Tracey twisted out of existence the way he had twisted in, vanishing as B0nez sunk into Rep's shield. There was an instant where the shield was exchanged for the wards where Rep felt the pressure of the blade but nothing more, pain radiating from it like a shard of ice. He only exhaled when it was withdrawn, a little irritable and flustered that he had had lost.
Rep didn't care, the only thing he cared about was that the main thing the battle had proven to him was that they weren't even yet, if it came to an invasion they would not be on the same level, Harrison would be endangered by his weakness, forced to protect both of them. That was not all right. Nor - as a matter of fact - was feeding Marie the fear of his husband, but needs must.
"Bit better." Rep gritted out, rolling over onto his chest and pushing himself up to stand, teetering unsteadily, he let his eyes drift over the other man. "Mibbie no so much our pride though."
"Buuut, other than that, thanks to those ******** wards I'm fine, nae injuries, nothing lasting anyway." he set his jaw thoughtfully.
"Harrison hardly misses." he mused. "Would be the headline for this ******** turn up for the books. I'm shocked and in ******** awe, Mr Hughes."
