Aha, another smile. There was no way a room system meant to store things wouldn't also store more than its fair share of information that would prove important to their investigation. It would likely take some time to give everything a thorough going through, but it would be worth it, he was sure. The fact that Zeffer had discovered something so quickly only added fuel to his mental fire. They were on a roll, really, all bad happenings aside. They had done really well so far, and he was starkly positive the search in this area would be no different.
"Nice," it was a peppy response, matching his expression as he closed the gap between himself and the blueblood. "And there are plenty more hiding spots to look through." It was a small gesture, but he took a moment to brush against Zeffer, a hand sliding to the small of his back where it lingered. He would pick up the search again in a second, but for now he looked to see if Muerte had followed. From here they could decide what area of the supply rooms to check next.

Plenty more places to hide things indeed. It was surprising what the greenblood could accomplish when he was focused. Though detective work was hardly science, he found himself slipping into a tiny sort of groove, sleuthing around nooks and crannies.
The supply room was a haven for such hiding spots, though Muerte hardly knew where to begin. What could they possibly find in here? There was so much junk that it reminded him vaguely of his hive... funny that he would feel at home here of all places, but the nostalgia was there nonetheless. Something about the clutter and cobwebs did something to soothe his thoughts and bolster his spirit.
He wondered just how much like his hive it was.
His living space was a bit of an organized chaos. Even though it was filled to the brim with what looked like rubbish, the scientist always knew where things were; everything has its own spot, its own space, and so the mess didn't bother him as much at all... perhaps this room would be the same? If he was trying to hide something—eyes idly looking over shelves and counters—where would he go?
Sorting through what seemed to be trivial things, Muerte looked quite pleased with himself (as much as, well, he could. It was Muerte after all) as he located something that seemed a tiny bit suspicious and a little bit off. "Over here, too," he said at once, aptly cutting through the moment the two lovers were currently sharing, "Don't you think this is peculiar?" His voice had that slight sarcastic drawl to it again as he dared to roll his eyes at the duo. "Do remember to focus, we are on a mission here you know."

It's obvious Odavat is in a hurry from the way he brushes by, and though he's normally a careful, organized troll, it seems his rush has gotten the better of him. Something falls from his pocket when he reaches in to grab something else entirely. It looks like a slip of paper. Maybe this is an opportunity that shouldn't be let go... What will you do?A. "Hey, you dropped something." B. Try to grab it.

ACCIDENTAL FAMILY UNIT Team Members: Stryke Nvrmor, Lunear Reglos, Miliue Aojiro Your Roll: Wandering into a back room full of metal cases rather than wooden crates, you crack open the tight seal on one of the cases out of curiosity. You barely had any time to gawk at the dozen or so shining, seemingly new weapons before a gruff looking orangeblood strided over, snapping the lid shut. "You shouldn't be touching those!" You scurried off, knowing he was just doing his job. Current Stamina: 2-1=1
Stryke came back to the supply room with the intent of poking around. Last time he'd tried that, he had encountered a crap load of...peas of all things. Surely there had to be SOMETHING better in the supply room then just a bunch of god damn peas right?
He'd briefly slipped away from his team long enough to stick his nose into trouble, rifling around in the boxes in the room. Some metal crates caugth the kids eyes as he pursed his lips slightly, musing in consideration as he went to go inspect them closer. Curios as to what they contained as they stood alone, the kid opened the case with a bit of effort. Weapons. A lot of them at that, he'd started counting when he heard a voice and a less than friendly orangeblood address him. "You shouldn't be touching those!"
His eyes went wide when he heard them bark at him. "s...ssorry!" He quickly blurted out in response.
Even if he himself was a "higher" caste troll, it didn't matter. The other was twice his size, and by far older. Nor did Ryk like adhering to the caste system to begin with in terms of checks and balances despite it being an ingrained part of society. Sure it was the orangebloods job, but Stryke felt guilty for rifling around. The little yellowblood was quick to make a retreat back to the safety of his team member.

TROUBLE Team Members: Kursha, Byakko, and Rasali Your Roll: 2 Current Stamina: 2 - 1 = 1 Rasali sniffed at the moist air with disdain. This didn't seem like a great place to be stashing important supplies. Then again, it wasn't like the rebels had much choice in venue. Rasali shrugged and continued shifting boxes around in case something important had fallen between the crates and the wall. The wet dirt smell reminded her of home. She listened idly to her group behind her as she went about her busy work, rolling her eyes at Kursha's "Legs" comment. It seemed Kursha's growth was a purely cosmetic development. Still, it was more pleasant than doing work with a bunch of buzzkills, and Rasali would accept any behavior that made her look cool and mature in front of her senpai leader. Rasali's curiosity finally got the better of her at Kursha's exclamation. She turned back to her group to see what the big deal was. "Wow," she whistled at the ominous crates, allegedly full of explosives. "Woulda thought you guys would've run out after all that went down in Old... Civisect."Quote: Rasali found a thing! :OEditing in RP/Already retrieved the clue.

“How's it going, Legs?"
Byakko went rigid. If it wasn't for the raspiness of the voice, she would have spun around and begun to spit obscenities befitting a subjuggulator at Zeffer. But no, it wasn't her blackcrush- the speaker was Kursha, who seemed more than happy to adopt the nickname for himself, much to Byakko's dismay. What had she done to earn his aggravation? Her lower eyelid fluttered vaguely with a twitch.
"Don't call me that. Byakko will suffice." She said gruffly, returning to restacking the nesting boxes back together, refusing to turn to face her speaker. Kursha's suspicions had been spot on, the mutant had been too busy drowning in her own thoughts of the looming betrayl of the Initiative to really register her blunder. His light taunting snapped Akko right out of said trance. She hated that name, and apparently hated it even more so coming out of someone other than Zeffer or Aprife's mouth. It was disrespectful, it was childish, and overall it was just plain embarrassing. W-why Legs?!
Somewhere behind her, Kursha began to clamour excitedly over something. At first, she ignored it, sliding the last of the crates she had unwittingly unstacked back together. As Rasali piped up, however, Byakko turned to see what the two were marvelling over. It took a moment for her eyes to focus into the shadowed corner of the room- explosives.
Lovely.
Akko trotted over to the greenbloods, ready to drag them away forcibly if needed. The Initiative really needed a better place to store that crap. She was firm. "High quality indeed. Maybe we should move onto another area? I think we've just about seen everything around here."

As you go for the gold, that mystery slip, Odavat picks up on your presence and turns on you, slamming his booted foot quickly down on the paper he dropped. "Don't think you can just take things that don't belong to you," he states ominously, a dangerous gleam in his eyes. With that, he stoops down to pick up his paper and leaves, still in a hurry.

She still had not answered his question.
Nevertheless, he could see he was making an impact. It was almost too easy. Better lay off for a bit and let her cool down. As much fun as it was to test her nerves, he needed her help and if he pissed her off too quickly, she might not grant it. He was lucky that she had considered joining him and Rasali in the first place. There was no point in pushing his luck when the only payout was temporary entertainment. Besides he could always push her buttons later.
Rasali had joined him in admiring the explosives. He shook his head at her words. “No way. We made just as many as we used up. We could have levelled Civisect if we wanted to.” But that would be bad. Supposedly.
“Aw, come on,” Kursha protested when Byakko suggested they move on. He turned to face her, expression pleading almost. “Don't try and pretend like you aren't interested, Akko.” That was an improvement, right? Look at him; he was actually making an attempt to get on her good side. Albeit, he could have tried a lot harder. “I know you wanna see what kinda damage these can do as much as the rest of us.” He raised his eyebrows cattily.
