I don't expect you to know every Studio Ghibli movie. I just expect you to know every Miyazaki film. whee Actually, I'm just joking with you there. I was simply surprised that you didn't mention Princess Mononoke because that and Spirited Away are the two which everyone seems to know.

Oh! They have a Street-Fighter movie? That's AMAZING! I knew they had that old Mortal Kombat one that spurred on my Sonya impersonations as a kid, but I didn't know SF joined the videogame-movie fray.

Best Movie in the Universe no one has probably seen: CAPTAIN RON!

This is an AWESOME movie with Jurt Russell and Martin Short. Basically, the funniest thing i have ver watched in my whole life. I laughed so hard i was crying hysterically. Its Basically about a family who goes on vacation and hires Captain Ron (Kurt Russell) to be the captain fo their little boat. Throughout the movie there are pirates, guerillas, and wild parties...and even a sex scene! Which also happens to be the funniest scene of the movie in my opinion...teehee. Check it out sometimes!

Ah, I knew about the anime. Why I automatically assumed that you were referring to a live-action movie is beyond me. Hmm...live action video game movies generally aren't too good; Resident Evil 1&2 were alright, even though they dismantled the vibe of the games in my opinion. The Tomb Raiders were decent come to think of it. Doom...*sigh* let's not go there gonk . My hopes rest in Silent Hill.

I swear I've heard of Captain Ron before. The plot and the actors involved sound familiar, but I can tell that I either haven't seen it or haven't seen it in a long, long, long time.

eek NO WAY! I heart Milo Jovovich! In fact, she's the only reason I went to see Ultraviolet. But...what's with her and getting naked in those three movies? whee And Doom didn't deserve many of the actors it sported.

I'm hopefully seeing V for Vendetta on Friday night. I've heard so many good things about that movie that I can hardly wait.

I like the first parts of the movie where it's strictly Violet whooping a**. whee But then it got a wee-bit cheesy for my tastes what with the playground scene, Violet getting all choked up over the kid, and then the guy loving her. Also, the fact that some fightscenes were omitted annoyed me greatly, but you're right: it did have it's moments.

I think that if I were naked on screen that people wouldn't have time to flee from the theatre; they'd drop dead immediately.

Is Natalie Portman the Amidala/Padme chick? Her acting 'abilities' were only over shadowed by the poor acting on Anakin's part. Some of the lines he delivered were so stiff! I don't think Keanu Reeves is a very good actor either. He can play one role, and that's about it.

lol. I favor Johnny Depp, personally. He's damn sexy as Captain Jack Sparrow, yet he possesses the ability to be ugly with other looks. Strange how that works...
