The colors from the "Color Explosion" reference image could be used in moderation all over Tsaheylu's body. Think of it like a black canvas splattered with colored paint (and geometric shapes). The wings/feet would carry the most concentration of color. The hair will be longer in size than normal and rather soft & fluffy in appearance. The tail will be a little longer and bushier in appearance.
