Sreze Sreze found himself standing on the roof of the school, surrounded by the sights, sounds and smells of the school festival. He had overheard a conversation in the shopping district about the festival and had decided to come check it out. He stood for a moment, looking around at the people enjoying themselves and a small smile came to his lips. "This is good, people enjoying themselves, there's a good atmosphere around here" He continued to watch as people came and went, before too long his stomach gave a grumble. It had it's fill of watching other people eat food, and now it wanted some of it's own. Sreze walked to the nearest stall, selling fried bread, and took a good whiff, smelling the delicious smell emanating from the food within "Those smell absolutely amazing, I'll take two please"

Mysterious Vendor
"How very wise." the mysterious vendor said as she sold the items, a faint smile on her face. "With one piece of food, there is a hole in one's heart after eating - but two pieces can fill a hole in any heart." It was... kind of hard to say if she was being wise or spouting off utter nonsense, but at least the fried bread in question smelled delicious. So there was that.

Sreze Walking off with his bread in hand and a happy, if slightly bemused smile on his face, he pondered the stall owners words as he searched for an open seat to enjoy his snack at. Seating himself near the edge of the roof, he looked down on the sports field and the players running about, before turning his attention to his snack. Taking a small bite of his bread, an exclamation of delight escaped his mouth at the taste, and he quickly wolfed down the rest of his food, enjoying every bite as he did. "Well, now that my stomach has been sated, I might go get my fortune told, who knows, it might be fun." He stood, and, slowly weaving his way through the crowd, made his way to the fortune teller's booth, where he paused for a moment before entering. "Hello there, I'd like to get my fortune told if I could? It's a little embarrassing but I'd like a love fortune, please. I'm afraid I can't tell you her name, but I could give you a description if that would help?" He really didn't know what he was doing in here anymore, but it was too late to back out now.

Juuni Neptunia Juuni grinned as Misha declined her offer, blushing all the same. "Hehehe...Ah, I don't care what they think." Juuni called. "If a girl wants to lay in another girl's lap, who cares?" Of course, the girl relented lightly at Misha's other remark, beaming all the same. "That sounds like a super-duper idea too!" she responded energetically, posing with her hands. "And without Dummy-Rei to distract us, we can really have some fun!" The festival was cool and all, but she much rather would have had fun with a friend. And with Rei running rampant on the festival, she would be able to FINALLY get some peace and quiet. "You can lean on me if you need to, Misha." she added lightly. "Juuust until we get to your place."

Misha Mori

Misha smiled, before stepping to Juuni's side and putting her arm around the other girl's shoulders. "I think I'll do that, onward to the land of video games and junk food!!" She called energetically, pumping a fist into the air and heading toward the door. "I got the new Ultradimension Bebtune game a little while ago, 'Ultradimension Beptune: Divine and Disrobed Ultimate Vs' This is gonna be great!" Thankfully, the game wasn't nearly as lewd as that title made it sound. It was a regular old action-rpg with clothing damage as a main mechanic. Perverted? Sure. But not at all out of place for Misha.

Kanade Tachibana "Yes, I'd like some noodles." a voice called, as Kanade ordered from one of the booths. She watched the students behind the counter quickly prepare a bowl of steaming hot noodles, before holding out to her. "Careful! It's hot!" the student called, as they handed her the bowl. "I will be, thank you." Kanade replied with a small bow, before placing some money on the counter. Thankfully, she had a lot of spending money thanks to her job at Junes...And, with such a vibrant eveng going on, she felt...At ease. Never thought I'd feel like this in public. she thought to herself, before sitting down on a table, and blowing on the noodles. She'd have to give it a minute to cool, but.... 'Hmm...I wonder where I should go after this..' she thought quietly, as she lifted up her chopsticks. One... she started, preparing to break them. Two....

Juuni Neptunia Juuni's eyes lit up as Misha mused about her new game, grinning as the girl named it off. "Sounds AWESOME!" she shouted energetically, gesturing forward with her pointer finger. "I'm playing as TealHeart first!" The characters in the cast were a bit....eccentric and not entirely everyone's taste....But, she personally though the series was super-awesome! Fanservice and all! "Prepare for my complete and utter domination of your Dignity, Misha!" Was she confident? Totally. This was her neck of the woods, after all...

Misha Mori

"Nyahahahaha! We'll see about that!" Misha laughed manically, "We'll see if you can beat my AmazingALQ first, Juuni-Chan!" She was starting to get excited, not many other people showed the same enthusiasm for the series as Misha did, "We'll see who ends up getting dominated!" Quote: Misha and Juuni have left.

"Ah, I see we have a guest." As he explained his circumstances, the fortune teller listened. Sreze had something he wanted her to look into; the legendary, forbidden love fortune that this booth was so named for. Hoping to break the bindings of time and peer at one's future partner before it's allotted time, to defy fate and bring destined lover ever closer rather than waste even one more bated breath; it was quite a thrilling, forbidden thing to ask. And unlike her eccentric sister, she was quite sure she was capable of it. "Hm hm, quite interesting. How risque, however, yearning for another while wishing ot remain in the shadow. Will you make it far, I wonder?" A teasing smile appeared on her lips as she seemed to peer past the man, and after a moment of silence to emphasize the point, she lifted a card from the table. "Well, you were the one who asked me to tell you your fortune. But just as you designed, she hardly even knows you exist. Even this past night, she found enjoyment in the company of...another. Perhaps that bond shall sprout instead?" Despite the teasing phrasing of the words, the woman's face was more serious than before. She wouldn't deliver news he considered grim with anything less than a serious countenance, or else she'd be scolded for not fulfilling her duty later. "...excuse my teasing. I'm sure that that bond is...entirely different from the one you hope to form. But the journey ahead will be difficult...was it really worth protecting her, if she never knew she was protected? The truth could be a powerful motivating factor...for both of your lives. What happens once you reveal that truth, however..." And the air became lighter, as the lady let out the tiniest of laughs. "I cannot say. A lady must have her secrets, after all. I'm sure that telling you now would have quite the dramatic effect on both my guest, and the one you're interested in. Only a heart, gilded by truth, will achieve the desired outcome. Until you explain what happened that day, the consequences of your actions cannot be dealt with. Both love and life are about moving forward...and you both possess a key 'truth' necessary for the other. Until these 'truths' are exchanged, nothing will happen." She shook her head, emphasizing again that if Sreze wanted to be with the girl he had in mind, the answer would only come when he was willing to stop hiding. But if she answered him directly, explaining what awaited them...his path might alter, and he would reach another, even worse outcome. To guide him towards the answer he wanted, she would remain silent for the time being... ...and wear silly long-nosed glasses. It was all the rage in fortune telling these days.

Sreze "I..." Sreze was flabbergasted. How does she know about everything that happened? He'd gone in almost as a joke, expecting the usual, generic and unhelpful fortunes that were often handed out at these sorts of things. And yet here he was, mouth agape at the fact that she apparently knew everything, and was giving him advice. Taking a moment to compose himself, his face showed a sad smile "You're right of course, nothing will happen if I don't talk to her and face up for what I did." "Thank you, I believe I have a lot to think about" With that, Sreze turned and stepped away from the fortune teller's booth, a thoughtful look upon his face, and started on a long, slow walk around the rest of the event.

Youmu Konpaku Phew... Youmu sat on a bench by herself, near one of the classroom's booths. She had exhaled a small sigh, and was slowly eating at some noodles from a stand. "I don't know anyone around here..." she mused quietly to herself, watching as everyone passed by. The purple haired girl, the older looking man, the pink haired girl, and the suited male. So many people.. she thought, slightly slurping at some noodles. I just have to..walk up...and talk.. She let out a small sigh again, as she glanced around, closing her eyes to slurp at some more noodles. After food... she bargained with herself. After food, I'll look for someone to talk to.

Mikoto HageshiiMember of the band Nyx Class 2-2'Summer has come and passed, the innocent will never last~' "Oooh man, I'm beat." Suddenly a green haired figure flopped down on the bench beside Youmu, spreading his arms out along the back of the seat. He let out a long sigh as if he'd been positively drenched in happy-atmosphere up to this point, and he needed to unwind a little before he...started cheering, or whatever. "School festivals are serious business, really. I can't believe they put all this together in so little time. Wh-wai-...huh, where am I, anyways? I think the last sign I passed said...2-1? 2-2?" Despite the way he was cornily talking to himself, Mikoto stealing a glance towards the girl beside him might have made it obvious this wasn't a random encounter; if she had the courage to notice, of course. "What about you? Come here often?" A brief laugh followed, as he tried to humor the girl...and slowly shifted into a nervous one at his own awkward, lame joke. "Ah, this seat wasn't taken, was it? I'm just resting for a minute; my name's Mikoto Hageshii, by the way. It's nice to meet you, miss..." Mikoto offered a comforting smile, hoping it would win over a little trust with the buxom beau-I-I mean, the cute new bench mate! It was true that he'd been on his feet all morning (and all night; they'd had to hold a training session for this evening, damn it!), but there was still no reason to be rude. And if a girl's phone number was on the line, even better...wait, wait a minute! Damn it Mikoto, no! Get your head in the game! You were just greeting that cute girl from Class 2-3, in the third row, with that window seat! A friendly chat didn't mean anything at all. 'Ga ga, ooh la la~, caught in a romance!'

Mirai Hatto The ugly years of being a fool... "Pfft..." A muffled chuckle chimed near the two sitting on a bench, a girl with pink streaks on her dark hair leaning on the wall on the opposite side of the hall, just a few steps away. Mirai had been wandering about, eyeing the booths, seeing if one caught her attention. None of them did, though. They all seemed...childish, and somehow, being surrounded by all these people...and having none of them actually paying attention to her...made the girl uncomfortable. So she decided to step back and observe...perhaps she could find something or someone entertaining that could take the boredom away from her.
It had been then when she noticed the green haired figure closing in on the silent girl with his pathetic attempt of flirting. It sounded so cheesy...and he looked just a bit awkward with it. Lame...made her want to roll her eyes into space. Too bad...he was kind of cute, really.
"Sorry, sorry... I didn't mean to eavesdrop." The girl answered in a contrite voice, even when the amused smirk never left her lips as she looked at the green haired guy, letting him know she had caught him on his move. "It's just... that was a funny joke." And by that she meant she was laughing at the lameness of it, not that her tone would suggest it. A finger twirled around a curl of hair playfully, stepping closer to them. "You look familiar. You are part of Nyx, aren't you? I'm a big fan." Ain't youth meant to be beautiful...?

Sayuri Misaka Well Sayuri took Wei to the fortune telling room. It was more quiet and didn't seem to be as annoying as on the roof. She had brought with her, the tea from the roof along with some snacks. For both her and Wei as well as for her beautiful dog. Despite not holding on to his leash, Blitzkrieg was staying by her side and was holding on to his leash in his mouth. He didn't pay attention to anyone else other than his master. Not even when he was offered food. He was trained on never to leave her side.
Finding a spot, she went over to a table that was close to the window. "Is this spot okay, Wei-kun?" She asked wanting to make sure that the spot was good. Blitzkrieg noticed a green haired young man and let out a loud bark at him, as if wanting to startle the poor guy. After that he went back to his master and sat down beside her.

Youmu Konpaku Youmu flinched a bit as a figure flopped down beside her, a strange green haired boy moving beside him. In a few fluid movements, he addressed the ability of the students to put up the festival, introduce himself, and even ask for her in turn. "No, it wasn't taken." she called quietly, before another girl addressed the two...Talking about the joke he'd made...and asking if he was a part of something. Nyx? she thought quietly, as she finished off her noodles. Wonder what that is..some kind of famous group? "Konpaku." she answered slightly, as she set her hands in her lap. "My name's Youmu Konpaku. I just moved here from out of town." She figured she'd save the questions for if the town was as bad as she'd heard...Or experienced the previous night. If it was all real, of course... "So...No. I guess I don't come here often... At least, not yet." She glanced around at this, looking over the green haired boy, the girl with a dog at her side, and back at Mikoto. "It's..nice to meet you, Hageshii-kun. I'm just kind of wondering where I should go next, to be honest. There's so many events around here..."
