"I'm not a psychopath" Isabella looked over at Siel as he went over to the one girl lying in the grass. She looked over her shoulder as she heard someone walk up to her and commented on her scarf. She hadn't really thought about it, but thinking back she almost never took her scarf off, except when bathing. She glanced over at the girl who had been with him earlier, potentially a friend of his or a sibling, before answering I take it off when I have to, but I don't like parting with it. She looked over at the water to see a person getting into a more hidden area and noticed the water was a darker grey and sighed as she thought great, we just get here and we already have a risk of getting booted out. "I'm a sociopath, there's actually a large difference" [OOC: work is annoying]

Throlyn shut his eyes for a moment, as he sat and used his acute hearing to listwen to everyone around him, that had come on the tram with him, to remember all of their voices. It wasn't anything new, for he's done it many times in the past, but he felt it necessary if he was to be grouped with them. Fang laid at his side, her head in his lap and did the same. The two sat like that for a while ,looknig as though they were in a meditative trance, which they were, waiting to see what would happen next, or hear for that matter, seeing their eyes were closed.

 As per usual, the weather was great and the environment was rather nice for this time of day. This, of course, made no one happier than the young adult that had decided to peacefully sleep in one of the trees that leaned generously over a brook down below. The dirty-blonde hair rested on a half stuffed mail bag while their arms rested across their mid-section. As if to balance out the scene the young adult's right leg hung lazily down from the branch, making a peculiar if not slightly odd picture to look at. Of course, this person wasn't the type to mind much what other's thought of the random matter in which things were done. If bothered, then this person might deal with it...if they felt like it

  Freya Dergunri Eventually remembering that she wasn't the only person at the garden and that others were with her and Siel, Freya sits up and yawns. If I lay down any longer I'm gonna go to sleep she thinks as she looks around. Spotting Siel talking to a girl with headphones, she smiles a bit before turning her attention to others. Many of them appeared to be having their own little conversations and seemed to have grouped up together. Slowly standing up, Freya brushes herself off before heading over towards Siel and Shura. As she approaches the pair, she overhears the tail end of Shura's conversation with Siel. "It's always good to meet new people. After all we could eventually end up working together and fighting together." she says with a smile as she stops only a couple feet away from the duo. "Sorry for butting in like that. My name is Freya Dergunri. Seemed a bit rude to not introduce myself." she says with a laugh. Clasping her hands behind her back, her fingers play lightly with the end of her hair as she rocks lightly back and forth on her feet. When in the garden, Freya liked to be wandering around but at the moment she was also wanting to speak with others so she was holding back her first desire to wander. [Out Of Coffee: Very late post. "Why talk to me?" -- Siel's immediate answer formed in his head -- "Your nature." -- but he held it back. He recalled previous first conversations with people and his analytical observations usually put them off a little. He'd often be asked "How would you know that?". And upon recalling that, another answer automatically formed in his mind. Rather than continue the cycle of back-and-forth, he decided on a simple answer to put forth that would likely generate less confusion. "Because you're here with us. I'll give you every chance to feel welcome. It doesn't cost me anything to try anyway." He smiled. Bzzzt!, Siel's small tablet, in the slim bag on his back rung with the jingle he'd set for when a Message was received.xxxxxxUpon decoupling the strap on his front and opening the bag, he lifted the slim tablet from it's case and read the message. Inside was an information update from the Military HQ about thexxxxxxnext day's official induction.xxxxxx"A confirmation letter." Siel commented as he read it, speedreading the paragraphs. The letter was sent to everyone who was to attend tomorrow's induction and served to confirm thexxxxxxtime and place of the event. Scrolling past more of the text, the second half of the message contained a photobook of everyone he'd met so far, and many faces he hadn't yet seen.xxxxxx"Oh hey! They're confirming which Squads we're going to be placed in--" Siel spotted two sentences at the top of the photobook's heading paragraph which spelled it out quite perfectlyxxxxxxto "Squad Alpha", and "all new recruits". "We're all being placed in the same Squad. In fact, it looks like everyone is. A mass pooling of members?" Siel thought to himself for a moment,xxxxxxrecalling that they did this every now and again, as a way to encourage a sense of family or cooperation between the Ranks, and temporarily remove any competition until later on whenxxxxxxMembers would divide into the remaining Squads.xxxxxxOOC Note!xxxxxxEveryone receives this same message! If you have a messaging device of any sort (Phone, Tablet, Terminal or Comms Visor, etc), you'll be able to read through this message from Military HQ. Throlyn's ears popped out of their hiding spot then quickly back in as his phone went off. With a sigh, he opened his eyes, and took the phone out of his pocket. he read the message and then placed the phone away. "Squad Alpha, with this lot? Eh, guess it's better than nothing." He thought to himself, and Fang, who was looking at him nodded, as though she was replying to his thoughts. Taking out a bag of dried meat, he shared some with his wolf companion, as he enjoyed himself a few pieces. The two then returned to what they were doing, seeing that everyone appeared to be distant from them. "Fine by me. i don't need to be swarmed with folks asking waste of time questions." He thought, and in response to the thought, Fang Bit him lightly. " Fine, fine, I'll try to make friends." He said to the wolf, in a hushed voice. As though she was smiling, Fang lowered her head and returned to what she was doing, satisfied at the boy's answer. The bite left a mark, that quickly healed itself, before anybody could notice. So, taking a bite of some more of the dried meat, Throlyn sat there, quietly.

"Ari" Neya KuroshikoThe bag sitting underneath the blonde head began to jump slightly as a small tone went off and made the young one groggily open their eyes in frustration. Reaching behind their head the young adult rummaged through the bag and pulled out a slender silver box. Flicking the box a little a blue light glowed on the surface as the blonde's eyes read the text. "Alpha...squad..."Shifting to a sitting up position the blonde tapped a few times on the device and began to look over the roster. "Gah!" the blonde grumbled as their picture showed up on the screen. Kuroshiko, Aritzu Neya the name read under the picture. 'They could've used the shortened version...' the blonde grimaced as the next few pictures appeared, though at that point Ari was hardly paying it much attention. Giving off a small sigh the blond flicked the box and stuffed it in one of the many pockets their pants had. Ari stretched a little before shifting into a better position to jump off the tree limb. 'Well, there's no helping it. I'll deal with it tomorrow...still, I wonder what they're all like.'Ari's mouth spread into a lop-sided grin as the blonde dropped down from the tree.

--------------------------------------------"Looks like its my show now, Monster.."------------------------------------------- Shura Heard an unfamiliar voice answer her question before Siel's answer. It was the pretty brunette that Shura saw talking with Siel before they arrived here. "You do make a good point, Dergunri-san. I don't see why we can't meet new people if we are going to fight together." She said as she heard Siel say Freya could sit down. She in turn motioned that it was alright as well by patting the earth next to her "The name is Shura, Shura Murasaki.. You can call me Shura if you want." She told the other female as she turned the music in her headphones down slightly so she could hear them both, she then looked to Siel. "Thanks for giving me a chance, though I don't believe I'm exactly worth it. Others that are here deserve it more than I do." Shura told him as she looked to some of the other people who were here, eyeing the wolf like male, Throlyn, since he seemed to be an outcast. She felt bad for him and wanted to invite him over, though she doubted he would come.
Before she could say more her phone vibrated in her pocket, and on instinct she pulled it out and viewed the text that was sent. She quickly scrolled through it and took in the new information about them all being placed in Alpha squad for now. At this she looked to Freya and gave her a grin. "So, looks like you were right on fighting together. As it seems we are all in the same squad, This should be interesting." Shura told her as she held back a chuckle. She decided getting too friendly right now was a bad thing so she stayed calm as possible and before a moment passed she went back to moving her legs back and forth in the water and looking up at the sky. -----------------------------"..Names Shura, commit it to Memory.." ----------------------------- I’m always thankful for everyone’s kindness.
That’s why I want to become stronger (I’m on the way).
This is reminding me of the old days.

That doesn't bother Chitori. Maybe she doesn't like her and that's okay. Not everyone was meant to like everyone. The vibrant orange haired female sat as she eats her sandwich in the quiet and peace, her gentle and warm hues scanned the area while watched each different person. She seemed to be of peace and mind. There was a black lunch bag set beside her as it waited for its owner to take it up and eat the contents inside. Once she was done, she gently wrapped the messes into the plastic bag and placed them back into her bag. "I'm not a psychopath" Isabella felt her phone buzz in her pocket and took it out as she saw others doing the same. She activated the screen before unlocking the device and read through the message as Siel summed it up. She shrugged as she saw they'd all be placed in the same squad, not seeing a point in them doing so, but knowing that whatever she said about it would be ignored. She looked around at the others as she determined she'd deal with issues as they came up, for now only wondering when and where they'd eat as her stomach let out a silent growl. "Ari" Neya KuroshikoAri landed in a crouched position on the ground before straightening up to look around. Giving a half-hearted laugh Ari stared at the narrow edge of pebbly ground that stood between the blonde and the brook, 'I got really close this time...heh, brother would be nagging at how careless I'm getting.'Ari thought with a grin and a small shrug as the blonde sauntered casually down only to stop a few paces away from something fuzzy that was sticking out from behind the edge of a bush. "A tail?" Ari muttered tiling the blonde head of hair slightly to study this odd phenomenon. "I don't remember any animals with that kind of tail living around here..."Ari frowned while coming closer and pushing the bush slightly away to see the creature who owned the tail. Of course, Ari neglected to realize that there was someone else there as well who could now see Ari in full plain sight and possibly a little too close for comfort.

Transforming into a larger form,Fang jolted up in a flash and had the girl in her mouth by the collar and gave off a low growl, which alerted Throlyn. He quickly stood and turned, wolf like eyes peering at what Fang had snatched up so swiftly, and let out a sigh. "You know, i could allow Fang to gobble you up in one toss, but that'd be too hostile. Instead apologize to her and she may set you free. My companion here is sacred to a tribe located deep in the frozen North, because she's named after one of their wolf gods, who's the mother of all wolves. So, if you could, please tell her you're sorry." He said in a voice, that was almost evil. In truth, Throlyn was annoyed that his meditation was interrupted by foolishness, and if he wasn't in public he more than likely would have shown his demon features, ears and claws included. However, he kept calm, and culled the rage building up in him, for he and his wolf companion were connected deeply, the girl was lucky the telekinetic bond they seem to have didn't turn him into his demon state.
Throlyn continued to glare angrily, and awaited the girl's action.

"Ari" Neya KuroshikoAri listened to the person with a very surprised face and wide eyes, unfortunately it probably wasn't for any of the reasons that Throlyn intended. "Fang huh?" she said focusing back on the wolf that held Ari's collar. "Sorry, didn't mean to make ya' upset, I've just never seen a creature with such beautiful coloring before.
And that skill you have with transformation was amazing.
Though I bet that's just a parlor trick for you.
With an honor such as yours you must have some awesome skills hiding in that sleek form."Ari said with a curious look. For Ari, it was fascinating to meet new people and creatures from all over and often lost all sense of awareness or danger when curiosity kicked in. In fact, Fang fascinated Ari to such an extent that Ari had no sense of control and just kept talking to Fang in a casual manner, even going so far as to ask what the north was like and if it was hot for her in this environment and even if the more populated parts were too noisy. "Ah...I totally forgot to ask if you can even talk...geez that's really is rude of me."Ari said with an embarrassed laugh before remembering something else and pausing to look back at the person who'd talked to Ari in the first place. "Your face...I know I've seen it somewhere..."Ari's face scrunched up in thought before jolting a little and raising a gloved hand like one of those mad scientist who shouts 'eureka!' when they strike genius. "Alpha Squad!"Ari looked at Thorlyn and grinned, "Your picture was on the roster list next to that emo looking guy's."Ari said sticking a hand out to him. "I'm Ari Kuro, it's nice to meet ya'..oh! And you too Fang, I hope we can work well together."

In a flash, Fang dropped the girl and returned to the size of a full grown Dire wolf, her white fur blowing lightly and she returned to Throlyn's side. "Fang's fine in this temperature. After all, her pack is able to control lightning and ice at will. She can cause the temperature to drop to severely cold degrees around her. As for the squad yes, I"m in it. Though I wouldn't expect me to warm up and become friendly. People seem to have a knack for harming me if I do." He said coldly, as teal light diminished from his eyes, returning them to human looking ones. He looked at the outstretched hand, and Fang nudged him in the side. "Fine, I'll be nice." He said in his head, in which only the wolf was able to hear. Taking the girl's hand, he shook it, his touch cold on the girl's warm hand. "I'm Throlyn from the roaster yes. Fang seems to like you, you can join us, if you want. Though I don't speak much, I might just be a bore." He said, coldly, yet in a welcoming way. He took his hand away and sat down, motioning for the blonde to join him, taking out a bag of dried stag meat, offering her some. "Hopefully you're a fan of dried meat. It's a decent substitute for fresh meat." He said calmly, as he tossed Fang some, and ate a strip himself.Image
