nothing and doing nothing about it? How about those Princesses? Any of them taking a step up?"

"Then the louded question of the hour...who brought her?" In the back of her mind, Phact had a name. But never a face. Never an image of what that being or creature was.
His question though drew her out of her thoughts and she had to smirk. "Do I get a cookie for answering then?" Playing smartalic with a nega. Good job Phact.
"Princesses and one Prince." Phact corrected as she looked up towards the sky. "Some would say yes they and others have done something to move us in some sort of direction. Myself, I disagree. Taking a long breath, she shrugged in a sigh. As for the Queen that is supposed to appear. Well, I would think the answer to that is clear. A being of that power would be like a beacon I bet."

He moved the bag of cookies to the other side of him furthest from the senshi. Clearly, that was a no to any sweet rewards.
"You would be surprised what massive amounts of power can be hidden. It sure hasn't tipped any of you off so far. Even we can assemble in great numbers and none of you seem any the wiser for it." And then there was the fact that the power over all of them, that pressuring void of all that he sat in a room with, to kneel in awe and take responsibility for any deliquency was never mentioned by the senshi. He never felt it either until he was allowed to, when he was brought to that room. Could the senshi have a power to match that? Did they have anything in their court?
"You guys are so ********." He sighed and bite into the cookie he had, looking out. "Until you have a Queen or anything above that, you guys are screwed every way I see it."

Phact only shrugged as he moved the cookies. So the agent liked his sugar. She couldn't blame him. It wasn't as if she expected to really get one anyway.
Chances are he would poison her's anyway.
"I don't deny anything you say. All we get is a hologram." She shrugged looking up at the sky. "But I'm sure I'm not saying anything you don't already know. You follow a master. We follow 'hearts' that do not beat as one. Who can win anything like that."
"But then again, what is there to win?"

He frowned at this question. "Everything. The whole planet. Peace. It all ending. To be DONE. To have stability and security again. THAT'S what is there to win. That's what is on the line." He rose up, picking up his bag to look at her.
"Everyone has their own goals to fighting. Something personal, and some people don't even look at the bigger picture. What are you even fighting for? Why are you even wearing a uniform? A uniform your side, people FAR more dedicated to the fight, wear? Because if it isn't for something than just a whim, you are diminishing the value of the people who have died and have split blood on that uniform. People who actually had an idea of what was to be gained."
He finished off the cookie with one clear crunch.

Red eyes locked on the single one that gazed hard at her. Years ago she would have apologized. Back downed and ran. Back when she first started this all. Back when she was still innocent.
Sailor Phact's innocence was long gone. She had seen blood. She had seen death. She had been lucky to not lose someone close to her yet but it was all a matter of time.
Her tone came out low. "Peace. Ha! Peace is but an false idea that everyone has fought for since the start of time! The entire planet? Well don't we have it already? We are all from this planet! We were all born human this time around! If you want to tell me that having a cat hand me a pen or someone turning you into an agent makes you less of a human then I would love to hear your reasoning!"
Her eyes locked hard. "A planet to be won. No. There is no planet to be won because it will never be either of ours. We will continue to kill each other until the day we all die and yet nothing will change! Humans killing humans. It's the cycle we are cursed to follow because it is in our nature."
Phact finally blinked and stepped back out of his face. "A history forgotten is a history doomed to be repeated. That is why I ask. That is why I question. I do not want to see this circle continue until this planet ends up like every other one....dead."

"I don't mean WORLD peace as in the scope of our governments with people. Just the war here between our sides. Don't go out there. I'm not going to play around with those ideas right now when I'm already having my hands full with larger things than local government. And yes, you were born here, but your soul wasn't. You aren't part of here. You aren't aguardian of that planet because you are alighted to another side. Wearing that uniform states a side. If you thought otherwise, you'd be wearing another uniform. You'd change things...."
His shoulder's slacked as he thought about that. About the now. About what that meant.
"You need to decide what side you fight for, because it stands for something, and you will be killing for those ideas. The uniform means a lot. Talking here isn't going to change anything. Wars can be won. It's how history moves on. Action is the only thing that is going to change things."
He turned and jumped up to a side ledge. "So, what are you going to do? What have you even learned tos top that end? I've seen it already. That end. WIth the way things are going, it's already in motion. Things do have to change to change it, because it's a terrible end that neither side is going to want."

"I could stand here and say the same damn thing about your soul. But I already see it wouldn't do any good." Side changes. It was a concept Phact was indeed familiar with but in no way had she seen it happen. Corrupt senshi. Dark mirror senshi. All once could have been like her. But were changed. Some by force. Others by choice.
"We fight a war older than either of us. And you want to say it can end? How can a war end when people have forgotten what they stand for? This uniform I wear. The one you do. The meanings have changed! No one fights for the Moon Kingdom or your Queen!" She hissed but did not follow as he jumped.
She fell quiet.
"I too have seen it. Power. Corruption. Greed. Egos and Pride. All of that fueled by strong leadership. Oh yes. I have seen darkness over take light. But if someone doesn't help from the inside...the out only can do so much."

"If there was no end of this, then what point would there have been for all those that have died? For the leaders who feel to make a kingdom and army? For the good people who were torn to pieces slowly just to spare the rest? For the ones who laid in puddles beside me coughing their hopes that it had to mean something? That this..." He threw out his arms wide to the darkened city of Destiny and the whole world beyond it. "....will never know what we all hope for?"
"There is a end. I choose to believe it because I believe it to be true. Otherwise, all the sweat and blood had no meaning, and THAT, I cannot believe." With that, he turned and jumped to the next ledge.
"Next time, we don't talk. I have a war to win and you're in the way." He called back to her.

Phact remained where she was as she watched him turn to leave. One thing he said was very true. The next time they met, because there was always a next time, they would not talk.
As she watched him go, Phact took a moment to look out at the city they called home. It was all covered in blood, sweat and tears. Loved ones slept alone tonight for those who had died. It was war.
Her eyes closed and she felt the night breeze. Her sister had been her direction. Her hope that there could be compromise and that there was a grey area between these worlds. But the more she was here. The more she saw and learned. Oh there was grey but it was not as clear as her sister wanted it to be.
"There are no heroes. All who die will die in vain if this continues..." Her eyes opened. What did she fight for?
For unity.
