Pragma wandered up to the booth, first because he saw cookies, second because the pale greenblood was an interesting sight to see, and third because cookies. Smiling up at the boothkeeper, he helped himself to a cookie and took a look at her games. Oh! A pin the stake game! That would be fun. Tying the blindfold around his face, he picked up the stake and stabbed into the darkness. Pulling it down, he smiled sheepishly at the greenblood as he just barely missed the section he needed. Oh well, he could try again tomorrow!

Stryke scampers up to the booth he missed out on yesterday, with intent of helping the nice shop keep. Even if she was a pale greenblood, it just made him more willing to try and help the troll if anything. First and for most, he helped her with sorting her objects. It took a little work, but he at least managed to lable and sort two of the objects. He promised the woman he'd be back to help her again soon.

Normally he wasn't much for playing dart games, but the curious figure made his head tilt as he read the games rules. Reluctantly he took the blind fold, and tied it behind his head, careful to not tie in some of his long hair. The fact one of the prizes was hair ties was reason enough to try and save up. He went through t hem fairly regularly, and couldn't find a reason not to try. While he'd been back and forth with his overall mood about being in the city having a little fun really wouldn't kill him. The pat on the head and a cookie was enough reason to try. Mmm...cookies. Gosh he loved sweets perhaps a little too much.

Wobbling forward awkwardly he took the stake in hand and moved for the image. After shoving it into the picture, he backed up, lifting the cover off his eyes. Straight in the gut! Not too bad. Smiling he shook his head, while not as good as it could have been it certainly wasn't horrible.

As he turned around to set the cloth down, he spied a familiar troll with his curly hair. Squinting slightly at the sash wearing troll, he tilted his head slightly. "hey zindel." Even if that was the troll that had stolen from him..ultimately he'd gotten his wallet back from the kid and had helped him with his sliced up foot. Waving to the other troll he carefully moved a little closer, just out of arms reach as he inclined his head to him.

Lorata had done pretty well here the day before, even getting one of the special prize-winning cookies, so she figured why not try again today? Happily nabbing another cookie to munch on, and carefully waiting for the feel of another well-deserved prize, she got to work on the junk. Once she figured she'd done more than enough, it was on the prize! Stabbing that rainbowdrinker probably wouldn't ever get old!

Her stake was just a little off this time, but she shrugged it off. The picture had moved a little while she'd been blindfolded was all.

Cerise came back to the rainbowdrinker's booth the second day. She figured if she kept helping her out maybe she could get something in return some day. Like stories about what its like being a rainbowdrinker! Cerise grabbed a cookie and shoved it unceremoniously into her mouth, getting ready to start sorting junk.

Like the day before, it was a pretty dull task, but she sort of liked it. Cerise imagined them being parts of old-timey machines Vrykol probably dismantled herself! Which made the job more interesting, although it completely distracted her.

And of course, the game of stabbing monsters! She loved this part best of the whole booth... Too bad she failed to stab any part of the caped troll. She sighed, and went along her day.

The redblood had just managed to adjust his sash a little when Zindel heard a voice behind him that made him tense. "H-hey, Stryke. It's... been a while. I, actually gotta go. Busy busy troll and all." He responded, avoiding eye contact but at least responding to him, kinda turning around and starting to leave. "See ya!" Gog, if you're listening, please, don't let this ever happen again. Signed, Zindel Tagino. What bullshit was he spewing in his head? He couldn't even write! Meanwhile Wrenmom just watched her charge escape in bewilderment and lightly nuzzled Stryke's cheek. Zindel was such a paranoid troll. He could do with some friends!

Stryke quirked a brow in consideration as the other troll seemed startled. He'd taken it upon himself to apply Odette's advice and try talking to him. No, he couldn't have been that bad. The lanky kid could have easily told him to piss off and kept one of his prized possessions, and really they had ended on pretty decent terms despite the fiasco.

SkinkDad watched curiously as the little tiny bird landed on his boys shoulder. Ah yes. The little lusii he'd seen his kid help, he recalled that afternoon coming back from the library fairly well enough. It was nice to see Stryke trying to make friends, the kid didn't have many.

The yellowblood paused when Wrenmom landed on his shoulder, and rubbed his cheek with the little chirp. He'd offered to help her with her injured wing after he'd helped Zindel without thinking twice. When he heard the other stammer out a greeting he didn't seem offended. The apprehensive was easy enough to pick up on, but the more he tried perhaps that would cease once he proved he meant the lowerblooded troll no harm. In fact the patient kid offered a calm smile in return. "alright, i'll have to ssstop by your booth later or something then if your busy no worries, later." He gently gave Wrenmom a soft pet before letting her go, pleased to see the redblood bird was able to fly again even if it was only fluttering. It meant she'd heal. Waving in parting he turned around and headed off himself. It was a mixed meeting, but at least he hadn't flat out snubbed him or pretended like he hadn't spoken. That strangely had been an odd relief despite the rushed exchange.

Aerona stopped by again today. She forgot that she'd stowed some sparkly tokens in her pocket, and was reminded that she hadn't cashed them in! It was time to win some more swag. She skipped back over to the booth in time to see a cute redblood leaving, and a yellowblood waffling around the booth.

"I'm back!" She chirped. Aerona looked around for the darts to toss at the rainbowdrinker while her lusus continued to sort through the antique pile.

Aerona lifted her blindfold and frowned. A miss! Oh well. Her lusus seemed to be satisfied with her task, and they departed.

Dictys was cleverer this time - ey took a cookie first before busying emself with the silly organization task. Now this was boring - ey liked organization, of course, but only when it felt important. Nothing in this strange greenblood's stock seemed to fit the description at all. Ey huffed as ey swallowed the remains of the cookie. That was that - ey simply refused to continue working on such a trivial task. Why would any troll lower themself to an occupation like this when they could be reaching for the stars instead? Well, Dictys supposed - that was probably why they weren't busy with work at the moment. Still. There were far more lofty ambitions to this.

"So why aren't you looking to the stars?" ey queried, accepting the stake as the troll tied a blindfold around eir eyes. Ey thought consideringly and then stabbed in the poster's general direction. Ey'd hit! This was fortunate.

The booth troll looked politely intrigued by Dictys' question, and responded that she had seen quite a few stars up close already, during her mandatory military tour. They were very nice.

Another day and Anguis found himself back at the booth. This time he took a cookie to nibble on as he worked on sorting the junk. They were pretty good and well, he had found a ticket in the last one so more the incentive to eat them.

Once he was finished, he blindfolded himself and gave a try at the dart board. Not quite good enough, but he did get another token, which was nice.

Reemus padded on back to the booth. The cookies had been great and no one scolded him for overindulging a little! And apparently he could have EVEN MORE! So as soon as he arrived, he started scarfing some from the plate then downed it with a drink. Oh, right, this was supposed to be a game or something. He nearly forgot!

Next, so he wouldn't seem like he was taking advantage of the snacks, Reemus got back to work sorting and labeling old junk. It took much longer than last time. That was because he had managed to take care of four thingamajigs! Wow! But...his arms were kinda tired.

And it showed. He went up to the stake game, got the blindfold tied on, but felt a little less energy than last time. Reemus wasn't too surprised to find that not only he missed, but he hit a low corner. Hmm. Maybe he'd have to change the sequence of events up next time!

Lorata bounced back to the booth for her third day, happily grabbing a cookie before moving off to sort things. She was a little distracted, so she didn't manage to get as much sorted as she had the last two days, but that was alright. Then it was off to the stabbing game! Any other time, she might have been upset with the huge miss, but today was different! She'd been counting all her sparkly tokens and she knew already, no matter whether she hit that thing with a stake or not, that she'd won already.

Gathering up all her tokens, she bustled over the the nice lady and beamed at her. "I've got enough for the plushie now, right?"
