Name: Tadaaki
Application: Tadaaki wishes to follow Hoshigumo because it is the path that his heart guided him to. He wishes to walk in the light, even if it means distancing himself from his beloved twin sister, whose heart guided her to a dark path. Tadaaki still struggles to shed his guilt and the heavy weight of sorrow in his heart but his faith is only strengthened by the kind understanding that Hoshi offers. Tadaaki's determination to stay by her side and make his chosen deity proud grows with every gentle encouragement offered in regards to maintaining his family ties.

Relationship Potential? Tadaaki wishes to bring his goddess great pride. He wants to be a Follower capable of providing her with a sense of security in knowing that his life and loyalty now belong to her. He wishes to become as strong as he can in order to keep her protected from the dark that threatens all light. Tadaaki would never wish to bring Hoshi dishonor and wishes to show that she will always have a reliable Follower in him.
What Tadaaki currently feels towards Hoshi is respect, appreciation, and the sort of affection and trust that a Follower should feel towards their deity. Her presence is soothing to him, and he feels he needs to work hard to become a presence that can offer her comfort in times of distress.
(Though he would never admit it out loud-- he tends to be mischievous and would be delighted to take part in her playful pranks.

Name: Perrie
Application: Perrie feels very safe around Hoshi and wishes to be closer to her as a result. He's also a very lonely little starling who wants to meet others like him without feeling scared. What better way to do that than become a follower of someone he already likes?

Relationship Potential? Perrie is a naive, nervous little guy, so I see him looking up to Hoshi as a guardian/big sister. Like, he'd run to Hoshi if he felt scared or needed a hug. He'd probably call her Hoshi-san if he isn't allowed to call her Hoshi-nee, Nee-san or Onee-san. (Older sister)
I also see Perrie giving tiny stars to Hoshi as gifts/tribute, like the ones in his hair.

Application: He's a bounty hunter who spent much of his life chasing his quarry through space. Who better to serve, if not the very goddess of Space itself?
Rp?: Depends on my rp muse and how often it wants to play him.
Relationship Potential? Depends entirely on how much/often they rp. Currently, he's neutral towards her.

Application: She has always been fascinated by space, and would like to devote her life to the goddess who watches over it!

Application: She embarked on a long journey through the cosmos out of curiosity born from the beauty of space. Upon finding Hoshigumo, she decided it was where she belonged!

Application: She embodies a sign of the stars, and she is well aware that it is with the stars she belongs! She would follow Hoshi until death if she must.
