Insomnia: n. Chronic inability to fall asleep or remain asleep for an adequate length of time. prolonged and usually abnormal inability to obtain adequate sleep called also agrypnia n : an inability to sleep; chronic sleeplessness [ant: hypersomnia] ~*~ I'm also assuming you all knew insomnia too.

If you do any greek tragedy in high school, you should know this, especially if you study Aristotle's definition of "tragic hero"
catharsis: publically admitting ones mistakes and purifying their emotions.
In greek tragedy it is used so that the audience feels pity for the character, and fear for themselves.

catalyst: somebody or something that makes things happen.
If you do any chemistry in your lives you'd know that in chemical reactions it increases the rate of the reaction, but itself does not change...I know WAY too much useless crap sweatdrop

ballista: it's a kind of catapult that draws back the projectile so that there is alot of tension in the rope. The rope is then cut and the projectile goes flying.

trebuchet: (I think there's supose to be an accent in there somewhere... sweatdrop ) another type of catapult that has a heavy counterweight on the other side so that it hurls stuff like boulders.
