She grinned, her imagination making the dusty abandoned warehouse into a great big castle. Everything was still dusty because said enchanted castle was haunted.
She looked to the stairs just as excited as he was, giving a yea and hurring up the stairs after him. "To the treasure!" she raised her sword while going up the stairs.

((Mwar, I shall try and find some, or try to revive my digital camera and snap a photo from the game. xd It seems no one wants to post a pick of the cutie anywhere ... ))
"To the treasure !" He agree, and he sprinte dup the stairs. Once on top he glanced around. It looked like the place where shipments came in ... There was a big metal roll-up style door on one side, and stiars going further up on the other.
Rather suddenly the building let out a loud groan. Lloyd jumped slightly, then laughed, rubbing his arm. " I guess that was one of the ghosts !"

She came up behind him, looking around as he did. Hm.. where to next? Her heart jumped into her throat when the building groaned, giving a light screamish yelp, immediatly glomping onto her knight. Slowly she opened an eye.. seeing that everything was okay she jumped back, straightning herself with a blush "I-I'm sorry."
She chewed her lip.. looking between the stairs and door.. "Which way?"
((yea i can't find a piccu of him anywhere.. and ja-ne! ^_^ ))

Lloyd blushed slighlty and murmured something that may have been " It's okay ... " He glanced aorund, his eyes locking on the stiars going up. " Uh ... The treasure should be in the highest tower, right ? " He leaned up the stairs, trying to see what was up there. " It'll be really scary up there, I bet ... It's where all the ghosts live. " Lloyd said matter-of-factly.

"Yep." she nodded to his more of a retorical question..but she answered it anyways. She gulped when he mentioned it'd be the scariest part yet. "W-Well.. you'll protect me.. right?" she gave him a cute damsel in distress look.

Lloyd nodded and struck a fierce pose. " Of course ! kNights don't leave their lady's to fend for theselves ! " He puffed out his chest proudly, adn gestured to the stairs. " Follow me " He bounded up them, taking two steps with each bound.

((Sorry it took me so long to respond ^_^;; ))
She smiled, feeling safe suddenlly, she hurried up after him. Stumbling a bit on the steps as she tried to keep up, causing her hair to get a bit messed up in the process. Also making her allready muddied clothing get dirtier. She brushed her hair back behind her sholder, making sure to fix it befor elooking to see what her knight was doing.

(Same here - I was in huge shows all week long ... I spent around 80 hours in a theatre. xd )
Lloyd stood on the top landing and looked aorund ... It appeared that, at one point, people had lived above the warehouse. A neat row of doors ran down the hall way on both sides. Lloyd grinned. " One of them has to have the treasure in it ! "
He valiantley began his struggle with the first door nob, which broke off in his hand. The door then swung open. " Okay ... " He poked his head into the room. It was perfectly empty, not counting an old wardrobe leaning against one wall. " Darn ... No treasure here ! "
He jogged down the hall way to another door. This time, it actually opened easily for him, with a loud wail from the hinges. He stuck his head in, and then disappeared into the room. " Hey, Colette, wanna have lunch in here ? "
Lloyd had plopped himself down on an old, dusty dead and was batting cobwebs away with his sword.

She followed along close to him, keeping an eye out for any ghosts that might.. pop out of.. the dust.. or something.
She blinked, suddenlly jarred from her thoughts of ghostly dust bunnies when he took of fin a jog, quickly hurring to keep up with him. She blinked then nodded "Aa.. sure!" her stomach growled, as if on que, causing her to giggle before following him to the room, taking a seat next to him.

Lloyd grinned, offering her a sandwich. Suddenly, something under the bed let out a noise. Lloyd jumped up, dropping the sandwich in the dust. He drew his sword, like the valliant night he was.
Please don't let Colette see me shaking ... Please don't let what ever's under the bed be scary ...
Lloyd stood there, pointing his cardboard sword at the bed. There was certianly something under there !

She let out a startled squeak, ducking behind him eyes wide, trembling.. Ghosts were scary!
But! I can't let it get Llyod! I.. I need to be brave!
She bit her lip, forcing herself to step next to him, a tight grip on her own sword as she tried her best to put on a glare.
Ofcourse her quivering bottum lip messed up any intemidating look she could make. Not to mention her knees were knocking together, but she stayed next to him. She wouldn't be much of a friend if she didn't try to face whatever was there with him.. even if it was a.. big.. scary.. ghost.. monster... She cringed, gulping.

Lloyd glanced at Colette.
If she can be brave, I can be brave ...
He took another nervous step towards the bed, poking it with his sword gingerly. The ... thing ... made another noise. Lloyd was tempted to step back, or run, or something ... But no ... He needed to be strong ... For Colette.
The thing made another noise. " W-well ... Gjosts can't make noises ... S-so it's not a ghost. " Her took a deep breath, and dropped to his knees,. perring under the musty old bed. " Huh ? "
Suddenly, Lloyd was squirming under the bed.

She squeaked a bit as he went foreward "B-Be careful!" her hands went to her mouth as she watched, feet shifting in a fidgety manor.
Didn't they go oooOOooo? That was a noise wasn't it? Well ti wasn't THAT noise. And she didn't really care right now "B-But..." what if it was a monster? monsters were under beds!
She jumped when he started going under the bed... First her head stopped because she thought he was being pulled under. But.. as soon as she realized he was going willingly she went to her knees, attempting to see what he was after. Fear replaced with curiosity.

Suddenly, a little ball of white and green fluff shot out from under the bed - Lloyd emitted a strange squeaking noise as he wriggled out from under, and turne dto face the little thing, now stnaidng in the corner of the room.
By all acocunt sit looked like some sort of deranged dog. It panted, and a little pink tong escaped it's long muzzle. Huge ears were held straight out from it's head, giving it a clown-like look. It had long fur, with strange green markings. It made another little noise, watching Lloyd closely.
" What is it ? " Lloyd whispered to Colette. " It is a dog ? "

Colette squeaked, spinning around to her feet again staring at the creature for a moment. She paued, frowning and clasping her hands together "Aww, it's scared!" she gently kneeled down, giving the creature a soft smile "Its okay! we won't hurt you!" she reassured kindly, making sure not to make any threatning movements.
Her blue eyes looked to Llyod cokcing her head to the side stray strands of blonde hair falling around her face "I.. think so." she wasn't really sure... oh well, didn't matter. The poor thing was scared.
