Just some stuff that happened in the solo I have planned...where I truncated this RP...
Zi found a poacher camp, found the mammu and was freeing it when she was caught, thrown down to the ground (shoulder hit a rock and tore a gash there...hence the blood) and was kicked on a lot...so bruises and soreness and bloody shoulder. The mammu has some wounds too, most likely.
I also imagine that it's still quite late in the night. Maybe around 2 or 3 am. So it's still dark and the fire has probably died down a lot. Thanks to Kiyelt’s mounts, travel across the desert went much quicker than Ziari had ever imagined it would. That didn’t mean she wasn’t exhausted once they made camp, though. She was thankful to be back on her feet and able to rest once camp was set up. As soon as her own little shelter was fixed up, Aser settled down inside while Zi sat outside, close to the fire they’d made. The scenery was so different here, but because it was almost night time, most of the details were lost on her. She stayed sitting, long after Kiyelt settled down for the night, thinking about what she had left behind and what lay in her future.
Just as she turned to head to her small shelter, and settle down for sleep with Aser, a noise in the distant forest caught her attention. She narrowed her eyes as she saw flickers of light and muffled voices. What on earth could it be? Curiosity won her over as the lights started fading away. One look at Aser, to make sure he was still sleeping, and Zi was disappearing off into the woods.

Ziari frowned, rubbing at her shoulder and wincing as she pulled her hand away and saw blood. Well away from the poachers camp now, she and the mammu had time to rest — both obviously worn out and battered. Zi was bound to have bruises already cropping up from where one of them had gotten ahold of her and knocked her to the ground and started kicking her. Had it not been for the mammu she’d freed, she might not have gotten away from the poachers.
Patting the beast’s side she sighed and motioned for it to follow her. After some walking around, Ziari was able to finally find her way back to camp, thankfully. Her shoulder was on fire and her body ached. She just wanted to rest. However, she knew she’d have to wake Kiyelt before even doing that. “Kiyelt?” She called out his name as she came upon the camp and stopped to lean against the mammu for support.
