.."Got a hole in my soul growing deeper and deeper..."

Nicolas didn't really feel any guilt for anything for he saw nothing wrong in what he had done. Instead, he left peacefully to his classroom and waited for the bell announcing that lunch was over sounded. Soon enough, the students of his next two classes arrived and school was over with for today. It had been a somewhat successful first day of school, or at least that's what Nicolas presumed was. I need a book for tomorrow's class... Where's the library again...? he wondered as he locked up his classroom and walked around the school until he finally reached the library. He was hoping it wasn't closed yet because he needed first thing in the morning tomorrow, plus he needed today so he could plan tomorrow's lecture as well.

After a couple of minutes, the demon man finally managed to find the library, but he was now hoping it was still open. He didn't see anyone around, referring to students, and so he wondered if the librarian was around. He opened the door and stepped in looking around. "Hello?" he asked. He had no idea who the librarian was nor did he really care. All he wanted was to take out a book.

"Won't you drag the lake and bring me home again?"

Yulma got to the library and opened it up for the rest of the school day. She helped some of the students that n came in as well as teachers that looked for books. She was glad to relax and forget about the events at lunch. She soon heard the bell for he en he day ring and library bit longer. She put the books away that students had left out and relaxed. She hummed to herself as she looked at her watch. 'Almost time to close up. No one seemed to stay after school today. I guess I can close early,' she thought.

As she walked out one of the isles, she heard someone call out. She looked around and went up to the desk. "Hello?" she called out. She was sure there were no ghosts in the library. Sh heard ghost stories in the main building and other classrooms, but had conformed no ghost in the library.

.."Got a hole in my soul growing deeper and deeper..."

"Hey, I was wondering if you have this--- book..." he had stopped mid-sentence and even diminished his tone of voice at the end when he realized who the librarian was. Honestly, he had nothing against her except that he already got a gut feeling that she wasn't really taking a liking to him. That was fine by him though. He didn't come to earth to make friends, he came for a mission and that was all that mattered to him anyways. Sighing and looking away, slightly annoyed, and taking out a piece of paper from his pant's pockets, Nicolas looked at Yulma. "I need a book. Can you help me find it?" he asked looking at her with stoic eyes. The guy was showing no expression whatsoever except for that little annoyance a bit earlier, but that sensation was already gone.

"Won't you drag the lake and bring me home again?"

Yulma heard a voice and turned to it to see the new teacher. She should have known from the accent that it was him. So, he was looking for a book now, was he? He came to the right place to find the wrong person, that was for sure. She had promised herself she wasn't going to fall or him again no matter how hot he was or sounded. She could tell he was annoyed or a moment she was there. "Sure. What book exactly are you looking for?" she asked without a care. She was going to have to work with this rude man for a LONG time and it was going to hurt. She kept her eyes away from him and organized the books that were in a cart to be placed back in shelves to keep herself from becoming someone she wasn't.

.."Got a hole in my soul growing deeper and deeper..."

Nicolas handed Yulma the piece of paper where he had written down the name of the book. "It doesn't have to be the most recent copy of the book. I just need it for reference." he explained as he got closer to her to hand her the paper. He smelled nicely of cologne, which fitted with his appearance and personality. The guy was a natural charmer, and not for the reasons you'd normally think. It was common for demons, when they take human form, to appear as very handsome for it is a way to lure humans. Lust is indeed one of the greatest sins and that is what demons take advantage of. With their beauty they attract humans and then take advantage of them and devour their soul. Luckily, Nicolas came from the more civilized demons and therefore he didn't use that dark side of himself. His human appearance was only a decoy as he lived on earth for the moment being. He was not hunting for human souls.

"Hey, that book is gonna fall from there." he said pointing to one of the heavy books that was on the edge of the highest shelf of a bookshelf. Nicolas could probably reach it without a problem, but he wasn't as nice as to offer himself to do it. He was a demon so this manner things were not common sense to him.

Yulma heard him and took the paper when he handed it to her. She ended up getting a whiff of his cologne and thought it smelled amazing. She had to close her eyes and try to forget he was attractive at all. She went over to the computer and logged in the name to see if they had the book or checked it out. She had to try to think of something else since he was seriously distracting. She found that they still had the book and wrote down what section to find it in. "You're lucky we have a copy of the book here. It's an old copy, but understandable," she said.

She had just gotten out from behind the counter when he said that and looked at where he pointed and gasped. She instinctively ran over to the shelf and tried to reach for the book before it could fall off. She was out of reach, though, and the book fell out and hit her shoulder hard before hitting the ground. "Ow!" she cried out as she rubbed her shoulder in pain. She realized that he was there and didn't even seem to offer any help. She picked up the book and went to the desk, glaring at him a little before putting the book on the cart. "Thank you for the help there," she said sarcastically.

With a smirk, Nicolas shrugged to Yulma's last words. "No problem. I did point out there was a problem." Nicolas found it entertaining to tease humans at least. However, he did chuckle a little as he grabbed his clean handkerchief out of his pocket and hand it to Yulma. She got some dust on her face and for a slight clean obsessed guy like him, it was bothering him. "Here. You have some dust on your head and face." The dust probably came from the old book that had fallen on her. Honestly, he couldn't blame her nor the custodians of the school for not being able to get to that spot to clean it. The book had been indeed in a high shelf and Nicolas could see why anyone would have a hard time getting to the book.

"Now, about the book. Where is it then?" he wanted to take it as soon as possible so he could leave this human stench infested place and head straight home. He would have to walk though since he didn't have a car nor did he know how to drive. Not that was in interested in it by any chance though.

Yulma found his mannerism annoying. At least he showed an emotion other than annoyance and blandness. She dusted her shirt a little as well as he hands when said that. "Hardy har," she said sarcastically again. She saw him take out a napkin and hand it to her. She was a little surprised by this, but was also cautious. "Thanks..," she said, taking the napkin and wiping away any dust on her face. She finished dusting herself off from the book before handing the napkin back. "Thanks for the handkerchief. Just so you know, not many people carry handkerchiefs nowadays."

She heard him ask about the book her had asked about and handed him the paper back. "I wrote down the section where you can find it in," she said. "You can go ahead and look for it if you want while I finish closing up. Shouldn't be that hard to find."

"I know. That's why class is rare among you huma--- among society." he said referring to her statement about the handkerchief. Sighing he turned around after taking the piece of paper where she wrote down the book information. For a moment there he almost said 'humans' and that would've been strange because he was supposed to be human too! Quietly and with one hand on his pocket as he placed away his handkerchief, the young demon walked into the area where the book was supposed to be found. Let's see now... I've never been good with this things... He looked at the papers and tried to find the correct section. After a bit he finally managed to find it. This was by far the best thing that had happened to him today seeing how everything else was just annoying.

Grabbing the book, he walked back to the front and placed the book on the counter. "Here." he told the librarian. He still didn't know her name but he still found it rather irrelevant. He was sure he wouldn't find himself talking to her often.

"Won't you drag the lake and bring me home again?"

Yulma raised a brow when he stopped himself and rephrased his sentence. That was odd of him. "Sure," was all she could say. She watched him go and continued to close down the library: turning off any computers that were still on and moving the trash cans to one place so the janitor could get to them faster. She realized he was taking a while to find the book he was looking for and wondered if he got lost in the library. That would have been something funny since the books were placed in a way to make it easy to navigate through. She got to the counter and started to put some things in a rolling basket to take with her home when he got there. "You could just say you're going to check out that book rather than say 'here'," she said.

She took the book and moved it to the computer and scanner. "So, what name am I putting this book under? Never exactly got the name of Mister New Teacher."

.."Got a hole in my soul growing deeper and deeper..."

Nicolas sighed and placed now both hands on his pockets. "Curteanu. Nicolas Curteanu." he finally revealed his name. His name didn't sound weird when he said it with his accent. He was really eager now to leave this place, or most specific... this woman. If only he knew the surprise he was in for when he walked home... A sweet sweet surprise was awaiting for both of them. Once she checked out the book for him, the guy quickly got out of the library and began heading home. it was only a couple of blocks away the apartments building so it was no big deal walking. He liked in fact.

When he arrived home, he tried taking out his keys out of his pocket but as he searched for them he realized something... he forgot them. Or better said, he lost them. You've got to be kidding me.... he was sure he must've dropped them in the library when he took out his handkerchief.... Cursing under his breath, he sat outside the door that lead to his apartment and just stared at the wall. He would use magic to get in but there were security cameras around. Normally he would ask the receptionist for a spare key but the receptionist was out for today... What luck, right? He sighed and just began reading the book he had checked out moments earlier.

Yulma heard him say his name and thought it sounded pretty cool. It sounded French for some reason. Maybe it was the last part of his last name. She typed in the name and checked the book out to him. She fixed up the book so the sensors wouldn't go off then handed to him. "There we go," she said. She saw him leave and puffed her cheek again in anger. "No appreciation from him." She got her things and turned off the computer before leaving the counter. She then noticed something on the ground and saw that they were keys. 'Wonder who these belong to...maybe they belong to Mr. Rude Thing,' she thought. "...I'll give them to him tomorrow." What she didn't know was the big and sweet surprise she was going to get at home.

She checked herself out and walked back home. She knew how to drive, but her apartment wasn't that far, so walking was a good exercise. She went up the complex and got to her floor when she saw someone sitting outside their door. She walked closer since her apartment was next to that one and saw who it was, making her stomach roll over. "You do realize you're technically loitering, right?" she said to him, hiding her annoyance.

.."Got a hole in my soul growing deeper and deeper..."

A loud scoff escaped from Nicolas the moment he heard and saw someone annoyingly familiar. Closing his book dramatically, the man stood up and cleaned himself up before looking at the woman before him, a.k.a. Librarian worm. "You must think you're very clever, huh? But no. Unfortunately I live in this mediocre apartment complex and happened to have lost my keys somewhere." he said with a sigh, looking at his door examining it. Then a thought a occurred to him, which caused him to raise an eyebrow at her. "Think of it, why are you even here? Stalking me much?" he teased just a little. He didn't know her well but he already knew clearly enough that he didn't like her and he had a small gut feeling that she wasn't getting a liking to him either. That was perfect though seeing how he didn't come to earth to make friends.

Trying to make memory, he remembered that possible he left his keys at the library. She was the last one to leave so he wondered if maybe she saw them. "By any chance you happened to see some keys laying on the floor at the library after I left?" he asked her as he placed his book under his arm so he could place his hands on his pockets.

"Won't you drag the lake and bring me home again?"

Yulma watched him stand up and ignored that he was taller than her. She heard him say that he lost his keys and was now sure that the keys she found were his keys. This was interesting. She wasn't usually the satistic type, but she wanted him to suffer a little before she handed the keys back to him. She heard him ask why she was there and if she was stalking him as a tease. "Ha ha," she laughed sarcastically. "Unfortunatelly for me now, I live right next door to you apparently." She walked a little up to her door and took out her keys to open the door. She had a gut feeling that they weren't going to be friends at all.

She started to open the door when he asked about his keys at the library. "I don't think so. I made one last sweep of the library before locking it and I didn't find it. I only found change," she said. She turned to him and smiled. "Hope you find your keys or get someone to open the door for you. Don't want to be out in the cold all night, right?"

"You're my neighbor? When I thought this day couldn't get any worse." he said with a scoff once more. He looked at the ground and then began thinking hard on something before he finally looked up again and took a step forwards towards her. Slowly, he opened his mouth as if about to say something but he stopped himself. Not even himself sure of what he was about to say. The guy sighed and turned around, his back facing her. "I thought librarians like you were meant to be nice, but I guess I was wrong." he grinned.

I could just use my powers on her and make her help me, but... it's her!.... He was referring to using his demon powers to seduce her and get her to help find his keys or get his door open. It was just having to kiss her to make her mind go blank and then he could get the idea of helping him fixated on her mind, but... he really didn't want to do that. At least not to her. He didn't have a liking to her in the first place. He was going to see if he could just convince her enough with words to help him.

[OOC: He's not going to do it btw xD don't worry ]
