"I'd beg to differ; bards can sing about just damn anything with the right spin, and this is particularly bold. But no," he told here with a shake of his head, "I haven't. What, is he your partner in crime?"

"He's my cousin." She said this assuredly, because it was the only fact she was really sure of right now.
But then she realized she'd blurted it out and her eyes narrow again, suspicious of his motives. "Go away. Yer distractin' me."

The courteous side said let the agitated be; the less courteous side said keep an eye on her. Maybe if he stuck around, another memory might get triggered. (Assuming, of course, this was the right Chel.)
"Good. You remembered something?" Jack prompted her curiously, arms crossed.

"It is if it means I can get my memories back too. How did you do it?"

Chel made a loud exasperated noise and stood, turning to leave.

"Wait." He bit his tongue, swallowing his lump of frustration down. He couldn't begin to explain himself, he couldn't stop the outcome of whatever the gate and mirror together would bring, and now this. "I apologize; I'm just as angry about all of this as you are. Let me at least help you find your cousin," Jack offered.

"I can take care of it myself," she repeated.
There was a slight pause as she hesitated to leave. She spoke over her shoulder, testing Jack. Her voice is soft, and it hints at her fear, her worries. "There's no way yer as angry as me."
She looked to the knights that slashed and yelled at one another. Everyone was afraid, fighting as a way to escape their own terrors. Chel preferred to keep hers close. If they weren't there, she wouldn't stay alert. "Just tell him to find me if y'see him. The rest is not yours to know." She would not have anything more taken from her.

He knows the look too well; he's seen it in the eyes of the children and of several knights too, on and off the cot. Fear is a powerful enemy for them.
"Fair enough," Jack agreed, relaxing some. "Can I have a name to refer him to?"

No, you can't is on the tip of her tongue. She's so used to a brazen response, a darkened behavior, a slippery minx. She isn't sure where she's gotten the behavior, but Chris' memory leaves a gap.
"Chelsea Craft, first in line of my house," she says twice as softly. The words roll off her tongue and she's not concerned about where they come from. For Jack's sake she cuts off the long, extraneous list of middle names. "I guess not anymore though." Considering she was a knight, and her memories.
With that, Chel pulled her hood closer and disappeared up the stairs.
