Sirene Naiads
He made motion to follow her, His eyes ever on her as she spoke to him. It was one of the things that tended to bother people about him, he was very attentive. Every detail of her facial movements was interesting to him, and that, in and of itself, made this conversation all the more intriguing.
"It is true, I could sense you near as I fought the monsters, but...I could not tell if you were friend or foe. I just knew that there were eyes on me, eyes that watched." He moved to catch up with her, he breathing slowly, hoping to decrease the stinging in his arm. He did not like the pain, and certainly did not like showing weakness around this new person.
"My mentor...he told me there were things I would just know instantly. Things that would help me to understand who I was, and what I had to do." He looked to his watch as it hung from the chain belt the wrapped around his middle. "This...this just came to me when I needed it. I still do not know what it is...or...everything it does. I feel like a damn lost fool in this world of magic and battles...seriously."
