Yousei Akki Silk's blue eyes widened and watered in terror for a few brief moments. The hoof pushed down and he felt something pop in his neck. A few moments later, the combination of his wounds and lack of air caused the little carnie's eyes to roll back in his head.  Mimiko was wandering in search of the injured when she hear word of Silk's defeat. She floated towards the location quickly, silently bringing her hands up to her face in horror. Rushing to get closer she knelt down besides him and frowned deeply as she noticed how bad he was. Her lower lip trembled for a moment before she reached out and placed her hands gently where his neck was stomped on. A silent prayer was spoken, her lips moving but no sound coming out, praying to Venezia to lend her a bit of strength to save one of his beloved followers.

Silk was barely capable of opening his eyes. Mimiko's touch brought pain despite how gentle it was. Still, after her prayer he was able to take a shallow breath. His eyes opened a crack to peer at the demigod.

Mimiko continued her prayer, her hands glowing a faint white light. When she felt that Silk would be okay with modern medicine and healing methods she gently pulled her hands away. It was at this point she saw his eyes begin to open, her eyes brightening up. She smiled so warmly it brought tears to her eyes as she leaned closer and gently, and loosely, placed her arms around him in a comforting hug.

Silk found himself looking at a face that was familiar, but surely not the one he'd seen last. The demi wrapped him in a hug, and Silk gave a weak little sob. "Lost." He whispered pathetically.

Mimiko shook her head. He might have lost but he did his best. He could learn from what happened here and apply it next time. She pulled away a bit and gave a sad smile, shaking her head again, before ruffling his hair a bit. She soon smiled warmly again and gently scooped him up in her arms. The demi-goddess looked back in the direction of camp and blinked a few times before looking at Silk, tilting her head. That would be their next destination.

Silk was so disappointed with himself. He knew this would happen, he had tried so hard to avoid it though! He didnt know how he could have been more careful. The little dancer did not protest as Mimiko picked him up. Rather he leaned against her and looked wearily off at the camp with her aid. "Kay. I need...to wash up...Jangles will not want me in bed like this." He murmured unhappily.

I need...to wash up...Jangles will not want me in bed like this." He murmured unhappily. Mimiko gave a light chuckle at the comment. No sounds to be heard but it was obvious she found it amusingly cute. She nodded and floated off towards the camp, looking around to ensure they got back safely.

Silk's eyes closed as he lightly dozed in the safety of the demi's arms. Plus her floating meant the journey back to the camp was far more smooth then being carried by anyone else. "Thank you for coming to get me." He sleepily murmured.
