Psychotic Maniacal Sanity Lily: Cool! So which is the adventure one? I wish that guild posts could have alerts on them too. Sigh. Somehow I missed this. Anyhow, the adventure one has a rebellion going on against a tyrant, which is pretty standard fare. It starts when this warrior abducts a girl from her 'family', a travelling group of entertainers, because the rebellion thinks she might be the descendant of the powerful priests that could return the unicorns to the world, and thus help break the tyrant's grasp on the land.

Psychotic Maniacal Sanity Sorry! I forgot that I get notifications because I made the thread. X3 Anyway, that sounds really cool! I like the idea of them thinking she's powerful. Is she? Well, she isn't powerful yet, but yes, they are right about her bloodline. There's just a lot she has to be taught before she can be useful. And there are definitely forces arrayed against her while this happens.

Psychotic Maniacal Sanity Yeah. So far she's been kidnapped from home, threatened with her throat being slit by someone supposedly on her side, almost nabbed by a second set of kidnappers, actually nabbed by a third set of kidnappers, told she might (or might not) be getting shipped to her death depending on the mood of the tyrant when she arrives. That about sums it up so far.

Figured I should do this.
I'm working on a novel (My second attempt)
Started in February and am looking to have it done by the end of the summer.
Its a fantasy novel, I guess.
Its set somewhere in deep space, where a race descended from human lives on a planet with no technology (electricity, cars, watches, ect) They are snake like, i that they have scales, large slanted eyes and a lower body temp.
There is magic here, but it mostly lies within the dream realm.Most people go to the only official school to train in the dream arts (fighting, interoperation, manipulation) But not everyone is born with dream power.
The ruler of this land, Phoebus, has been in power for five hundred years, and came to power by murdering the Priestess of the ancient dream clan, as well as turned the people against her.
Now the whats left of the clan is striking back, by ensuring one of their youngest, Greta, gains admission to the Dream Mage program, taught by Phoebus himself. Her goal is to complete the program, find the bone's of the dead priestess and kill Phoebus.
But secrets and lie's give way to new chains and new paths, as well as a threat hellbent on killing every living thing.
Wow. I really suck at summarizing.

I am pretty much hoping to get a lot more done with my fanfic this year, maybe after that I would like to devote my time to my fantasy novel. crying
