" "Unique, but nothing special then." She replied quickly. Still she couldn't help but to let her fingers linger over the cloth. Back home their clothing could be soft, but it was also heavy due to the colder winds. Here the clothing felt like it barely existed, almost as if she were wearing air.
Talisia smiled at his obvious happiness. There really did exist someone so eager to help others. "I'm not certain honestly." She flushed lightly, "I think after I get this I will just look around for a bit more in case anything else catches my eye." She hesitated a moment before starting to add, "If you wanted to you..."
Before she could offer to let him stay with her longer Faulina came back along with the elderly shifter. Freezing on the spot Talisia bowed her head quietly. "Actually you've already helped so much that I suppose I should just buy this and get going." She smiled politely towards him, "Thanks again."Even if he was really nice it didn't mean others would be.

Callum clucked his tongue with a soft sigh. Just when he had begun to make some real progress it seemed that Bergchi had other plans. He turned to the girl and took her hand in his. As softly as he could, Callum turned it so that her palm was exposed and he placed a kiss to it.
"I hope this won't be our last meeting, but if it is, know that it doesn't take too long to adjust to Jauhar." Callum's smiled turned soft as he pulled away from her. "Not everyone is against hybrids, so try to talk to a few more people. We're not all bad."
With Faulina leading the way, Callum strode over to his grandmother. The sight must have been slightly comical; the woman was chiding him for being gone so long and even though she was shorter than him she could still cut quite the figure. Callum motioned back towards the girl and after a while of conversing he leaned down to kiss his Gran on the cheek before returning to her.
"So long as I return sometime today, I'm free to go about my business as I choose. Or so my Gran says." He smirked, looking back over his shoulder as the woman and kinfa disappeared from sight. "Though, I have to say, it was awkward explaining that I wanted to spend time with a new friend when I didn't even know her name."

Holding her kissed hand with her other one Talisia managed to nod, "We'll see where life takes us." She whispered softly still flushing from his kiss. At his advice she had to nod once more. Dris after all had taken her in and so far the shifter family hadn't been negative to her. Sure life was a bit more rowdy with them, but not bad. Really coming to Jauhar had been a blessing for her.
As he walked away with his gran Talisia let out a quiet sigh. She realized that she had been lucky to run into the hybrid today and doubted that she would ever be fortunate like that again. So in her heart she had already settled on keeping it as a happy memory and nothing more. There was no need to raise hopes for anything better. She had lost that ability a long time ago.
Taking a moment to collect herself Talisia turned to purchase the cloth. She definitely would cherish this material. Her thoughts shattered though as the hybrid boy reappeared before her, "You really didn't have to." She protested quietly while lowering her gaze which had lit up at the sight of him. I was already bracing myself to be alone again...why did you come back? He was silly. She really was fine on her own yet at the same time she really wasn't upset that he had come back. "Oh!." Talisia flushed at the realization, "It's Talisia, my name is Talisia."

"Lovely. It sounds like bells when you say it." Callum thought on the subtle curls his tongue made while musing on the name and found he rather liked it. It suited a girl like her.
"I don't have to be here, but...here I am, Talisia. Callum is at your service." He made a sweeping bow, dipping his legs as only one practiced in dancing would be able to. It was such a fluid motion that he never pondered over why it might hard some males to do it.
"You'll be wanting shoes, too, then? Something to protect your feet without burning them? I know just the place." Callum stood and held his hand out to her as if it were the most natural thing in the world. There was a lot of trust in the act; something that he had no trouble giving since Callum didn't fear being burned. He had walked through the flames enough to dance in the fire.

"Or perhaps you somehow hit your head on the way here and are still hearing bells?" Replied Talisia lightly though she couldn't help but flushing. Callum. He didn't have such a bad name himself. Though at the motion of the bow she had to catch her breath in slight surprise. That fluid movement was too reminiscent of a past memory that it took her a moment to reaction, "Thank you, Callum."
Finding shoes a good distraction the girl nodded, "That sounds best compared to the heavy boots I had before." At the sight of his hand Talisia hesitated. She was not used to touching others, let alone being touched...yet for some reason she felt bold. He had come back for her and was just wanting to help...I hope I don't regret this later. With that she slowly placed her hand forward in his, "Lead the way, Callum.
It was the first time she had let a stranger guide her and she hoped that it was the right decision.
