I like that idea Hunt. It would be a good starting point as far as plot goes. I can just see it now.
New Orleans lays in ruin, survivors making the best out of the nuclear fallout. A battle rages between to two opposing supremacy groups, both wanting to rid New Orleans of the other and rule over the city. One of the groups, Scarlet's KKK based humans only gang wants to purge the city of mutants and ghouls so that they can restore New Orleans back to the human utopia she once was. The other group, my Ghouls and mutant only gang, wants to rid New Orleans of the human oppressors, giving the nuclear war torn city over to the ghouls and mutants born from her.
It does sound a lot like the fallout 3 and skyrim wars but there is potential for improvement. I'm not really all that great at plot ideas though.

The two factions could be battling for control of NOLA all while a secretive third faction (like the Brotherhood of Steel in New Vegas) is plotting to destroy both of them, and then destroy/govern/enslave the city. I'd like to see a faction using some secret room in one of the tombs as a giant underground base and laboratory (to be discovered later on), studying and utilizing old Voodoo wisdom in their missions. I'd love to hear more ideas from you two, as well as the other vault members, wherever they may be.

You could make it a Large Based Area, traversing over one state or over many. You could also throw in some Psyker organizations, or just beings that have their abilities. ^o^ Theres always escaped Synthetics from the commonwelth, also if you choose to use any ideas from KY for areas. I have a few suggestions for that :3 even a custom vault.

I like the idea of having multiple states in one RP, or having multiple RP's based in different areas, with the possibility of crossovers.

ooh ooh I did wanna talk about some stuff real quick. As many of you may notice the character form is absent of any S.P.E.C.I.A.L., Skills, or traits. This is due to the fact that, unlike a video game or table top RPG, there is really no constant interaction to enforce the system. All skills and abilities will be narrative based. If you say you are strong, if you say you are a master at lockpicks, if you say you can sneak with the best of them, I will believe it. It's obvious you should not be trying to do or be something that is overpowered or has a bizarre back story that does not really make sense with your skills (you can be as bizarre as you please) . ✝The blood is beautiful, if you think about it✝
