Rep considered for a moment the fact that they probably did have zombies on the island in some capacity for study and that it was likely only a matter of time before something awful went wrong. He decided against spooking Al with this. "Off-island." he explained. "But whatever the ******** it is seems to be spreading for whatever reason, so just. Be on guard for anything, don't approach dead bodies and s**t, don't get ******** bitten for ******** sake." He looked a little more serious. "I've been putting down infected civs and s**t, so it seems right now like that's the only cure."
He tried not to think about the fact that was likely his own fate if he'd never woken up from his run in with the giant twisted arm.

Al's eyes went from normal sized to about the size of golfballs as a look of terror consumed his expression. "********... is this a secret? Can I warn someone not to do the same?" That someone was Noah and no one else. There wasn't really all that much that mattered to Al in the grand scheme of things.
But he settled into a distant frown as Rep continued to describe what he'd been up to, "Man, death really is full of ******** secrets."

"If you do, you didn't hear s**t from me." Rep replied grimly. "And it sort of is. Mostly its full of errands, I just drew the short ******** straw."
He turned back to his laptop with a shrug. "Just be careful is all."

"Yes sir," Al stuck around a bit more. Chewing Rep's ear off about other various trivial things that happened since their last meeting. Less about zombies and more about anything-but-zombies. Just anything and everything to keep him in the loop of things; things that happened at the bar, choices he's made, things he plans to do in the near future. When he was finally spent; he handed Rep a small token of gratitude for spending the time on him, then wandered off back to his own home and excited for next time. Despite any protests he may make, he's always excited to hear what Rep gets up to, even when it consists of zombie.
