Toria nodded and picked the white headband and tied it around her right arm. "Yeah, training should be fun.." She said, grinning. "Thank you Lady Hokage." She thanked her and fixed her gloves. "I need new gloves Becky, these are starting to rip... We can go buy some puppets too!" She said, smiling.

She stared at the builden for who knows how long, the whimpering blue eyes couldn't help her brain make the decision, she was nervous to go inside and receive her headband. Finally she moved forward, through the doors, there we go. Up to the office only to notice the Hokage already had...two people? Yep, she was already talking to two girls and so he waited out of sight incase their business was not concluded. He didn't wish to pry in to other's business, what if they pried into his? Nope, he would stay away and pretend to not hear anything. All he came for was his headband, and maybe something to start his day, but he'd probably be to nervous or shy to ask. He stepped a bit closer to the door, peeking just slightly before going back at his safe distance.
Becky nodded, and then held her sisters hand again. "Alright, come on, let's go." She bowed again. "Bye lady Hokage." She then walked away, leading her sister away. She noticed at girl? She was sitting by the door. She waved bye to the girl as they were leaving.
Toria nodded and followed her sister, holding her hand, she saw a girl...? She waved and smiled. "Get your headband, the Hokage is nice, I don't think she'll bite." She said to the girl, looking back at her sister, as they left. (Exit to the shops of Konohagakure)
Asomi drummed her fingers on her desk as she waited for the other person that Victoria and Rebecca had been talking to. Who could it be? After a while she got tired of waiting, snatched up a headband, and walked to the door. She threw it open, standing tall and strong like a leader should, looking at the blue haired teen standing across from her with red eyes so bright they almost glowed. She reached out her hand, offering the headband to the girl with a sly smirk. "Here ya go, kiddo. I suggest you grow somewhat of a backbone though; if you can't even face your own kage, what are you gonna do in a fight, eh?" This one seemed weak and timid, and Asomi gave her about a month to live out in the field. Such a shame, so young.

He was still timid to go in, the two girls, appearntly twins, said hello and coaxed him to go in the office and with much hesitation, he stepped forward to enter only for the kage herself to pop out. He backed up yet again, startled by the sudden appearence, although he should of expected it since he didn't realize how long he had been standing there. She looked at the headband and took it gently before wrapping it around his right arm and smiling slightly at it."Sorry...I-I didn't want to intrude. Thank you for the headband."She smiled softly, not caring about the grow a backbone comment as he was use to it by now. He looked up at her, a little shy to continue speaking, but if he didn't ask, he would just feel even more embarrassed to ask it later."It's alright if I go train and maybe cme back for a mission or something right? I-It's okay if you say no...since your the kage, it's your deci- I'll shut up."He closed his mouth, one cheek poofed out in embarrassement. Would she care if he didn't introduce himself? She probably already know who he was, it would be embarrassing if he said it only for her to already know, but wasen't it impolite to not introduce himself?
Asomi's eye twitched lightly in annoyance, what a useless shinobi. She forced a smile on to her face, forcing her eye to stop twitching, and bullshitted the nicest voice she could muster. "That's right, once you feel that you're ready to go on a mission, go ahead and come to me and I'll give you something to do~" She lost her smile, glaring deep in to the soul of the poor kid in front of her, "Now get going." She hated weak people, she despised weakness. There was no need for weakness in her empire, and she hoped that this kid in front of her hardened up... or that she'd die in some horrific way so she could laugh over her corpse.

Kaneko felt slightly happier at the sweet tone of the hokage, but once he looked back up at her, he made a rather loud whimper and bolted out of the office, saying, 'yes ma'am!' over and over again. Maybe he'd learn a few justu and then come back for a mission. Or tomatoes. [ exit ]
Strolling into the Hokage’s tower, with little Mitsuko on his shoulder, Viktor approached the door to her office. Knocking twice, he reached in with his senses, only picking up the kage’s chakra signature, he decided to just enter with his young student. Nodding to the Hokage, Viktor spoke, his usual cold sounding voice returning, “Lady Hokage, I’ve brought Mitsuko Akabane receive a headband, if you don’t mind. She’s really young, but incredibly intelligent, and would make a good asset to the village as a medical-nin. I’ll train her myself, preferably.” He’d then lift Mitsuko off of his shoulder and place her on her feet in front of him, facing the Hokage. He’d then wait for either Mitsuko to add anything or for the kage to respond.

Mitsuko effortlessly gained her balance when Viktor put her on the floor in front of him, then bowed to the Hokage in respect. She stood straight once more and looked up at the Kage, eyes respectful, but determined and showing that, despite her age, she was far from a child, "I know I'm young, far younger than even the youngest Academy student, but I will work hard and prove to you that I am worth the bend in the age rules, Hokage-Sama. I've already read and understood every book my father has on medical procedures, and all the books and scrolls on our clan jutsus. All I ask is that I be given a chance to continue amassing my knowledge, and in doing so, become a better shinobi for Konoha, and yourself."

Asomi was surprised when Viktor came walking in to her office, and she was about to open her mouth to welcome him when he mentioned something about a young girl. It was only then that the female noticed the child on the Jounin's shoulders. She looked at the girl, calm, her face emotionless as the child spoke. There was something about this girl, Mitsuko, that she liked. She tapped her chin, then walked to a filing cabinet to her right, still saying nothing. With a screeching sound, she opened a drawer, flipping her fingers through the files there in till she came across one and pulled it out. She flipped through the pages on it, her eyes searching the page.
"We started collecting files, seperate files from Shinobi files, on children that are born with a potential to be great. These babies often from from strong parents, or show some kind of promise when they are very small." She fell silent for a moment before continuing, "Mitsuko Akabane from the Akabane Clan, I had your father fill out a form about you, hoping you'd go in to the academy soon. It seems you won't need to." She closed the file and put it back in to the filing cabinet in nearly a blink of an eye, closing the door along with in a fluid motion. She walked back to her desk, rummaging through the desk drawer that had her headbands in it before pulling out a blood red headband and walking over to Mitsuko. She kneeled before the child, handing her the headband. "I see great promise in you, Mitsuko. You remind me somewhat of myself, and there's something about you that I like." She gave the child a smirk, "I'm trusting you with the responsibility that comes along with this headband, don't let me or this village down."
She straightened up, dusting off her dark blue coat, looking up at Viktor. "I'm also trusting you with this child Viktor. I have a feeling she will be a great asset to this village. If I find out that she's hurt you'll have to answer to me, you got it?" The was something hidden behind the stare she was giving the older man, behind the coldness that had filled her very soul.
As the kage gathered her file and spoke to Mitsuko, Viktor smiled slightly. When she spoke to him directly, the doctor bowed slightly, “Yes Ma’am, no need to worry, I’ll do whatever is within my power to keep her safe, both in terms of teaching her what she needs to survive and healing any wounds she might obtain.” The taller man stared back into his Kage’s eyes, showing he meant every word he said. When he finished, Viktor looked down at Mitsuko, “So, shall we begin at the academy, or back at the hospital?”
"But for me, it means Freedom, for it is the source of my Power."

Mitsuko took the offered headband respectfully from her Hokage's hands and nodded solemnly, "I swear to you that I won't let you down, Lady Hokage." When it was clear she and Viktor were dismissed, and Viktor spoke to her, she turned and looked up at him with a small, excited, but slightly off kilter, smile,"I think I'd like to go back to the hospital, get some practical time in with some medical techniques. If you don't mind."

Smiling back down at the girl from behind his surgical mask, Viktor nodded, “Alright, that sounds like a good place to start your training. Let’s head on back then.” The older medic would then then lift the small girl up again, sitting her on his shoulder like he had before, then nodding to the Hokage, turned and left the office. (exit)

Asomi sighed softly, then moved to her desk once more. She was interrupted by an anbu appearing in her office. He told her some ninja where here from the mist, namely a gennin and one ANBU. Her eyes narrowed, was the mizukage trying to pull something? Even after she promised him a treaty? Anger boiled inside her, fire burning from behind her eyes. A dark feeling filled the room; she would NOT be tricked. Asomi took a deep breath, closing her eyes, and then dismissed the ANBU while she calmed herself. She took a seat in her chair, facing the door, and waited. She would see what this mess was all about.
